Sorry this took so long, been kind of distracted by other stuff lately. ^^;

@Guy: That seems alright with me.

@Sketcher: For the most part it seems good, the only thing I'm concerned about is the speed. Even without the reflexes to make quick turns/stops, it seems like a bit much for someone's base powers, especially coming from something not specifically known for speed.

@TheUnknowable: The academy's rules really aren't that strict or oppressive, to be honest. Trying to force anything overly strict on teenagers with super powers just seems like a bad idea.

I know. He doesn't see it, though. He wants to be able to do what he wants, when he wants, and because he doesn't see why he has to obey, other than that they are stronger than him, he isn't willing to accept their orders without question. Basically, he's a typical rebellious teenager, but with super powers.
I'll have him grow out of it as the story progresses, mostly due to Feronia seeing that the people aren't as oppressed as he said they were, and discussing it with him.

Edit: I added an explainer in his bio under personality. It is labeled "psychologist report"
Edit 2: What is the date? If it's after November 13th, I'd like to make him a Junior, and lessen the powers he got from Feronia.
Edit 3: I added that he transferred here from an American contractor school. If he's a junior (second year in Japan), it will be just months after he transferred.

Name: Tokugawa Miku
Age: 18
Appearance: It is only reluctantly that Mira can get her to dress in a suit for public appearances.
Personality: Despite her rather frightening casual appearance, Miku is actually rather timid and finds it hard to approach people to talk to. Since her appearance is also rather scary, this leaves her with lots of time to herself, which she rather enjoys. Since she's more scared of starting a conversation with strangers than actually averse to talking, she's prone to rambling about weird things with her friends... and also dragging them out for Karaoke.
Clubs: Light Music Club (Bass & Lead Vocals), the Tea Ceremony club.
Brief Backstory: She made her current contract as a child, whilst highly supervised, and the rather... unusual circumstances lead her to never cancel it, despite how intimidating her contract would have been in other circumstances. When Mira joined the club, she had to be pried off the adorable guitarist.
Contract(s): Heracles, God of Strength.

Name: HERACLES
Type: God, formerly a demigod.
Personality: Extremely loud and boisterous, as well as a great friend to kids: whilst his contractor might be timid, Heracles has absolutely no inhibitions about walking up to people and chatting away as if they'd been known all their life. Still feeling guilt from killing his original wife and child, anyone making aggressive moves against either their partner or someone youthful will find themselves in a world of pain.
Generally, though, rather friendly.
Powers: Enhanced strength, enhanced endurance.
Fusion: Take Miku--now imagine her larger, tan, and much more heavily muscled; the fusion is determined from Heracles' proper appearance. Aside from the large increase in reach and strength this comes with, Miku gains the pelt of the Nemean Lion--which is impenetrable to essentially all weapons--as a cloak, and the ability to summon a bow and arrow for use. She does not, however, get the hydra-poison arrows because of the sheer overkill. She also learns how to wrestle properly.
Summon: Some time ago, Heracles accidentally walked in on his half-sister bathing, and Artemis reacted instinctively... leading to his less than impressive current appearance. Being turned into a pre-pubescent girl has done nothing to impact his abilities however, and he's almost certainly the strongest--or joint strongest, if Atlas or the like is around--entity on campus. The pelt of the Nemean Lion is as durable as ever, and the poison on his arrows... well, he knows not to use them on people, because it was the diluted poison in someone's blood that caused Heracles' melting and funeral pyre.

Raineh: I like the fact that Artemis turned him into a little girl. That's just the kind of wacky thing that would happen in an anime of this. I'm guessing the pelt doesn't cover her completely? Or is it susceptible to magic? Because otherwise it seems a bit OP.

It's a lion skin. If it covered her entirely she would be unable to do anything.

It's a big lion. But it's still a lion, and not, say, an oliphaunt.

Hey! I love the stuff you've typed up, Tachi. It's an interesting approach to magic and a fun idea, so I figured I'd try my hand at getting in. Any problems/clarifications and I'll be happy to work it out.

Name: Ou Ten

Age: 14

Appearance: "Stillness and silence."

Personality: Subdued and calm but by no means shy, Ten is very open person with plenty of love to spare; so much so in fact that he views all life as immensely sacred, from his peers in the academy to the insects on the ground. Negative emotions and responses are rare things to come from the young monk, but they can be drawn out of him with enough dedication - if you can get to this point with him, then you're probably doing something incredibly wrong.

Ten is a very virtuous person indeed, but he does have his vices. He will often espouse the importance of dedication, discipline and moderation, but this is hypocrisy coming from him. He's an obsessive by nature, once he becomes interested in something he feels he must excel at it or know as much as he can on the subject. It just so happens that so far, his obsession has been purely on his monks lifestyle rather than anything that could be considered gluttonous.

Clubs: Book club, Gardening club

Brief Backstory: Ten was raised to be a monk, and has spent most of his life surrounded by them in a tranquil monastery located in the Guangxi province of China. Tradition and routine heavily dominated his life; one such ancient (and dangerous) tradition forged his contract with the Qilin. In face of this unique feat among the monks, he was permitted to leave the monastery to become more worldly. It was not long before he learned of the Covenant Academy, a place with fellow contractors such as himself whom he could learn from. The spark of curiosity ignited into a blaze, driving him from his homeland to Japan.

Contract(s): Four the Qilin

Contracted Beings:
Name: "Four-Syllables-of-Primordial-Divinity"

Type: Qilin

Personality: The Qilin, simply called 'Four' by Ten, mirrors its summoner in many ways despite being mostly non-verbal divine creature. It is a peaceful creature which places value on all existences, but unlike Ten there is a very clear prideful streak present in Four. It is a docile thing, yes, but if its pride is insulted it will not hesitate to stand up for its self with a rather painful head butt. It becomes downright fierce if an innocent is threatened by conflict, rushing to defend them. The Qilin is large enough to serve as a mount, but one had to earn that right.

Powers: Friend of the Land - Thanks to Ten's contract with the Qilin, the young monk now has a greater empathic connection with animals. He cannot directly understand anything an animal would be communicating, but he can get a feel for what they're thinking.

Fusion: "Mandate of the Heavens, Divine Benevolent Ruler!"
The Qilin may be weak by the standards of most magical creatures, the abilities it grants a contract holder are great. The Qilin are drawn to wisdom and kindness in individuals, and they rewarded it justly. When Four fuses with Ten, the young monks gain 'mandate' over the domains of plant life, fungi and earth. On top of that, he acquires the Qilin's levitation and flight ability. The strength of the mandate granted by Divine Benevolent Ruler is appropriately dictated by his wisdom and kindness. For example, if Ten were an absolute pacifist sage, the strength of Divine Benevolent Ruler would be near its peak. However, it could never be used for fighting if he wished to maintain it at that level. As it is now, Divine Benevolent Ruler allows him to accelerate, control and mutate the growth of plant life & fungi with some minor geokinesis. Ten's knowledge and ability to conceptualize, imagine and multi task plays a large part in how far he can actually take this ability.

The fusion manifests self in golden scales covering the top of his forearms, tufts of blue hair encircling his wrists. The golden antlers and accessories of the Qilin reshape and reforge into halos of distinctly Vedic and Buddhist design, maintaining their position behind him perfectly. A sensation of clarity, a calm in the eye of the storm, radiates from him in this form. Indeed, the name of the fusion is accurate - it feels like observing a divine and benevolent ruler.

Summon: "O Celestial Messenger of Greatness and Peace, Four-Syllables-of-Primordial-Divinity!"
Innately, the Qilin's abilities are rather limited due to its status as sort of harbinger and divine pet. To this end, it has powers based mainly around movement.

Levitation & Flight: Its feet never touch the ground, constantly held above the dirt by small clouds that manifest below each foot. With this ability, it can charge through the skies as fast as it would on the ground.

Speed: At its highest speed, Four could give any muscle car a run for its money in a straight stretch.

Okay, sorry it's taken so long for me to respond, long story short, been stressed out about some things, so...yeah. Anyway...

@TheUnknowable: I still don't really get the logic behind his problems with the school, but...whatever. Moving on, he couldn't have transferred from an American contractor school because, as I said in the OP, Covenant's meant to be unique in that regard. Also, I figure I should just throw this out there, because I really didn't explain it very well in the first post, but despite its location and how the grades/clubs work, the academy is an independent nation, separate from Japan.

In addition, this kind of bugged me before, but I figured there were more important things to comment on, the dwarf's personality seems extremely basic. A bit too one note for my liking, to be honest. Also, a freshman having the money to travel to and from Italy seems a little odd to me.

@Art: Looks good for the most part. My only issue is that the contracted being's powers should go under summon, the "powers" bit is for passive abilities granted to the contractor.

His parents were very strict, so he resented them and saw them as wardens or slave drivers. This continued through the strict private middle school they sent his to, including his teachers and the staff (military school with the military stuff replaced with academic stuff.). When he got to the Academy, he expected it to be the same, and transferred his resentment of virtually every authority figure he'd seen onto the school staff. This lead to him cynically believing that the freedoms they give him and the other students were another level of control. (in the words of the Merovingian from the Matrix, "choice is an illusion created between those with power and those without.")

Tachi said Moving on, he couldn't have transferred from an American contractor school because, as I said in the OP, Covenant's meant to be unique in that regard.

Ok, I'll just make it a strict private school.

Tachi said Also, I figure I should just throw this out there, because I really didn't explain it very well in the first post, but despite its location and how the grades/clubs work, the academy is an independent nation, separate from Japan.

So, it's a city-state like the Vatican, only its religion is contracting instead of Catholicism? (I know, it's not really a religion) So does the rest of the world know what it really is, or do they assume it's just a normal city-state?

Tachi said In addition, this kind of bugged me before, but I figured there were more important things to comment on, the dwarf's personality seems extremely basic. A bit too one note for my liking, to be honest.

There isn't really a lot of lore about him. He's probably a Dwarf, and may have made Mjolnir, but that's about it. I'll make up some stuff that seems consistent, though.

Also, a freshman having the money to travel to and from Italy seems a little odd to me.

I was thinking of his parents as rich people, but I didn't specify that. I figured that contractors would automatically be rich, as their skills are so much better than normal humans.

Edit: Ok, I think I fixed everything.

Contractor

Name: Hio Sakura (Yes, I know the name's redundant, but I really don't care)

Race: Human

Age: 15

Personality: She's quite the optimistic dreamer, though it's advisable to not get her mad, as she will not hesitate to fuse with her contracted being which she obtained in her studies of dark magic. She isn't proud of her studies though, despite it leading to her contract.

Powers: Incredible night vision, and heightened senses, although that was from training.
Contracted Being(s)

"May your world be engulfed in darkness!"

Name: Why would I give that information to you?

Species: Tarot Card

Personality: She has a disdainful personality, hating everyone and everything except for her contractor, whom she sees as above reproach. She longs to be released from the card that she has been sealed into. Due to her true form being sealed into a card, she does not have a summoned form.

Fused: No visible changes occur, as she stands still for about five minutes... until you're engulfed in darkness, then you see the cold, black eyes staring back at you. Although, there are some bright lights so you can actually see perfectly fine. The landscape is empty and black. In this form, Sakura no longer has any control, forfeiting the control to her contracted being in exchange for more power. This form wields blades of darkness that are quite jagged and would hurt a lot... if you were being physically attacked by them. Luckily, these blades are made from psychic power, so if you lose, you'll just have a pounding headache. No injuries caused in the battle will exist in the real world, as they all exist in the mind. You are still capable of fusing and using your contracted being, however, no one will see you summon or fuse with it, as people around you will just see you both staring off into space.
