Im tempted to take Korea, but the only problem is that Sovi3t might wanna go Japanese Empire and conquer my butt.
I want to find a nation thats in a good position to build a Empire.

He might, but the point of the RP is to build that nation/empire a good story until the end. Besides, you can go to another nation if Japan does conquer Korea.

What was said by Rare, but if you still want to go with a possible empire... Maybe that combined Sweden-Norway arctic place? Or Iran. Or Egypt. Or somewhere like Bavaria. BAVARIAN EMPIRE...

I'd suggest taking someone such as Sweden or the Netherlands. Sweden has the potential to United Scandinavia and the Netherlands has a fair colonial empire. Spain could always be an interesting choice as well trying to hold on to their last vestiges of their colonial empire.

I was actually considering playing as Sweden or Denmark for Scandinavia
Playing as the Dutch might be interested as well, lot of Empire building to be done Asia
Or France, they could do some empire building in Asia as well.

Sweden would be much better for Scandinavian ambitions in my own opinion. All you really need after that is a way to get Denmark into the fold.

Korea be the only interesting Asian country I want to play as, it in position to industrialize really easily(Northen Korea has a lot of iron and coal).

If you intend on going Korea it might be hard to really flourish. You'd be stuck between China and Japan trying to extend influence over you.

Edit:Exact reason I dont wanna play as Korea anymore, both Japan and China want to conquer me.

Yeah at this point in time its still independent
Although Sov3t might take the chance and go ahead and conquer it, only to deny the US from colonizing a lot of the Pacific Islands.

It's not that long. I haven't done much work on it yet. The main POD is a stronger Nativist sentiment in 1840s America

I'm pretty sure anything on the list is all that is available right now. Hawaii wouldn't add much to the game. We need some secondary powers filled. A lot of them have good potential.
