As for manga, I never really read physical comic books/graphic novels of any sort so I have no experience.

As for anime, I've tried to get into it a couple of times (and I do really want to), but for various reasons (mainly lack of time to devote to getting into an entirely new culture) it hasn't succeeded. I was directed to Fullmetal Alchemist and I watched a few episodes and just couldn't get into it. Too dark for my tastes, I guess, and the art style didn't gel with me.

My fav show was Xiaolin Showdown, it was of my biggest childhood show I have watch. As for anime... I have quite a lot but lately I have been into pokemon XY, it's really good.

I watched xiaolin showdown, but my guilty pleasure show is Winx Club. There was a lot of potential there for a real show, but they made it for preteen girls.
