@Avanhelsing: Just a basic intro to your character, What are they thinking, stuff like that. Doesn't have to be very long, as it just gives everyone as general sense of how the character is. You don't have to reply at all right now if you're having trouble, as we're still waiting for some applications before we actually start.

Her appearance changes, however, when she uses her Titan ability, with new features appearing, resulting in her eyes becoming a bright, energetic blue, twin dog like ears sprouting from her head, and a long grey tipped furry tail. Her ears are tall and black with white fluff and her tail starts out thin and black but thickens towards the and as well as gets lighter till the tip is a silver color.
General Personality:
Avis is a straightforward, no nonsense girl that isn't afraid to state what she thinks and challenge other people's claims. She is generally a friendly, trusting person that takes on a "Fuck the world" personality, though not in the rebellious sense. She tends to have a skeptical mind, never taking this as they are with questioning everything her priority. Simply put, she just wants to get through her crazy life in the best way possible.

She is able to generate and control a sort of solid state of electric energy. This power has altered her physical image, creating the new ears and tail and causing her eyes to glow a bright energetic blue. In her basic form, this can be used as a separate melee weapon of sorts or as a way to energize a punch, making the impact much more devastating than a normal punch, or use it to increase her jump height or length by focusing it in her feet and legs She has more mastery over this basic form of the power than in what is called "Combat Form"
Combat Form is a more advance version and control over Energy Stasis. It forms a armor around her and creates to wrist mounted energy blades (Think Wolverine, but with one dagger like blade) that extend from the black gauntlets as seen in the image. This form amplifies her physical abilities as well as giving her a light energy shield she can create independently. This advance form, however, takes its toll on Avis, and in her current state, she cannot maintain it for more than ten minutes. Not only that, but she has issues of even going into Combat form in general and is currently a "Last Resort" type ability. She hopes to train herself to use this advance form much more.
Weaknesses:
Avis is still a novice when it comes to using her Titan Ability, thus there is a tendency for failure to occur when using her abilities. One particular failure usually happens during a enhanced blow with the fist. During this attack, energy is transferred from her fist to the target, usually amplifying the effect. However, sometimes this horribly backfires, and to put it simply, she punches herself in the face. While she claims she has fixed this problem and mastered it, is still happens occasionally, though not as often as it used to.
In terms of personal weakness, it is hard for her to stand down and typically does not do well with authority. Backing away from a fight is also not one of her strong suits, and she can be unnecessarily rude and frank sometimes.
Weapon:
If her basic Titan Ability fails for whatever reason, she carries a fixed blade, 9 inch knife
Fighting Style:
Chaotic, rough, dirty fighting that gives the default advantage over most fighting styles as it it is unpredictable, brutal, and unrelenting in your face fighting.

-Okay, I've made the character sheet bin for this RP, here. I also took the liberty of putting a link to the creator on the character's sheet. If anyone wants their link removed, please tell me and I can do so right away.
-Upon reading through all the posts, there are two users that are going to be making a character sheet: Quadrophenia and FiendishFox and two other users who just have to make a few small edits: Cyka, and mattmanganon. Though since Quadrophenia is dropping out for now, we may have one more spot if a new user comes along.
So when all is said and done, we'll have sixteen members, which is a large group, but manageable. I think I'll have to cap the team at 16 though unfortunately.
@Kilo6: Avis is accepted, though I do have one request. The tail and ears are fine, but can they be some part of her costume? Since her powers aren't based in magic, and she is a titan- her reasons for having powers are genetic and therefore scientific, and the tails and ears are a bit implausible, though the superpower part of all this probably is too haha, so I hope you understand what I mean. Anyway, Welcome to Sanctum! (Oh and can you fix your bio sheet, it kind of glitched out, at least for me, and I need to add it to the character sheet page.)

I'll make the edits. But the CS is just centered if that's what you're talking about. Bit confused on what you mean by "glitched". There was no backstory section on the CS so I didn't see much of a chance to explain how the ears, tail, and eye color changes relate to the power. I would rather explain it through character development in the IC, but if you really want, I can explain it to you in a PM.

Nikolai typically wears a simple hoodie and jeans with trainers, as he cares little for his appearance. His costume is simple a red cape with a purple P stitched into it, tied around whatever he happens to be wearing; Nikolai dislikes wearing even it, as he feels it places him above ordinary people, but it is necessary to alert civilians that he is a friend.
General Personality: Before Nikolai's powers came into full bloom, he was a happy and outgoing child, who was first to smile and last to frown. However, once his power came into full effect, he realised it fed off his emotional, and to a lesser extent, physical energy; if either were drained too much he would become little more than a glorified zombie. Nikolai realised that if he wanted to use his ability to help protect others he needed to store away all emotions, and unleash them only when he needed to activate his power. Over the years Nikolai has trained himself not to display any out ward emotions, and he appears almost robotic in the way he talks and acts around others. He has also come to view life in a different way; he simply sees the world as it is, nothing is either good or bad, it just is for Nikolai.
Secretly, he wishes he could simply return to being a normal, happy guy, but he knows his duty to protect others far outweighs his own personal desires. Anyway I figured the best way to explain a backstory is through rping so I didn't want to ruin that for players by adding that section to the bio sheet. In saying that, I think it would hypocritical of me to ask you to PM the info on her, as it's not really a huge deal. If you believe that it will fit with the laws and lore of the universe then I will trust your judgement, and let you explain through RP.
@FiendishFox: It seems that you've got a good handle on keeping the character balanced but I do have like one or two questions. I'm assuming since you said alive or dead that Nikolai can move humans? If so, I'd probably ask that at least for now, he not be that capable in terms of ability unless you can explain it, because I can be a bit slow and may be understanding it incorrectly. Also you said he prefers to have a vantage point, so does his ability make him stationary? Either way, he's accepted! Welcome to Sanctum!

Well right now they're all just lined up, and not speaking. Basically, the two overseers Guardian and Animal are waiting for Bella Nunez who is their superior. For now, you can just kind of talk about what your character is feeling, are they nervous? Excited? And the line up is the order of the list under BPAP members in the archive. So Kyle would be standing next to Alexander and Eve right now, so I'm sure they'd notice the static.
Oh shoot, I didn't realize that we were in the order on the list. Any way I can swap so it matches my post? ^^;;; I have no problems changing it either, but I figured the dog would put her on the end.

The ability does make him stationary, yes. I did intend that he could move humans, but if you don't want him having that power it's fine. Would animals be alright?
