This in it's self wouldn't be all together that important until one day while his mother was off at the gym Melissa picked it up. The machine shuddered in his hands and he saw the internal machinations, the very soul core of the computer, and he was lost in it. When his mother finally came home and found him she wrenched the computer from his hands and shoved him out of her room. The next day she came and screamed at him that he had broken it, however considering that Melissa hadn't even opened it that seems unlikely. She pushed him outside to play, and locked all the entrances to the home. Melissa had gotten the idea in his head that he wasn't wanted here and left. As unfortunate as that may seem that may only be the beginning. He continued to go to school, being tormented as the kid who had a face so ugly that not even a mother could love. Melissa continued this way for four years, until eventually his rage roiled to life. He was a madman, throwing desks left and right and going about in an interminable rage. The police asked where he lived after calming him and he stated he didn't live anywhere. The police then offered him up to the orphanage and he accepted, after throughly frying the police stations security network.Also I came from a forum not dedicated to RP and recently the air has gone hostile to role players so I jumped ship. Hope my writing is up to the standards of this site.

Abilities: Note, all their abilties are tradeoffs with the first ability; and they can only have one ability at a time when they are separated, but all of them when they are together
Power/Sanity Transfer; This works in a special way, and is more of a weakness than a benefit to them. When they are together and near eachother, they are both completely sane, but have a low amount of actual power for their other abilities. When they are not together and are separated, they go insane, completely outright insane and crazy, but they grow very powerful. It's a tradeoff.
Shapeshifting into animals; When they are together, they can shapeshift into small animals. When they are separated, they can shapeshift into anything.
Telekenises; When they are together, they can lift small things, and at small groups of 1-5, the maximum weight being that of a ten year old. When they are separated, they can lift anything, and at very large groups.
Elemental control; When they are together, Carter can control air and Chloe can control water. When they are separated, they can control any element.

Bios: Born in the small suburbs, they were quickly abandoned by their mother and put at an orphanage when she learned of their powers, and lived together there for four years, and then they were each taken to seperate foster homes. This was bad for them, they were small children, and they were fragile, and being seperated for so long after knowing eachother for so long was breaking, and it made them monophobia, and their powers shifted to this. They lost a lot of power wherever they normally had, but gained it, as well. They were taken away from the orphanages and foster homes and put here when they caused ruckus and choas at the orphanage and foster homes.
