Nytefall's post reminded me of something. The distances and sizes of things in game is not necessarily what we are using for RP. If Tamriel was taken to be literally 1 for 1 with the game worlds, then the entire continent would be smaller than the island of Manhattan (Except Daggerfall, because that game is an outlier). For a trip from the Imprerial City to Leyawiin, I'm guessing it would take several weeks by carriage. Don't worry about the time in this case though, we'll just assume the events in your posts took place a bit earlier.

No, it's still just the Synod and College of Whispers. There would probably be smaller local organizations, especially farther from the imperial city.

I do plan on including others in the breakout, but the tasks that person would be performing would not bring them into contact with Sarel at first, so we can collab a good deal of it.

Hmm, I suppose I need to actually figure out what to do next.I'll probably end the conversation between Sharee, Tagorn, and Kayal in my next one, since they are all on board. I'll need to have a bit of time to pass to give time for someone to notice Nytefall's character. I'll probably have Kilith do that. Sharee is also going to end up breaking Sarel out of jail, and I was thinking of involving others in it. Whoever is involved will be making a distraction of your choice.

It's late, so I'll start with all that tomorrow. Unless my power goes out, which is a real possibility. If that happens, I won't be doing anything for a while.

Allaina will probably be helping in the prison break, though she won't be directly with Sharee for that one. I expect she will be helping Tagorn or Kayal, so that should be interesting.

Kilith is an NPC, a thieves guild member who Sharee hired to help recruit.
