"This is it? A little thrill ride?"

Abaddon latched on the the side of one of the constructs, adrenaline rushing throughout his body as he and the other structures descended rapidly to the ground below. Arcane energy began to curl off of his body as Abaddon began to store up energy for what he was about to do.

"#This thing is basically a nuclear missile. Once it hits what's below-"

"I know, it goes kaboom and kills whatever poor suckers are down there. I got this!"

Abaddon raised his right claws, releasing a huge flash of purplish energy which enveloped him and the nuclear reactor. He took himself, the reactor, and whatever other debris he could to the dark realms, so at least now whatever damage would occur down below would be minimized significantly.

The debris and reactor appeared in a different place of Gehenna at Abaddon's choosing, while he himself appeared on the pinnacle of the tower that formerly belonged to the dark entity that originally ruled from here before his realm was taken and merged to Abaddon's.
Dropping to a knee, Abaddon rested. The whole transporting of himself, the reactor, and the debris had taken effort. His strength and energy quickly replenished, especially as Abaddon fed on the bodies of humans and other beings he had skewered here on top of the pinnacle's adorning spikes.

"I'm guessing he's taken care of most of the Locust Swarm, huh? Unfortunately for him, that only made their essence disperse from their bodies and seep deeper throughout the energy flowing in his little 'kingdom'. Inadvertently, the swarm's work still continues-"

"#And it does so even quicker than before. What we have in store for him next-"

"Will basically seal the deal," Abaddon finished with a laugh. He held out his claws and produced a dark orb which showed what his opponent was doing. He was distracted. A good opportunity to strike, especially now that he thought Abaddon was still falling to the earth below. Abaddon's claws and tendrils sharpened and glowed with deteriorative magic as the orb flew in front of him and created a portal diagonally behind Kami.

Leaping through the rift, Abaddon carried out his attack, raking his opponent with empowered his claws and tendrils before digging them all into his body and releasing a surge of harmful dark magic into him.

"Surprise," he mocked as he released Kami and let himself fall to the earth, landing with no damage. Abaddon prepared himself for a counterattack.

Dlashing aside of the attack, Kami watched as Abbadon once more fell down. Apparently, he had forgotten that Kami was floating above a massive hole. Either that, or he had some plan that involved falling down multiple times. Kami doubted it was the latter, however. Kami might not be able to get accurate readings on Abbadon, but he could get accurate readings on everything else, so when a distortion appeared, it was quite noticeable. Stupid fool. Patiently, Kami waited for Abbadon to portal up again, He was ready to dodge whatever kind of attack came next.

(Look who's talking, Mr. I Control Everything with the Slightest Amount of Electricity)

Abaddon growled, but extended a long tendril to the nearest ledge that prevented him from falling through the hole. He looked up at Kami, noticing he was not advancing. He thought as to how the meta could have detected Abaddon's opening of the portal when he realized he was probably detecting the vast abnormalities that came with the opening of each one.

Sensing the corruptive magic coursing throughout the nuclear reactor, Abaddon managed to read that it was indeed deteriorating the energy meant to provide Kami strength. Abaddon too waited for his opponent to make a move.

((Kami is a powerful character, however, he has weaknesses. His powers require an energy source, he has a massive ego, his lightning doesn't affect things that conduct well, and insulators block his attack. His powers can be blocked. I have three rules of OP that determine whether something is too overpowered.
1) can it be avoiced? If it cannot, it is quite probably overpowered, unless it's really weak. Your power has this problem. Neither physical attacks nor energy attacks affect the locusts, instead making them stronger, meaning that literally nothing can be done to stop it. The only thing I can think of is someone else with Dark Magic trying to undo the spell, or maybe anti-magic. However, that's rare.
2) is it too large? An attack that wipes out countries is probably too powerful. Your attack violates this because it has the potential to wipe out the entire universe. As it grows with energy, it can feed off of the energy of everything. Pretty much everything is energy. Thus, unless stopped, it could easily engulfe the universe.
3) does it have too massive an effect on the character? An attack that is instantly lethal, or mind-control, should be used with caution. Attacks that have too large of an effect, are usually overpowered. Your attack violates this because it is irreversibly lethal to my character, first draining and then killing him.

Sometimes, these rules can be waived, if there is an excuse. For example, if your sole power was to destroy/absorb/corrupt electricity, then I'd be fine with it, as that is specifically your power. However, you have freeform magic. This means you can do pretty much anything you want, create any attack you want. Thus, you're incredibly adaptable, and have no real weaknesses.
For all the reasons above, I believe the Wormwood attack is overpowered. However, as the GM has not intervened, I cannot remove it, or prevent you from using it. I simply wished to state my case.))

Kami notices his power is depleting, and starts franticallly drawing in power. However, much of it is already corrupted, and burns him instead, as he shouts out in agony. He glares at Abbadon, as red lightning mingles with his yellow, and he tries to purify himself.

Aki flew down closer to Kami then pulled out a the Med kit he bought. There was a tiny flashlight in it so he pulled it out. He looked at Kami and asked "You need some energy?" Aki waved the flashlight once then put it in his pocket saying "If you stop this nonsense now I will give you the batteries. But only when you stop all of this."

(Kami's power more or less have the same potential of OPness considering Kami could easily just draw upon the electricity of the area and electrify the entire place. Same goes for drawing upon the electricity from the atmosphere.
When the locusts feed on the energy of the plant, it isn't used to empower them. It's simply spat back out as the corrupted energy that would be harmful to Kami. It doesn't mean it would affect him that instant, only if he absorbed it. I never said they could not be killed by physical attacks, I merely said they were hard to kill. Them destroying the universe also seems to be a bit of a stretch considering they are at most a large area "attack", like you mentioned and I admit they are. On this note though, I do believe that I mentioned there were some parts of the plant where the energy was left uncorrupted. It's fair for you so that Kami won't be left completely vulnerable, but also fair for me and basically everyone else around for the same reason.
At this point from all that you've mentioned about the extent of Kami's current power and his power once it grows, he too does seem to be a character that can have freeform power. He seems on the verge of controlling and manipulating basically everything related to electricity/electrons.
If you're talking about my character running the risk of being OP because of freeform abilities, powerful attacks that cover large areas, and being weak to virtually nothing, I honestly do feel that Kami runs with the same risk as well, and a large part of why all of what I'm doing seems so powerful is because I'm evening out the playing field between my character and yours, as well as for everyone else's.
I don't want to state as fact that you'd do all these things, but the fact that you could is enough reason for me to do the same.)

Elysia decided that as soon this was over she was going to have a talk with every one because in one day they had managed to destroy several important parts of the city, cause thousands of casualties, a bank was robbed, they destroyed a nuclear power plant, caused the city to fall, started pointlessly reckless fights, Kami had gone insane, she had purposefully revived Kami which made this partially her fault, created a giant pit, exposed the city to large quantities of radiation, and to top it all off their etiquette was terrible. "We are all so grounded..." She sighed.

((Kami's attack power is limited by his control. Whereas he can absorb large amounts of power, if he absorbs too much, he can no longer control it, meaning it could start doing all kinds of freaky crap. Now, the difference between Kami's power and your power is that Kami has one ability. Electricity. However, Dark Magic, theoretically, can do anything, from telekinesis to teleportation to transmutation, warding, mind-control, telepathy, sumonning, planar travel, astral projection, elemental control, spirit binding, energy deterioration, animating dead bodies, mutation of the form, and many, many other abilities. Kami only has some of these, and is limited in their use. They are all extensions of electricity control, and thus essential to the character.
Your Wormwood attack cannot really be blocked. I used a nuke on it. I locked them in a nuke, and blew them up. And they survived that. If you need more than a nuke to blow something up, then you KNOW it's overpowered. Also, it'll kill Kami, as he IS electricity. Thus, it's an unstoppable lethal attack. Which I find overpowered.
Kami's control is gradually increasing, making him gradually more dangerous. However, he still can't summon infinite amounts of electricity from the atmosphere. If there really was al that much electricity in the atmosphere, we'd have thunderstorms permanently. He mostly has to draw electricity from human-made sources, like power lines and nuclear power plants.
Overall, while Kami is powerful, he does not break any of the points of judgement I use (feel free to challenge these). However, I will admit to Wormwood not being an attack of an overly powerful magnitude. In this aspect, I will yield to you, and admit I was wrong.))

I go up to the surface of Hope and walk around, until coming to the Target, i walk inside and grab an entire cart of batteries and walk back outside and to the edge of the city above Kami. "Dinner Time!" I shout as i push the cart over the edge

Kami holds up one hand, and every battery freezes in midair, before pulsing, as Kami absorbs the lightning. They then fall down into the city below. However, it would not hit anything important, as it would be obliterated by the nuke, which would hit the ground in more or less ten minutes. Kami smiled, as he floated downwards at more or less the same speed Hope was going down as it's engines faltered and started to crash. The corrupted energy, no longer functioning as electricity, had damaged the engine, and it was going down. The massive Hover-Tech plates stopped glowing, as Hope started accelerating. Kami was not a scienties, but he knew that Hope hitting the ground at terminal velocity would kill everybody within. And then there was that nuke-waiting-to-happen.
"Well then, it seems I will not even need to kill you. You will be here, trying to save these people. You may be powerful, Abbadon, but can you hold up a city?" Kami laughed, as he created a large metal platform, which held the carnage-woman and Elysia. It would not do for him to let his followers die. He then sped off, not at light-speed, but fast. The metal platform became a box, holding his followers, as he sped off. Those people would die, but it wasn't his fault. Not really. Abbadon had done it. Nothing left to do, Kami was sure. It wasn't even his responsibility. He'd given up on being a hero.
Kami came to a stop, looking back at the massive crashing aircraft that was falling through the clouds. It was an impressive sight, but it disgusted him. All those lives weren't on his conscience, he assured himself. He didn't care. He didn't. He didn't. He'd just keep telling himself that, and it would be true. He was a God. He couldn't care. They were all Heathens! He didn't care......

Aki sighed then turned towards Hope. He landed on the ground to steady himself for what he was going to try. He wasn't sure if he could do it but he focused on the air around Hope. He started to push the air up trying to slow it down. He didn't care about the people on it but he didn't want to lose his home. Aki most likely had no hope of saving Hope but he didn't want give up until he was sure he couldn't.

Elysia face planted as Kami trapped her and Carnage in a metal box. The fall, in her mind, made it a fact that one of her ribs must be broken. She had to be very careful about how she breathed, too deep of a breath caused her to feel a sharp pain in her lungs. She slammed her fist against the box, "Kami must think I'm one of his 'followers'" she sighed, as soon as she found a way out of this box she was going to tell him just how sorely mistaken he was.
