*Powers/Skills:
The visual appearance and powers of the character have varied, but common powers include superhuman levels of strength, speed, stamina, durability, and reflexes; flight at subsonic speeds; and various offensive weapons such as concussive blasts of energy fired from its optical sensors or hands and an "encephalo-ray", which places victims into a deathlike coma. The latter ray also allows Ultron to mesmerize and mind-control victims, or implant subliminal hypnotic commands within their minds to be enacted at a later time. Ultron also has the ability to convert electromagnetic radiation into electrical energy for use or storage. Ultron has a genius intellect, a capacity for creative intelligence and self-repair, superhuman cybernetic analytical capabilities, and the ability to process information and make calculations with superhuman speed and accuracy. The character is an expert roboticist and strategist.

Ultron's outer armor is usually composed primarily of adamantium, which is almost completely impervious to damage (the first use of the term "adamantium" in Marvel Comics was made in reference to Ultron in Avengers #66, published in July 1969). Most Ultron units are powered by a small internal nuclear furnace and incorporate a "program transmitter" which can beam part or all of Ultron's memory/personality system into other computer systems or duplicate robotic bodies. Ultron can also control other machines remotely. Ultron has occasionally reformed itself with a humanoid appearance above the waist and the appearance of a complex machine, including tractor beam apparatus for flight, below the waist. A later Ultron model developed hive-mind technology, allowing it to animate and control hundreds of other Ultron bodies simultaneously,[44] although only the 'prime' Ultron was composed of adamantium while others were made of steel or secondary adamantium due to the lack of resources to give all the Ultrons adamantium bodies.[45] Ultron also uses an internal molecular rearranger that renders the adamantium components of its workings more malleable and so have the ability to restructure his physical form. What circuitry Ultron has is carefully shielded to protect from damage, although the Scarlet Witch is capable of causing malfunctions with her hex power,[46] Johnny Storm, using his nova burst, managed to damage Ultron's internal circuits while his outer armor remained intact,[47] and Wonder Man was once able to destroy an Ultron by throwing it so hard its internal systems were damaged.
*Brief Bio: He finally did it. The avengers are dead. But this wasn't the time for victory. He would travel to every dimension and kill every version of these scum. With mr. fantastic's prototype Dimensional Puncher he would scour the multiverse and abolish every thor, every stark, every Widow, every Hawkeye, every single captain america. All of them would meet their doom by his hands.
It was only a matter of time.

*Appearance:
Regular Form

Taguel Form

*Personality: Panne is a cool taguel, who does not lose her patience or composure easily. She has a broad sense of pride and self-respect, and does not stoop to levels she deems to be 'too low' for her. However, she will dirty her hands alongside those who she is close with. Although suffering from nightmares at times, she has become closer to the human species after joining the Shepherds. Yet, she generally still distrusts people after the massacre of her warren, in which all remaining Taguel were slaughtered at the hands of humans. Still, she does not care for death and killing. She only does what she has to in order to ensure the safety of those who she cares does miss her warren greatly, and has pondered on going back to live there alone after the fighting is done.

Panne may come off as boorish, due to not being familiar with human mannerisms. Being raised apart from humans, she does not have knowledge of their society's norms. She can also come off as clueless, due to this, but she is a generally intellectual warrior with a strong sense of honor. She vows not to prey on the weak, and would never lay her hands upon an innocent. Although preferring to keep her distance from most humans, she will tolerate some and get closer to them. She has a particular weakness for those who hold personality similarities to those who she once cared for back in her warren.

Traitors grate on her nerves, and she doesn't tolerate those who are dishonest. If someone has done a favor for her, she will usually attempt to repay them. She enjoys times of peace, and is not a bloodthirsty taguel. She does not hunger for revenge against humanity. She would rather forgive most humans to give herself a sense of security, rather than lust for blood. She doesn't get anxious easily.

*Powers/Skills: Panne's ability, using her beaststone, is to transform into a different form more suited for battle. Her taguel form resembles that of a giant, although fiercer looking rabbit. She also has hearing so sensitive that she can hear heartbeats, due to her large ears.

*Brief Bio: Panne does not remember much of her early childhood. She can recall the feelings of happiness. She had a younger brother, and her warren was a complete circle, a family. As a taguel, her species became preyed upon. Most of her family and warren were killed off by human hunters, in a massacre that she'll never forget. She remains the last survivor of the taguel species. The flames and the anguished, dying cries of her warren haunt her to this day. She was in her early teens when the incident occurred. Afterwards, she hunted and scavenged for food, but remained wary of humans and strayed mostly away from them. She had no business with any of them.

However, in later years, she became involved in the Shepherds' struggle for peace in Ylisse. She had originally intended to repay the taguel species's debt to the first exalt, by saving Emmeryn, who was the exalt at the time Panne was there. She infiltrated the Ylissetol when it was being invaded, and fought to save Emmeryn, before being offered to join their ranks. Seeing as she had nowhere else to go, she joined the Shepherds in their quest against Plegia. She had little experience with human manners or traditions, earning her the distaste of Maribelle. Yet, she did speak and bond with some of the Shepherds, after warming up to a select few. Afterwards, Ylisse when on to defeat Plegia in a final battle, resulting in a (temporary) peace.

*Equipment: Basic armor seen in her image, as well as a Beaststone, which enables her to transform into Beast form

*Others: Likes: Carrot, carrot stew, sunny days, mild or pleasant weather

Dislikes: Traitors, dishonest humans, potatoes, nosy people, nightmares, thunderstorms, most pastries

Fears: Panne doesn't have many fears, however, one she does have is the humans who killed her race finding out that she's alive and coming to kill her. If humans came to kill her, the others close to her would be in danger, as well as herself.

Dreams/Desires: Panne's desires are muddled. She believes she'll want to go back to her warren and live there, or move around hoping to find fellow Taguel survivors. She dreams of a time when all conflicts and warring between countries is over, and then she can finally sort out her priorities.

Your version of Ultron... is not a crossover character. He has no personality beyond "CRUSH KILL DESTROY," he's painted as an invincible supergod, he's from an AU you created which violates fundamental cosmic laws of the Marvel Universe, and mind control and coma rays are huge nonos in any RP.

In Earth 616, the Avengers are alive and well, SHIELD still has a department to fight Godzilla, and there is a series about the feud of a trucker and a man who sold his soul to the devil to become the best trucker ever. These are events that are easily within my suspension of disbelief because the Marvel Universe is a glorious, insane place.

In Earth-Ultron-Fanfiction, your events happened. They are ridiculous.

Though honestly, the entire setup of this RP kind of puts your character in a terrible situation. Either he attacks the characters who can't touch him according to how he's written, which is most of them, or, well...

The small number of characters who would be able to harm him kill him(Saber for example could do it). At least judging by the single line of personality you gave him.

Playing Devil's Advocate here, there is a universe (The Next Avengers movie AU) where Ultron wiped the floor with the Avengers. Problem is that years later, he got his ass kicked by the Hulk. In a movie that's supposed to be about the next generation of Avengers.

That said, I think what Clanjos is saying is that we have to use canon backstories and not hypothetical what ifs. Why he's here is already answered for in the RPG itself. Wish-granting entity summons people to help cure him of something terminal and in return he can grant them their greatest wish via messing up with probabilities. For example, Ultron's wish might be to kill the Avengers and the probabilities of Ultron losing to the Avengers get skewered while odds of him killing them get increased to "it was meant to be" levels.
