Excluding my brass instruments, which are my most prized possessions for obvious reasons, I'd have to think about it. I have a good number of prized possessions. I guess I'll answer my Calvin & Hobbes collection, which is at least one of every book/collection ever sold minus the $300 Complete Collection or whatever it's called. I can still recall pretty much any individual strip from any of the books at will and I haven't read them for years.

@ DP, My boyfriend has a collection of them too. The sad thing is, if I had to choose something else, it'd probably be my cat and then my pooh bear blanket I've had since a kid. It's literally falling apart. I don't take it to school because I leave a trail of pieces of my blanket anywhere it goes. So yeah... And... I don't bring my cat for obvious reasons. Sadly, my trumpet is not a prized possession. HOWEVER. When I get my dad's horn, IT will probably be my prized possession. Engraved bell all the way up, gold plating... Oh my goodness, it's so pretty. .-.

Don't worry, I support Mattily (and Baelily). Carlily is personally the most random thing that popped up in front of me so far- even more random than Ryuu's crazy dreams, in my opinion. (I think I'm the only one who's becoming genuinely against it, but that's definitely just my opinion.)

Anyway, sorry about not coming on with any uploads. Unfortunately, I've been extremely busy these days, so I can't tell when I'll actually be able to rush in and start uploading crap. Though I don't have a set due date on when I'll upload the concept arts, I will come around as soon as possible.

With the Carlily fanfic in place I can't help but really hope it happens. Dude, it's like...amazeballs fantastic. Then there's the whole adding 4,000 years to the Athalia timeline thing. It's understandable why I would absolutely love to make it canon. You'd get an entire suite of new characters to play with and an entire new generation of lore. Make a killin' Mattily and/or Baelily fanfic and my opinion will probably get a little less biased (legions of Carlily supporters notwithstanding).

Luckily for the dissenters: as it's a random thing (totally think Ryuu's dreams are way more random though, lol) it's not going to be an easy one. It's no Krashy. At this point Lily is like EMOTIONS WHAT and Carmen is completely oblivious to romance of any sort. At this stage in the canon it's not any more likely than anything else. Ryuu might still have a chance Frankly, MariaxMizuki could potentially occur IC sooner (#MarukiHype2014), assuming this season ends soon. Pick any of the shipping company relationships on the pad involving both Carmen and Lily...all are still possible. (Carmen x Mercy, anyone?)

...but I (and others) still really want Carlily to happen. You can rest assured, though, that I won't be compromising Carmen's character to accomplish it. She won't suddenly be like "OMG LILY I LOVE YOU FOREVER MARRY ME" just to accomplish the goal (and right now if Carmen did that Lily would probably explode out of confusion or something.).

Mattily can happen. But Matt's going to have to actually do something to get the ball rolling, or else it probaby won't. Carmen is incapable of doing something to get the Carlily ball rolling, so Matt, Bael, Ryuu or anyone else vying for Lily's or Carmen's affection have plenty of time. But it's gotta happen eventually if you want it to happen at all.

Anyway, this one is something I've felt the need to point out as soon as possible. Yes, you're probably tired of me ranting, but I'd appreciate it if you hear me out.

With that said, I'm gonna take the minor issue off the topic first. The main reason why I find the whole Carlily/Maruki thing odd is mainly because I'm still not used to same-sex relationships in general. It's biased, I know, not every relationship needs a hole-in-one and yada, but I'm just one of those guys who stray away from the topic like a cat that hates water. I'm purposefully keeping my mouth shut so that I won't offend anyone, but I have to admit, it does kinda make me feel awkward since I'm not actually a part of the hype, which is why I'm feeling worried that Bunny is being left out. He's obviously not hyped up about it, and it's as if no one gives a sh-t about what he likes as well. That's just what I feel is happening, atm.

(By the way,no one responded to Matt for two days now. I advise you or HylianRose to respond to him as soon as possible and make Matt's "push" actually viable if you can type out OOC posts that long.)

I'm starting to lose interest in this whole relationship thing and getting more interest on expanding the possibilities my characters could have with others, which is, ironically, the whole point of this roleplay. That'll come when I return to the IC like a Michael Bay explosive (hopefully). In the meantime, keep in mind I won't be drawing near this whole relationship situation anymore. Not my cup of tea as of now, honestly.

It can be anything you want. And no, it's not dead. If you don't want it to be dead, it's not. If you think it's dead, then it is. So... Just keep truckin'.

Alright. As, HylianRose, the roleplayer for Lily, the character in question, I don't push away the possibility of her falling in love with any of the characters. Personally, right now she likes Carmen because Carmen is making her feel normal and she lives with her. So ye. Matt also makes Lily feel normal. But also, he reminds her of past times, which can make her sad. People like to avoid stuff like that but she's making an effort to forget the bad stuff and focus on what she and Matt had before everything went south. I don't lean toward one anymore than I do the other when I RP her. Yes, DP and I do have the Carlily fanfic. But it's a fanfic. If it's canon, great. If not... Well, there goes Rose and Angel. Doesn't change the fact that our fic still exists. -shrugs-

Personally, I'm of the belief that just because you don't like it, doesn't mean we should pretend it doesn't exist. Quite honestly, if I were homosexual, I would be a bit offended by that. I'm not, but the fact still remains. I'm part of the GSA (Gay-Straight Alliance) organization at my college. If that makes you feel uncomfortable, I'm sorry. I'm frankly sorry for myself because I've been suppressing all of MY views and opinions to make everyone else happy. As far as Ebil is concerned in IC, I've been waiting for DP to post and he's probably been waiting for me to post. So, if we need a post out that badly, I'll get one out soon.

As far as relationships go. No, it's not the main point of the RP. Is it what people seem to focus on? Yes. Is it what people focus on in real life? Yep. The biggest part of my life is probably my boyfriend. Oh look... There's a relationship in my life. So, I'm okay with all of the relationships. If you don't want your character to have one, don't. It's up to you. But for those of us that like that sort of stuff, we'll keep on truckin'.

My philosophy for RPing (and I'm going to hate myself for this.) is that if you're not having fun in a RP, leave. RPing should never feel like work or be stressful or make you uncomfortable. There will always be another RP, hell you could make your own and put up rules of your own. But for once, I'm going to put my foot down as a GM and say it's perfectly okay. I started this RP and Yeah... I'm fine with it.

Now, this is not me telling you to leave. This is me telling you what I do when an RP I'm in isn't quite doing it for me. I once joined a Yuri RP and the GM was a ...b-word. She hadn't clearly written out the OP yet she was bashing people before they even began to write their CSs. So, after basically being told how to build my character to the way she wanted it, I was like.. nope. I can see where this is going and I don't like it. I'm out.

So, there's my paragraph OOC post. Sorry but sometimes, it's easier to write more about these things than things in IC. Especially when not much is going on. I'm thinking about doing a TS here pretty soon. Just means I'd have to make Xanthus' thing a flashback type thing... Mer...

ALSO! If this puts me in a bad mood, I'm closing all of my Athalia tabs and I won't be back on for Athalia until either Sunday or Monday. Because this is my Saturday and I like being happy.
