This is an example of the attitude presented by a current Sub-Mod, Beta. It is a recurring problem, that I am solving. Beta will now be on roleplay probation and is nolonger a Sub-Mod to this roleplay. Additionally, I will be taking a Moderation Hiatus and have arranged that Durn and Tuuj be in my place while I am gone. This will not impede my ability to play Kino or Shin. I need time away from the drama caused by members of this roleplay, such as Beta, and the lack of attention paid to actions I made, such as reconstructing the roster.

The current Moderation Staff includes: Tuuj, as Co-Mod and Head of Plot and Setting; Durn as Co-Mod for oversight of Tuuj and Head of Roleplay Interaction and Innue as sub-Mod for plot and setting adherence.

I just want to point out that Prince actually stripped me of my Sub-Mod status over a week ago, and I have not done any CS Thread duties since that day.

As for Tuuj being a new Mod, I say Happy day. I was wondering when someone would be found to replace me. It's usually a bad thing when the power balance in an RP shifts and isn't corrected. So having a replacement mod is good news.

No hard feelings, despite what I may be portrayed as.

As soon as a lot of the preliminary interactions with the teams start to settle down we can decide how to proceed from there.

I'd also like to create a few NPCs so when I do I'll run them by everyone as a group too before deciding anything.
I can also find something for the "stand by" characters to do so they aren't involuntarily pushed from the RP all together.

I'm not going to accept any more Jounin until such a time arises when they become necessary. Not only that, but I also am yet to be convinced of either of you two's suitability with regards to having a character that is by definition fairly important to the setting and the plot.

Of course, I'll still defer to Prince's judgement, but that is my current opinion on the matter.

Another note, for those who may think I'm making shit up as I go with Kirugetsu.

He doesn't actually know Gentle Fist. He was trying to get Maruki pissed off at him, to use his anger instead of keeping it bottled up. In addition, the piercing of the Hyuga Heart did NOT give him knowledge of Gentle Fist. He is merely using what he has seen in his fights with Hyuga Clan Shinobi in the past. He is not some Hyuga/Hozuki hybrid monster.

Tuuj, we have been extremely active in working on our collab. We haven't been doing anything but thinking of any ideas about the RP. So forgive me if I say that I am not convinced that your the best person for this position.

Having been active in your collab means quite literally nothing in the context of being suitable for Jounin positions when there are no available spots due to a lack of Genin. I also don't believe you're competent enough to lead a team in a setting like this. You're free to remain "not convinced that your the best person for this position" - I really don't care. I don't think you're suitable for the position, so I'm not offering it to you - either of you.

Honestly, I understand there is no position available. However, being a moderator doesn't mean that you get to tell me what I am and am not capable of. That's not your call to make. You don't have that right. So back off.
