Give her a shotgun.

Triple A has a female character focusing around a magical shotgun that came out of a Michael Bay movie. On another note, I dunno where the heck he's constantly disappearing to, but he's constantly sending me text messages involving a series of unfortunate events.

He talks like Count Olaf for some really odd reason. I wanna tell him to stop.

That's insanely overpowered (lol)

It's been such a long time since I wrote a new CS. Can't wait to get to this one.

Also, who did we decide was going to discover the ruins? I like the thought of Ryuu stumbling upon it because it seems like something he would do. But that means he'll have to decline Annie's offer to train because I don't want to have another character to RP. I want to try and focus on RPing Fate.

Since Margaret and Ryuu are involved with other people atm, I can send Nikola over and intentionally kicking the seal soccerball, but then again, he's working as a bartender. Unless he's going out of the bar to get some materials, I'd rather see if anyone else wants to go disturb that conveniently placed seal.

I still think she should have a shotgun, cause then her theme can be "Angel with a shotgun"

I have a character with that inspiration, but she's an angel with a katana and an archangel spirit inside her, not a shotgun.

But

But I don't want to see TWO people going around with shotguns

There are already a considerable amount of firearm users anyway, so I wanna go with something not many people would go with.
Also, before I upload "Dark Knight Matt," I am drawing an extra creepier and heavily detailed version of Apophis for his CS. I'm looking forward to its finished state.

STILL WAITIN' FOR MR. RAINBOW MAN'S IC POSTBtw, remember that angel character I haven't introduced yet? Should I perform some changes and make her combat style a fighter with twin submachine guns, or keep her as a healer-type?

Why does everyone give their character a katana? There are other swords... There's girl in my table top group that has a chick with katanas... Then again, they're about to break in this next session because reasons. Lol.

I have several Angel Characters... Including Michael, Lucifier, Melody, Kari(the Nephilim), and Lily... .-.

I even have a 1x1 about benders in Modern Day America. xD

....so yeah. I have to go now. So... vnfjvnfd. -rolls around-

We gets to talk about Evolution in Lab today. Lulz.

I have a few angels.

Natali, the half angel who acts as a prison for the most powerful of Archangels, Sailephine

Michael, who's powers are science based, but he has wings and controls all kinds of energy, helped by his longsword which lets him channel that energy (There's actually a second part to that RP set 300 years later, where he's still alive because he can control life energy, and he's placed seals all over his body to limit himself to 1% of his full power because he blew up like a nuke)

Edit: Oh and also

Phoebe, Archangel of Protection, who sealed away the powers of five demon lords and got herself caught in the seal as well

and

Crystalis, Demon of Light, who isn't really an angel but rather a fusion of Pestis, Demon Lord of destruction and Crystala, elven high wizard. For a while after the fusion, Pestis stayed in control, but Crystala served as his conscience and eventually wore him down before taking full control (Or so it seems, really she just converted him and they fused into one person)

The only angel character I ever made is the one I'm making atm. And yes, there are so many katanas. I originally intended on giving Ryuu (who had a totally different concept and a totally different name with a totally different background and a totally different personality before he was made here) a pair of katars because those claw knives are freaking awesome.

Maybe I should make Ryuu wield a pair of giant plasma scissors, wear a horrifyingly revealing outfit and scream like a woman in one of the funnier arcs.

On another note, I decided to go with a scythe. I figured there are some really interesting things I can do with that thing- as long as it's not a regular scythe used to reap farmlands.

There are stjll a lot of things you can do with a hooked scythe that you can't do with a straight scythe. For instance, if it's strong enough it can be used to enhance your mobility in places like forests and areas with overhead beams and such

You're correct: hooked scythes provide more utility, which is why it was generally favored over straight scythes back when they were used in agriculture back in the older days. When the farm-use tractors did not exist, farmers needed to cut crops with scythes. The hook let them perform many other tasks with just a single piece of equipment, which slightly cut them some slack.

I made this in about forty minutes. Finally got the time to jump into photobucket and share it.

I think it's a little darker than what I usually draw. Decent job, I guess. (ima get working on that Dark Knight Matt soon)

I don't have any angel characters.

I go with katanas without exception for a number of reasons.

1) Katanas are beautiful. I don't find straight swords nice to look at unless the hilt is really ornate, and honestly I don't find European curved swords good to look at either.
2) Katanas are generally fast, agile and precise. That's what I like. I know there are straight swords that can be, but when I think of straight swords I think of big, burly broadswords wielded by tank-type users. When considering a character of that type I generally prefer massive staffs to swords, so there isn't really a situation where I'd use a broadsword.
3) I love everything Japanese. When making Vikki I actually looked up different Japanese swords to use in place of a katana but didn't find any I liked as much.

Katanas have a reputation of being one of the stronger blades in the older times, after all. Personally, you would usually pick a katana over a broadsword because the single-edged blade is just so much better at doing its job than the relatively blunt broadsword. Broadswords were mainly good at forcefully bashing apart armor and roughly cutting stuff up, while katanas were superior in terms of cutting edges because of how it was used, not because of it was made.

Still, I'm wondering why no one came up with a lance/spear/naginata weapon user. I lovelovelove the naginata because it's basically a freaking sword attached on a spear's handle.

EDIT: I still think Sabers are the best blades in history. So freaking overpowered.

Also that. In a universe with supernatural abilities and abundant firearms, I feel like the katana is much more suitable than an unmodified broadsword.

Guardian type users with massive staffs/spears/etc. are one of my favorite things. I just haven't had a need to make one in this RP, especially since it's more about supernatural abilities than traditional weapons (which is probably why we don't have that many kinds). None of my characters with abilities have weapons of any sort, but Vikki does because she has no abilities.

I didn't know about the naginata before I just looked it up. That's pretty sweet.

Naginatas are on the extremely offensive side, which comes with the great price of having nothing else to use for defense. Mix it with spells, and you can come up with crazy crap thanks to the extreme length of the weapon.

...Now that I think about it, we don't have that many "tanks," do we? I'm getting a feeling that Macbeth is going to have an extremely easy time fighting in group battles if you take his Cold Flux into consideration. He's immensely tanky and has anti-magic priorities if he's near three people. o_O

Definitely not on the Athalia side. I don't know how many of our villains you'd classify as tanks but I don't think we have a single tank student, unless Bedivere counts as one.
