Time travel: technically possible in Touhou, but it's a mystery if it happened more than once. XD

I almost regret not bringing Eirin in so she can criticise Ba'al's stuff. She is... old. Very old. But also, importantly, a genius. XD

Well, hopefully we won't encounter any wibbly-wobblyness if we do time travel.

That would have been interesting. I mean, I haven't even touched some of the crazier stuff, like continent shattering nuclear bombs, Von Neumann machine type death robots, and a device that creates explosive tumors

Fortunately, no wibbly wobbliness from Stargate time travel. Altering events results in a new time line. Multiverse theory to the max.

Lunarian tech is mostly a mystery, it's just advanced. And they have a ton of magical ability as well. Even though they didn't really have anything in the way of enemies, they still had homing bullets and handguns that fire explosions, and that was when Eirin left. Mostly they have more peaceful stuff. XD

Also they understood quantum mechanics before people were building cities. Odd lot.

Hm, too bad Ba'al can't ascend. That would show them! (I think he's literally too evil to be able to Ascend at at this point. Anubis was the only Goa'uld to do it and he had to trick his way in)

Damn my slow editting.

He'd probably be interested that Eirin knows how to make it impossible for someon to die (Kaguya's ability is one of the ingredients). <.<

If we're going for total ridiculousness...

Saber is from the Nasuverse, a setting that features a demigod who owns all the treasures of the world and has the "sword" that split heaven and earth and also rips a hole in reality every time he attacks and on its most powerful setting can blow up a planet in one shot, people with the ability to summon their own pocket dimension(one of which is filled with swords), the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception which I mentioned earlier, Saber herself who can kill 1000 people in a single shot(though she doesn't have free access to that attack and she won't risk collateral damage with it) which once killed literally Cthulhu, and much, much more.

Then there's Nonon, who comes from a setting where people wear superpowered transforming clothing
. I think that's enough said on that.

...Wow Vash comes from a rather tame reality by comparison.

Though, I don't know if Becquerel's been accepted yet, but if he is then we have a character who comes from a multiverse in which each universe is actually a giant frog. ...Also time travel becomes absolutely ridiculous.

Oh, right, almost forgot, but one of the Ancient's old experiments (that the SGC brought back) had the potential to destroy the entirety of the universe at once. Because exotic particles that screw with the laws of nature. Like physics.

Potentially blowing everything up seems to be a running thing.

I think Eirin almost succeeded in putting the entirety of the Earth in a jar. Or maybe just Gensokyo. Or Earth and Gensokyo. To stop people from the moon getting down to Earth.

Lunarian method for originally colonising the moon: manipulate quantum probabilities so everyone that needs to be there is there. I have no idea how this works.

In pokémon you can capture a god into a little ball and also use legendarie's powers to create a new world for yourself and to destroy the old one. Also, technology allows teleportation, raising a castle from ground in a matter of seconds (and building it there without anyone noticing) and putting animals in PC. Sadly, Whitney has currently no access to either PC or Giratina.

I was only focusing on the Lunarians. Gensokyo includes a lot of weirder shit.

Like the eternally drunk oni that looks like a child, can control density, and used this ability to... make people throw parties.

I'm glad I didn't attempt to include any character from Problem Sleuth.

...Because that's an insane canon to be from.

There's a good goddamn reason Sazh is coming from the end of Final Fantasy XIII and NOT its sequels (FFXIII-2 and Lightning Returns), because everything after the main game becomes mish-mashy bullshit regarding time travel and gods and betrayal and something or other. I mean, Final Hallway XIII's gameplay was really bad, but I liked it for all the concepts it had in mind; it just executed them all wrong. But of the three games, the first one didn't screw up the most.

Had I known we'd have more than a few fire-using characters, I might've been more tempted to play Snow Villers to balance out the elements a bit, but arguably might've done a bit worse portraying him accurately... at first, at least.

And for a last bit of fun while I wait on posts, here you go. I would totally go see this if I hadn't watched the show already.
