The molten skeletons continued to search for villagers, however their additional orders also gave them a reason to begin burning the the the trees down, which spread fires much quicker. Survivors would likely be killed in a much more horrible way. The skeleton which was chasing the villager was temporarily knocked down, with it being a weaker summon used for killing regular people. Despite this, it kept giving chase, and the villager eventually tired, making it easy for the skeleton to deliver the final blow.

"It must be enraging that you will likely run out of magical energy before I do." Aedius said, briefly smirking before returning to his lack of expression.
"The fact that you still believe I'm a priority target, whilst the village is being razed? Amazingly foolish, as I'd expect from a guild master." He continued. His power definitely came from his unwavering faith in the Brotherhood, and the fact that he was able to back up these beliefs with his own army, this is the power which allowed him to be classified as one of the Twin Enforcers. He continued to run around, occasionally jumping off of low cliffs, and running up hills on the island, just to make things difficult.

As the skeleton went to deliver the finishing blow on the villager, Damian's remaining cutlass sliced through it's knee joints and sent it tumbling to the ground, allowing him to ram the blade into it's skull and shatter it. Nodding to the villager, he looks around and growls at the flames that were starting to spread. "Go to safety, we'll find the others and make sure they're OK." The villager speaks a quick thanks and runs off, heading to who knows where to try and find some safety. Facing the direction the flames were coming from, Damian runs into them, his blade held out behind him and the orbiting ones dismissed, allowing him more magic energy to use on attack.

Spotting another skeleton, he slides to a stop and focuses on the ground for a moment. "Rising blades!" A line of large sword blades rise up and pierce the skeleton, breaking it into pieces and then vanish again, leaving Damian to curse quietly. There's no way I'll be able to chase them all down before this blaze spreads, but I don't use any kind of water or even ice magic. I need to find Master Jamie, get his input on this. Or maybe Kelthar... Shaking his head and muttering a quiet apology to all the villagers, Damian sets off to find someone who could use the right kind of magic to save the village. Then he'd go help Master Jamie.

Master Jamie gave a laugh "My guild gives me the strength I need. I do not need to worry about lack of magical energy. They are there, ready to help, and ready to back up. You are ordering murders, therefore, you are a priority. Scum" Master jamie stood up straighter, his weariness seeming to disappear, and he chased after the mage.

Master Jamie would die for her guild, to protect her members, and to protect the status of magic, and the people couldn't fight magical users. And he drew strength from his guild, taking pride in them, and using their belief in him to fuel his need. Now that she knew where the mage was, she let go of the property change, and continued after the mage.

Even if she didn't catch the mage, she was distracting him, and preventing him from using his powers and drawing more skeletons, giving his guild the chance to fight back, and that was all that matter.
Sasha watched the fire start, and she didn't even hesitate. She jogged over to the village, thinking on what she could do. She bit her lip, drawing her magic, as much as she htought she needed, and slammed a hand down to the ground. "Ice Make: Floor!" If there was nothing for the fire to grab onto, then it couldn't spread. Or so she thought. The ice spread over the village floor, more then she had ever done before, and even though she was shaking, she rose, forming her hand movements, "Ice Make: Bird Bombers!" large, fat, birds began to drop from the sky like hail.

Sasha ended up on her rump, panting, weary beyond anything she had ever done before. She closed her eyes, hoping she had done enough to stop the fire. She knew she should move, yet her muscles didn't want to obey. "I think I n eed help" She said out loud to herself.

Lazarus had remained pretty level headed so far. That was until he heard what Sasha had said. "Murdered?!" He clenched his free hand into a fist. "Heaven does not await these people. Ok, lets go!" He followed her, helping as many as he could people as they went. He watched Sasha try to prevent the fire. It was impressive. He had never seen her produce so much ice before. He smiled a little. "Allow me. Wing formation!" The familiar magic circle formed his angel like wings on his back. He grasped a hold of Sasha, one hand on the back of her thighs, and the other behind her shoulders. Lifting of the ground slightly, he held a little tighter to ensure he had her, before powering directly forward at a respectable speed. He set her down away from the remaining flames. "That was pretty insane Sasha." He smiled before turning around. Sasha had prevented a lot of the flames from continuing to burn. But there were still some patches left. He pondered for a moment. Could that work? he had to give it a try.

"3 layered magic, tower of judgement." The magic circles appeared directly over the flames. He released his hand, and the stream of white magic formed the tower above the flames, and all the way to the ground. To his hopes, the flames of his targeted area extinguished. He clenched his fist. "The power of heaven prevents all evil." He said in a monotonous voice. The reason his tower of judgement spell had worked, was because of how it worked. The tower mainly does damage to the victim it is cast upon, via using all the air in the surrounds to bombard them with a force. Because the air was taken away from the surrounds when he just cast it now, the flames had nothing to burn with.

Angelo was busy working on more skeletons forming up with torches to try and burn the village and even though Angelo wanted to jump in to help sasha his jolt magic would most likely cause more flames to erupt then to stop them so he settled with defending the village itself using multiple chain lightning's to get rid of the multitude of skeletons then he heard out someone call out "3layered magic, tower of judgment" then Angelo turned around to see an actual tower of light standing and stopping the fires and Angelo could guess that they had a holy magician on their side. The word play mad Angelo grin a little thinking they had an advantage over the necromancers now as Angelo took off getting away from the skeletons and the barrier thinking that he would just be in the middle and be pointless for him to use more of his magic energy if this was going to be the long battle he thought it would be. Angelo looked to find sasha and he could see her being carried by a magician with wings, that dude was really into his holy magic apparently. Angelo waved at the magician letting him know that Angelo was ally

Damian watched the ice birds fall from the sky and realized that one of the guild members must use Ice Make magic, or something similar, to summon them. Make them I guess I should say... Focusing on the task at hand, he shifts directions again, going in the direction he'd last seen Master Jamie going, hoping to catch up and help him take out the wizard responsible for this. After all, it wouldn't befit the guild to let scoundrels get away with a crime like this.

As he sights the edge of the woods where he remembered the wizard going, though shortly after Master Jamie had...moved them? Damian wasn't really sure what had happened with the trees, forcing him to make a mental note about finding out more about the master's magic. Reaching the edge of the village, he slows down to keep his energy when he feels a spike in magic energy behind him. Turning around, he watches a pillar of holy magic remove the last of the flames. "That was impressive." Facing the forest again, he summons a large ethereal blade next to him and turns it bright green before sending it up into the sky to explode into more swords. Any one paying attention now knew where to find him. "Gonna need help. I'm not that crazy."

Arkya had been waiting at the tree for some time. Nobody had come to fight. She sighed, and hunched over. Almost instantly, she heard a giant boom of sound. Explosions, screams, and destruction. Arkya quickly stood and turned around.she ran past the tree, and towards all of the sound. As she neared closer, she began to hear fire. Did boneboy do something dumb again?, she thought. It was not the first time that Aedius would have burnt down a forest. Arkya started to run faster, and faster. The fire sound began to be replaced by a sizzle, and the sound of ice cracking. The fire was still there, but suddenly stopped. Arkya saw Aedius, surronded by what she assumed were the guild. Arkya quickly shot from tree to tree, her cover concealed. She was within earshot of Aedius when Arkha asked him something.

"Need help?"

Sasha squirmed as Lazarus picked her up, going into the air, and she leaned into him, slightly, taking comfort in knowing that he had a good hold of her, and flew through the air. She couldn't help herslef, and she looked about, taking in the scenes, and enjoying the view generally. "That was pretty Insane, Sasha" He said as he set her down. She burst out laughing, "Well, I am a member of Phoenix Wing. You should know as well as I, that we are pretty crazy".

She watched as Lararus used his magic to extingusih the flames, and she smiled, enjoying the show. She got her feet under her, her breath even now, and colour returning. She knew she shouldn't push herself any further, and yet, she would for the guild, for her friends, and for the family she had in the guild.

She smiled, ran a hand through her hair, which had come loose of its hair tie, falling over her face and shoulders. She pushed it back, her eyes wide, bright, if somewhat weary. "Come on, I'm sure other members need our help. Thanks for the ride" She said, grinning at Lazarus.

"Help would be appreciated." Aedius said. "Running around tends to get boring."

Aedius turned around, jumped backwards and prepared for even more conflict. So far, the skeletons he had been summoning were doing menial tasks such as loading Lacrima. And easy tasks, such as murdering defenceless villagers - hence they were weaker than what he would normally create. Aedius decided that he needed to be more serious, especially when he took into consideration the fact that the 8 members which came here were meant to be representing the Brotherhood. The morale-boosted necromancer clicked his fingers, and seven magical seals appeared on the ground. Three were red, and two were white. After a few seconds, the undead once again raised from the ground beneath.

There were three skeletons of the Burning Legion. One wielded a flaming bow which seemed to ignite the arrows it used. Retreating backwards it prepared to fire a shot at the guild's master.

Another was using a flaming spear. It stood - unmoving, awaiting the action of the enemy.

The final skeleton of the division was dual wielding axes. As with all the skeletons in this division, the axes were on fire also. It wasted no time in diving into battle with vigour, entering the fray by making several slashes in the direction of the guild master.

The two skeletons from the wandering legion would wield swords and shields. They joined the axe-wielding skeleton in the assault, and made several slashes alongside it.

Aedius himself didn't actually do anything this time. He planned to jump in if things went wrong - which was unlikely.

Master Jamie sighed, bringing up the borrowed blade from Damian. Five skeletons, when the mage had used seven seals. So. the five skeletons were a division, one Jamei was sadly going to have to fall far, given the five skeletons tried to kill him. He changed his appearance once again . This one clearly was made for the use of the blade, and Master Jamie moved smoothly, easily, planting her feet in a clear fighters stance.

She deflected the blows, blocking attacks, and otherwise attacking where she could. She moved with a grace that could only mean she knew how to use the blade. He watched for the slightest movements, dodging the attacks before they could come. He moved back, thinking, and thinking quickly. "Lazarus!" He roared, at the same time as he changed the property of the area once more, the wind picking up, so his voice could carry. "Kelthar! Mayt, Damian, Angelo, Sasha" He made it seem like a roll call, but there was a slight edge of desperation n her voice.

Angelo could hear master Jamie call to action. Although what worried him was the sound of slight desperation in her voice, Angelo ran in the direction he hard the voice and he had Mark lead him the rest of the way until he saw master Jamie fighting flaming skeletons and Angelo guessed whoever controlled these was the one who set the village ablaze Angelo debated whether he should jump in even though his magic was meant to be used for distance. Angelo saw a flaming skeleton getting ready to charge from her flank so Angelo made his lightning bolt and called out "jolt magic:bolt!" Angelo called before he threw the bolt and made the skeleton crumble to normal bones "got your back matter Jamie, nobody going to surprise you while your lightning king is here!" Angelo told her grinning since he would keep his distance and offer distance support

Hearing Master Jamie's call, Damian sprints towards it. summoning a sword to his left hand to compensate for lending the guild master his other one. Ducking under a branch, he spots the familiar spark of weapons clashing against weapons and picks up the pace, forming a line of blades in front of him. Once he could see the skeletons, he slides to a stop at the same time as he swipes his arm, sending the blades flying into their targets. "Blade fan!" Spinning under the swing of a white skeleton's sword, he counters with a slash from his cutlass, which is caught on the skeleton's shield. "Here, Master Jamie!" Back flipping away from another attack, several sword blades fall on it from above. "Blade Rain!"

Then he notices that the wizard from before wasn't alone. "Two? Nice, this should be fun." Slicing horizontally with the cutlass, a large blade flies at the woman. "Piercing blade!"

"Those two could probably handle it by themselves, but it wouldn't hurt to provide assistance. Maybe if I just shot a few webs at people or... Attempted to kill them all..." Cordelia judged how the match would be with those three versus all of the guild members. It would certainly provide for a more entertaining view whilst they waited, but yet again they were enforcers and she was just an ensign. 'Ah well, chaos reigns.' "Need a hand? Of course you don't! I'm here anyway, though." She ran out to the duo whilst making sure no one was attacking her. She could be the target dummy if they so wished, she didn't wish that but choices to do with her weren't up to her. The numbers weren't actually too bad, they would be all dead by the end of the day.

Cordelia made sure her footing was good before casting a web shot in the direction of the boy using lightning magic. "Lightning king? More like lightning slave! Who has possession over a king, anyway?"

Arkya quickly noticed the flying blade. Her reaction time was always good, and her speed even better. She hunkered down, and the blade completely missed her, cutting trees in the process. "Heh." She muttered. She quickly got up, and walked away from the tree. She was in plain view, right near Aedius. "Hear ye, hear ye," Arkya reportedly loudly. "Whilst you were chasing Unkillable over here, you forgot about the boat, in which has sailed away by now." Arkya stopped with her sarcastic comments about how they failed, and quickly looked towards Aedius. "We're leaving now." She stated. She didn't want to become even more agitated. This entire situation made her annoyed. She quickly grabbed Aedius, and slung him over one shoulder. She turned around, grabbed Cordelia, and put her over the other. They were both quite light, as they weren't adults yet. She then started to run away. Her run was slowed a bit by having to hold both of them on their shoulders, but it would still be faster than what most could run. She dodged through the trees, and eventually would become untrackable.

Lazarus heard the call. It was more like an order than anything else. He assumed that Sasha heard it too. "Let's go!" He tugged at her arm, running in the direction the booming sound had come from. He could have flew them both there, but he had no idea what they were up against when they arrived by master Jamie's side. He had to conserve his magical power. It was apparent that not many people from the guild knew him, what with him always being away on jobs, that would have to change, as he knew them. On the assumption Sasha followed the call too, he supported her with his arm, knowing she had used a lot of magic power at once.

Upon arrival to master Jamie's location, he saw the situation as it was. "Bastards, heaven will not look kindly upon you!" He clenched a fist, as they made a get away.

Master Jamie sighed. He had known that it would be an impossible feet to try and overwhelm the ragged brother hood, given that they had already been here and well underway on their mission. But master Jamie managed to laugh with amusement. "Boats can be tracked" he said, turning to his guild members as they assembled.

"We have made an enemy today. But enemies if Phoenix wing will regret their choices. I'm sure you are all weary. Next time, we are going to be better prepared. We know what they can do now, and next time, the whole guild will be here. For now...let's give them a retreat they will regret! Lazarus, see if you can find that boat. You can fly. Do not interact. The rest of you, see about any survives and get any information you can"

Master Jamie let the property magic go, and seemed to slump slightly, but she pushed herself up straight, looking after where the dark guild had gone. "You will regret the day you met Phoenix Wing" he said softly
Sasha went with Lazarus as master Jamie called for them, relieved for his support. She saw the attackers fleeing. She sighed. She listened as Master Jamie spoke, looking to Lazarus. "Don't attack them on your own" she added, "there might be a lot of them"

She winced at the prospect of hunting survivors up, when she just wanted to rest. But she would do it. She clutched her satchel, reassuring herself that it was there. "Here!" She suddenly said brightly to Lazarus, "take this!" She took out the communication lacrima she'd taken from the guild "master Jamie has one matched to it!" She smiled

time to go necromancer hunting!" Angelo called out as he ran after the retreating group of the ragged brotherhood waiting for them to try and attack him or try to shake him so Angelo could use his magical power to make his lightning armor and instead take them down quicker then they can blink knowing that if someone is going to retreat and they have someone following them their going to try to split up but if Angelo can activate is lightning armor he will look like he is everywhere at once and instead actually corral them into one spot or at least that's his plan since he doesn't know what any of the other members of the dark guild were capable of when under the pressure of a fast enemy

Lazarus nodded. "Yes master, heaven's judgement will cast itself upon them." For those who hadn't already realized, Lazarus' constant use of the word 'heaven' was a habit of his. "I will do my best to find them." He turned, about to take off, before Sasha had stopped him. She offered him the communication lacrima. He smiled. "Thank you, I will report back with anything I find." He spoke elegantly. He took the lacrima and tucked it under his white jacket.

"Wing formation." His angel wings sprouted and fluttered outwards, stretching to their full span. He turned his head to Sasha, "When we get back to the guild, have a drink with me." He said it in such a manner that he sounded like he was asking her on a serious date, yet still allowing himself to pass it off as a friendly drink in the guild house. He winked, before bending his knees, and shooting into the sky.

It didnt take him long to reach where the boat had been docked. It wasnt anywhere to be seen. And it couldve gone in any of many directions. He sighed, fluttering in one place. There was only one thing he could do. Search with some graft. He shot out full speed, searching with his eyes, just trying to sense magical power anywhere.

"When we get back to the guild, have a drink with me"

Sasha blinked, watching as Lazarus took off. "Did...did you just...was that a date proposal?" She said to no one in particular, somewhat shocked. Sasha had never thought anyone really thought about her beyond being a friend, or someone who could help. She was puzzled, wondering if she was thinking to much about this, and she sighed softly, turned about, to see if she could find any survivors.

She walked through the ruins of the city, seeing bits and pieces of her ice around, and looking about when she heard loud footsteps, smiling at her ice bear shield. "I wondered where you went to. I was fine. But hang around still" she turned back ahead, trying not to look to hard at the ruins, not wanting to see any bodies.

The only survive she found was a young girl, perhaps eight years old, crying, covered in dirt, soot, and heaven's knows what else. It too Sasha a while to couch the girl out of the hiding place she had found, a barrel, but she did in the end. Sasha held the girls hand, telling the girl to stay by her side, and the girl buried her face into Sasha's side. Sasha quickly led the girl out the village, to the docks. "We'll take you somewhere safe" She said to the girl.
