[IC] Camp for Supernatural Teens

Aaron had been finished eating when he decided he was in the mood to explore the camp some more. He exited the mess hall and was standing by the fire pit when he got the idea to play a prank on someone. "Hex, you thinkin' what I'm thinkin'?" He asked the wisp with a sinister grin on his face. The wisp returned his question with a hum of similar tone. Aaron began chanting quietly a series of words in a language unknown to most. After repeating them multiple times his body began to change. His skin became black as night with a texture similar to a crystal only spectral. His eyes lost their pupils and began to glow a pale blue. His heart(or at least where it should be) glowed pale blue as well through his torso. His voice was relatively the same only it had a hum similar to Hex's. "Alright let's see who we can scare", he thought to himself as he made himself invisible before creeping around the camp in search of his first victim.

"Yea..." Roxy told him reluctantly. She wasn't use to letting people in. But there was something about the small boy that made him easy to talk to. Maybe it was his size or no threaten matter. Or maybe it was simply the fact that he was one of the few people to treat her like she was a person. "It's very important to me."

"Ah. I'm glad it wasn't lost, then. That would be terrible." The boy relaxed slightly, feeling a little better now that he had actually gotten to speak with her for a bit. "I remember one time when I lost Palo, and that didn't go well. I got him back, though, so it was okay in the end."

"I'm glad too. The photo is all I have." She told him. She hated that she was so far from the one person she cared about. She signed as wrapped her arms around her legs and pulled them to her chest. "Almost time for skill building. What do you suppose they will do today?"

Dante had been looking all over the camp grounds for Roxy but found no sign of her. He decided that she was probably out in the woods of in the shadows. He walked a few feet in calling her name as he looked around. "Hey Roxy! You out here?" He called out but to no avail. He thought about changing into his vampire form and using its night vision but quickly remembered the last time he used night vision during the day. He decided to keep walking and head back once he hears the bell.

Isabella in the meantime had finished writing in her notebook and had been on her way to put it in her cabin. She rested it on the table among her other papers before heading to the fire pit. Once she arrived she sat there and began to meditate. Instead of clearing her mind she instead focused on her combat skills. Repeatedly going over the steps, techniques, and forms. Once she felt ready she imitated the moves perfectly... almost perfectly. Every time she messed up in the slightest she became upset and repeated the move. Over and over again she'd noticed imperfections in her stance or executions and would repeat it getting angrier and angrier till she simply gave up and headed to the lake to clear her head.

The somewhat cryptic statement made Kido more curious about the photo, but she was already moving on to another subject before he could ask. "Today's skill, ah? Maybe...hm...something to do with surviving in the woods, perhaps? Or maybe they'll teach us about the animals that live around here!" The thought was actually very exciting to him. Who knew what kind of fauna might be in the area? He had seen birds and such, but he still didn't know very much even about them, and maybe there were some animals that were more difficult to find around.

"I better go see what the vampire lord wants. Thanks for talking to me Kido. It's nice to feel normal once in awhile." she headed in the direction she heard Dante calling.

"Um, okay..." Kido watched curiously as she rose from her spot and started walking away. "Let's talk again later, okay? I really liked spending time with you." He smiled in her direction while he could still see her before looking up at the leaves above him. "Maybe next time," he mumbled, "we'll get more time to talk. I can wait, though."

After a bit of searching Dante finally found Roxy, "Oh there you are, I was wondering if I could ask a favor of you if you don't don't mind"

Aaron had been looking around the camp for someone to scare when he found Jasmine and James talking by the lake. "Perfect...", he thought before moving closer and closer until he was right beside them. He began whispering in their ear inaudible words before signaling to Hex to do his part. Hex bolted over the lake but his glow was no longer blue but a vibrant red that pulsated violently. The wisp let out a loud and shrill screech before flying towards them and beside Aaron who was now visible and was giving off his most disturbing smile while saying in a evil voice, "Why hello there!"

"You'll have to give me a really good reason to do a favor for you Vamp." Roxy told Dante. Her arms crossed her chest she glared at him.he might not by the Vampire Lord causing her problems but he respresented everything she stood to lose.

The word vamp didn't sit well with him as he cringed slightly. As much as he hated this he realized it was for the good of all vampires. "I need your help in acquiring a specific item. Do that for me and you'll be indirectly taking out a few vampires"

Roxy snorted. "I have no interest in taking out any vamps." She told him bluntly. "You can destroy each other for all I care. In fact I encourage it. My life would be a hell of a lot simpler without vamps."

"Please, if you don't help then...well that's just it exactly I don't know what exactly their plans are. All I know is that they are searching for something to increase their power. And if I know my own when power is in their hands they tend to do irresponsible things. If you help me we can prevent that from happening", Dante recalled what he was able to translate in the notebook. "If the artifacts get into the hands of the wrong vampire then it could upset the balance between humans and vampires"

Roxy sighed. She so didn't want to help him. She kicked the tree near him. "Damn you. Your determined to make it impossible to deny you aren't you." she glared at him angrily. "Do you know what's going to happen when he finds out I gpher pec another vamp!" she snapped. She ran her fingers through her hair. She was going to have to go after this item and hope that no one ever learned about it. Her luck had never been that good. She was going to pay for this eventually.

"All I need is for you to sneak into Isabella's cabin and steal a notebook that's in there. It should be on her desk. I figured since you can travel through shadows you'd be best for this. After this I won't concern you with anything else. Maybe one day you'll realize we aren't all evil. It's not a black or white situation with vampires"

Roxy snorted. "I have yet come across a vamp that hadn't screwed me over. I'll get your notebook. Not for you but for the other kids at camp." she told him. "You're going to owe my for this. I only hope you can afford the price." she glared at him once more before stepping into the shadows and disappearing.

Dante let out a sigh as he turned back towards camp. Despite what was said he accomplished what he came for. He could only wonder at what price. Arriving at camp he decided to take a swim in the lake. He went into his cabin and changed into his swim trunks before going to the lake and entering the water.

Jasmine sighed as she walked through the forest and decided to cool down in the lake. She took off her shoes and entered the water as her mermaid tail formed. She dove underwater and she noticed Dante in thew water too. She grabbed his leg gently to tease him.
