@Unending

I remember saying that... I did say that... that was a typo, did not mean to say that, but I think I have a way of allowing it.

Get the Rare Discovery Trait, maybe you discovered a way to learn these two conflicting magic types and thus know how to combine these two forms of differentiating magic (as trying to learn both normally ends in failure, but perhaps you discovered a way how thanks to your Magic Affinity and Dark Contract)

If you do that, then I will allow it.

Rare Discovery does allow for these kinds of things after all.

I don't mind taking points from my skills for the fourth time to pull that off. How much XP for such a thing? 5 or 7?

At Unending

Add what the Bard Trait does to your CS so I know.

Your Reputation is 6, so you start off with an additional 30 iL.

Neutral Reputation (you aren't known for being heroic or good, but you aren't seen in a poor light either).

your sword is a Short Sword (20 iL) (+2 Damage mod, Light Weapon, can be wielded even with your crappy Might). guard's disguise would probably include a Chain Shirt (35 iL, 2 Armor Penalty, 4 Armor Rating (how much it protects you)) and a War Cap (15 iL, +1 Armor, 0 Armor Penalty, but a -2 on all Observation Rolls while wearing it). Beggars disguise would be free. We will say the Lute is free thanks to your Bard Trait.

Rations cost 1 iL for a day's worth of rations.

With all of the stuff you are carrying (given that your might is two) you have Medium Encumbrance.

A note for all players, a basic Riding Horse costs 35 iL. a light War Horse costs 75 iL, and a Heavy War Horse costs 125 iL.

The one 'fun' thing of all RPGs. Setting up characters and gear and all of that other shit.

But, once we get into it, it'll all be worth it.

Still having issues figuring out what type of character I want to make XD. It's tougher to do when I'm playing a ton of Dawngate. Might as well be manbearpig. XD joking.

XD

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFDuck no.

Well the best options are mage, barbarian, archer, warrior, assassin, thief, scholar, craftsman, alchemist, and some others that I cannot name off the top of my head. Of course, if you have any special ideas as well, don't be afraid to ask me about them, regardless of how they might sound (as long as it isn't completely BS of course).

Well, I want to evolve my characters(in death do we part) to the point where my character is an animated doll. So I'm going to need a mage at some point, but I also am considering a Swashbuckler (sorry for how redundant I'm sounding on these things btw). If this weren't a more standard RPG like one, I would be wanting to suggest this loli-type character that augmented her strength with magic for what she lacks in actual physical strength. . . It's always fun to have a character like that. Damned Mage-Knights XD

A character like that could definitely be achieved later on (it would be a Construct, and it would be awesome). Right now though the world is not too advanced. I do plan on making things more awesome in this world as time progresses (through time skips that take place over tens or hundreds of years). Also the loli thing could be possible to, but at a later date. So this 'standard RPG' thing will evolve as the RP progresses and things get to become more extraordinary.

Right now Swashbuckler is your best bet, but if you still want something 'mystical' in a sense (and we already have a duelist character) the most powerful thing is currently Alchemy (from the get go, Magic sort of sucks in the beginning, but its supposed to).

this RP is going to be Veeerrryyyyy long term. Its more of an RP that's not only about just the characters that travel in this world, but also how the world is changed and affected by said adventurers.

However, I would allow this if you really want to do the Construct thing right now. Rare Discovery, your character discovers how to create a 'body' that moves with magic and maybe their goal is to become skilled and knowledgeable enough to create this body and find the proper means to transfer her own soul into it, this discovery in itself making some incredible advances to magic down the road in time.

That is an idea right there.

Hmm, Path to Progress

Not quite the pic I was looking for but it works. Magitech.

So we have a Duelist and . . . Apparently I'm more blind than I thought and can't find Sangan's Empire's CS. . . I think it was something like a dark caster though if I remember right. I like to keep the character "classes" diverse. Makes it more fun. I also feel like I was pushing too hard for the Doll Construct as of right now and it makes me feel a bit. . . Dickish for lack of a better word so I apologize if it feels to you like it feels to me XD. It has to be a grand discover of epic proportions later on.

Ryu's CS is on the first page, Empire's CS is on the second.

And cool for both people knowing what characters they want to play. Don't remember lowkey here from the Interest Check though...

Not that it really matters. When I do RPs I do an Int check to gather people, then I make an OOC. It is then first come, first serve with people from the Int Check having a higher priority since they stated their interests.

Still, there are plenty of ways to have plenty of players (I mean, we could have ten players if we wanted to, split them into two different groups. I would prefer not to, but it could totally happen and would be an interesting thing to try later on in the RP once the world is a bit bigger).

Edited the CS. Assuming starting gear doesn't subtract from wealth. In which case I'll have to go back and just edit that.

Starting gear does subtract from wealth unless you get it for free from something (like your Lute would be free from your Bard Trait)

Wealth is how much money you have and at Character Creation its used to purchase starting gear.

Anyway, ill go ahead and slap up your CS on the front page as it is accepted unless you have any more edits you need to make?
