I will tone him down if I must.
Excuse my shaky biography.
Name: Alexander Small
Age: 21
Sex: Male
The Demonic form appears to be a possessed suit of armor but you can see a dark, liquid like mist inside and connecting to the large, formidable wings. This is the actual body. It is incorporeal unless in direct sunlight. Fighting him at night is near impossible without something like a UV flashlight that can mimic sunlight.
Alexander is originally British, but moved to New York when he was 16. From there you could say his life finally started meaning something. Before life was just a thing and Alexander was just a person. When he moved to America, however, he started to wake up to the world. You could call it his "coming-of-age" period in a sense. It was when he was 16 that he started thinking for himself, made his own opinions, and didn't rely on his parent's view of life.
This caused a transformation from a near perfect child to a dreaming young man. The first wave of individuality was finding his niche in music, which manifested with a mixture of lyrical and grungy. From there his thoughts were steered toward his aspirations, in which he resolved to touch the lives of as many people as possible. He began to help out in food drives and at homeless shelters, then began internet escapades of talking people out of suicide. Being bipolar, that was difficult, but he was medicated at the time so he could think straight most days.
After his saintly phase, Alex went a bit deeper into the world and began helping on the other side of good will, protesting. He became somewhat of a rebel, fuck the system and all that. His physical appearance began to change at this time to, as his clothing grew darker and boots became a staple footwear. But all the while he still helped out in homeless shelters WHILE engaging in near-violent protests.
Then one day, Alex's pursuit of meaning finally came into fruition.
In the middle of a general store at night, December 31, Alex was buying a pack of beer for his friend to celebrate the new year, and a man came in with a gun. Alex was quickly put on edge when he surveyed the situation. This man was going to hold up the cashier, take the money, and from the tone of his voice Alex could swear the man would kill the cashier anyway (plus he wans't wearing a mask). Being in a situation like that, one might wonder if they'd die too. Not content to die without at least trying to live, Alex attempted to rush the man's knees.
In moments, Alex was lying unconscious against a wall after the man conked him in the head with the butt of his gun. Most people in the city were off celebrating by now, the man taking his sweet, sadistic time with the cashier as he celebrated new years in his own twisted way. The ball dropped off in times square, people around the city were cheering, all across America people were going batshit bananas.
Alexander woke up and couldn't remember exactly what happened, but he came to with the man in a mangled mess at his feet and the cashier hiding from the frightful sight of an angel in his store.
Half a month later he found himself in South America, having fled from society in fear of what havoc he could cause if he ever blacked out in his rage again like he did in that store.
Alexander is a conflicted individual, mostly due to bipolar disorder. Like most bipolar people, without medication, he can swing from extreme to extreme in seconds without any real trigger. This is likely due to his childhood.
Outside of his disorder, he is generally a kind person. A lot of people would call him generous and angelic in poise. Alex is someone obsessed with doing good for the world as a whole. He desires to mean something and to do something important, wanting to save people from whatever problem they have. He does have a prideful streak though and can get extremely depressed if his efforts go unnoticed. Being bipolar, this depression can have suicidal potential if left unchecked, so he tends to stay in towns so there might be one kind person around to keep him from self destruction.
If you were to inquire into his mind, you would find the inner darkness he tries hard to keep under covers. Alex's dreams are filled with rebellion and anger. He believes it is righteous but also acknowledges its harshness. The emotions are so powerful, however, that they scare him, hence keeping them under covers. One could describe it as having an atomic bomb go off inside your bones and resonate your entire being in powerful destructive waves that you have to keep inside yourself in fear of what it would do if you let it out.
Humanity versus non-humans? are they all human? should they shut themselves off or seek approval, or perhaps even protection?
Human Form: Alexander has learned how to use weak telekinesis to pick up common objects like pens, pencils, and notebooks. Just don't ask him to swing a sword or anything. When he decides to shift forms, the form he gets is random and seems to have no real tell. But it appears that certain emotions make a form more likely.
Angelic Form: When Alex is feeling what is considered a good or righteous feeling he is more likely to become his Angelic form. His Angelic form holds the power of blue flames which only harm what he wants harmed. He can create these flames at will but they always ignite on the surface of his body or something he is touching. To add to these flames, he can also create forcefield like constructs over what can only be described as solidified light. He can create these fields large enough to cover three people at once, whether it be separately or grouped. To finish of the paladinesque abilities, Alex can act as a conduit for pain in this form. He can removes someone's injury or sickness, but he receives it instead. Theoretically, he could bring someone back by killing himself.
Demonic Form: Alex will more likely become his demonic form if he is feeling negative, sadistic, or destructive. His demonic form holds sway with flame, but this flame can wreak collateral havoc and will burn everything in it's path. It is malicious, but still requires him to be touching the surface, His ability to shield himself disappears as well, and is instead replaced by his incorporeal form. He also gains the ability to physically possess someone by entering their body, in which case the suit of armor forms itself around the said person. When he possesses someone he loses his flame, but gains whatever ability that person possesses. Possessing someone is impossible under most circumstances, as they must be in emotional tandem with him, requiring him to manipulate their emotions through conventional means. The possession will end if Alex tries to destroy something precious to the person he is possessing, in which case he will be expelled from the body and be incapacitated for hours.
