She gave them a shy smile. She was feeling much calmer now. It helped to have two reassure boys reassure her. Their calm quiet assurances helped her find her balance and she was feeling more confident.

"Anytime. Also you're special like the rest of us what are your powers if you don't mind me asking?" He asked with a smile trying to make her feel comfortable.

Liz hesitated she wasn't sure that she wanted to tell them what she did. She nodded. "Yes I can do something..." her father had forced her to use her power so that he got ahead in the medical community. "But it takes a lot out of me. I can...heal others."

"That's awesome!" Darien says getting over-excited. "I wish I could do that!" he says. "Instead I can turn into and manipulate electricity."

"That's pretty neat, kiddo!" Exclaims Keegan with a thumbs-up. "Technically, I can do the same thing, but I kinda suck compared to everyone else."

"Kinda suck? You can't even manipulate anything bigger than a few molecules!" Melissa replies with a giggle.

"Well, it's enough to stop a small wound, right?"

"Eh... I suppose."

"Besides, it's way more expansive than what you guys can do. And I'm not even bragging! Well... Maybe a little. But it's true."

As Katherin suggested Hadley give a try she nodded in agreement, she had been thinking of her three things the whole time during the start of the game and was now ready to give them. "Alright," she started, giving a friendly smile, "I've never been kissed, I love the dark, and I have a older brother." the girl spoke, trying to keep an even tone through out the three choices as to not give which one was the right answer away. "Any guesses?" she chirped to the few people that were still playing.

"I guess the second one." Kyo himself had mixed feelings about the dark. Whether it was friendly or threatening seemed to change for him within seconds, especially since a lot of what he feared seemed to appear more easily there. At the same time, though, there was sometimes something oddly comforting about the dark when it was empty.

"Nope! I quite love the dark. Makes me feel safe and I always get a good night's rest in it." Hadley gleamed, she was excited to be on this side of the game. She giggled and spoke once more, "I was born in it, molded by it." she spoke, giving her best Bane impression to the group, hoping they would catch the reference. The girl had always been fascinated with impressions and voices, as it often kept her company in her loneliest days. It was kind of embarrassing to admit, but speaking to herself in different voices and 'characters' she had adapted kept her sane through her prolonged isolation as a child and pre-teen years. "That leaves two more though, Kyo. Nice guess!" she encouraged the boy, giving him a thumbs up.

Delilah goes in just before the door closes. She stays there for a bit before hiding her wings and slowly starts to head to the music room.

Pyktis giggled at the observation Katherine made."But you got to read the colors in braille!!, I'm jealous already" he teased her slightly."Haha~ you are wrong there Hadley" Pyktis replied to her observation. "I worked as polisher for Prandelli's on Rosignton Avenue for 2 years. One of the perks of it was listening in on the wondrous practice session of Lady Annabelle Prandelli. I absolutely love the instrument, it is quite profound if one listens to it intently. Maybe I'll play you a tune if we have one here." Pyktis offered compensation to the girl for her valiant attempt."Anyone else interested in guessing? Come on Katherine, you can try as well and Hadley, keep on trying this game sounds fun." Pyktis asked.

Melody smiles. "Would you like me to play some piano music now?" She asks looking at the piano. "I enjoy playing it but I am quite rusty." She turns to look at Hadley. "I think the first one is false. You are most likely to have been kissed by a relative of friend." She says.

Hadley shook her head at the younger girl named Melody. "Nope, wrong again! I've never been kissed by anyone." she puckered her lips playfully at the girl, teasingly. "At least not yet..." she stated, her cheeks flushed red a little as she quickly changed the subject. "However, that means my lie was that I don't have any siblings. I was an only child, and I'm pretty sure that I still am.." she trailed off, as her mind went to an image of what she remembered of her parents. They very well could have had a new family and a new life, and Hadley would never know about it. She decided it was best to just think that they didn't. Hadley wanted to believe that the two couldn't have gone on with a normal life with out her, no matter how selfish it seemed.

"I think you should play for us though." Hadley encouraged Melody, her green eyes gleaming in anticipation to hear her play.

"Well things have turned pretty interesting today. I think Melody should play as well. Also nice Bane reference um what's your name?" Alex said encouraging Melody to play as well. He also caught Hadley's Bane reference but didn't catch her name.

"Hadley. You know, like Star Trek." she spoke to the boy, who she had not learned the name of yet either. It was exciting for her for someone to have caught her reference and to have enjoyed her impression. She didn't get too many compliments of the sort. She gave a friendly wave to him as to note his greeting. She wasn't much a person to do handshakes of the sort, it was too formal and odd for a person of her age. She got up out of her seat to get closer to the boy though, so they didn't have to yell across the room to speak to one another. As she plopped down next to him, she then asked, "And what is your name?"

Nerox gave a giant sigh and hung his head back over the chair. First that new girl rejected him, he is only given a few minutes of pity before they turned back to there games, not even one asked how, and now this kid just ignored him. He looked over to melody and asked "what yea doing?"

"Oh i'm Alexander though i'd prefer to just be called Alex. Heh nice to meet you Hadley.......so what's your uh power if you don't mind me asking?" Alex said to Hadley introducing himself. He threw on his usual friendly smile trying to seem as friendly as possible to Hadley.

"Alex." Hadley repeated back to him, just to make sure she was correct and that she would remember it. When he asked what her power was she gave a wide grin, "I probably should ask if you're afraid of spiders before I show you." she asked him seriously, looking into his eyes. "If you aren't afraid put out your hand, palm up, and I'll show you what I can do." Hadley gleamed waiting for his response.

A second silence but then nodding he held out his left hand palm up as instructed. "There are some things I fear but spiders aren't one of them. No worries here" Alex said in response to Hadley curious about her ability since it seemed to involve spiders. "As long as they're not like those giant ones from that one movie" Alex added remembering a movie he saw involving giant spiders but couldn't remember the title of said movie.

Besides his apparent hesitation Alex put out his hand which gave Hadley her cue. She placed her hand gently upon his and quickly transformed into an average sized jumping spider. It was the only spider she could do for now, but remembering Py's words earlier- she noted that she would try another one in the privacy of her room.

She didn't dare crawl or move too much in case the boy jumped and threw her across the room, which could lead to some serious injury. Transforming back swiftly, Hadley didn't lose a single item of clothing in the process. She was getting better, and after transforming three times so far that day, she felt that her skill was becoming easier to process. Though, under stress that might have been a different story. Giving a slight smile and a nod, Hadley spoke to Alex again, "Well there I go. Now, what do you do?" she asked curiously.

He spoke in his usual gallant voice at the lady whose birthday they were celebrating. "By all means, my lady. It'll be a pleasure anyway to hear that lovely instrument." But during this he had missed on guessing Hadley's one lie, he had the right inkling but didn't voice it quickly fearing it might ignite unhappy memories of love lost. He encouragingly spoke to Hadley as he heard her shift from her seat.

"Nice impression there. I almost urged myself to complete the dialogue." he said with a smile. As he heard another boy's voice.

"Why don't you join us, sir." he said looking in the general direction of Alex. "We can know each other better if we are together." he said to him, looking in his general direction.
