NOLAN

Somehow...somehow he was able to make it in time to hear Sheldon announcing the event and who was participating in it. Nolan stood in front of the ever energetic games master and learned that this challenge was a scavenger hunt all around Crocus for different colored lacrima. While it seemed like a simple challenge, he didn't underestimate any of the other mages that were involved in this game. Although Damian was an ally on Phoenix Wing's other team, Nolan didn't want to get outclassed by the goody two-shoes swordsman. Still, that man was an S-Class mage for a reason and an amazing swordsman so defeating him would not be an easy feat, considering that he also had his Second Origin unlocked as the God Slayer learned from his interaction with Damian and the Wizard Saint. Then there was Indigo from Frenzy Plant, another S-Class mage that obliterated her opponent yesterday without a second thought. Her Requip is unique from compared to the ones he had seen and posses extreme versatility. Shujin from Dragon Fang could pose as a threat with his Metal Make magic and certainly had the fighting capability to take on Sasha on equal ground. There was another Molding Mage, one that can make diamond constructs, Krystal from Riders Blade. Karn defeated her yesterday though that didn't mean that she was weak and her magic certainly has potential to be tough to get around. The others he couldn't tell what magic they used except for Jacob, judging by the massive wings protruding from his back, used some form of Takeover.

Nolan was probably the only mage whose magic was almost completely unknown to the other teams so he may at least have the element of surprise on his side. There were some perks of being a small time mage. "Interesting. So we may not be able to win unless some trading goes on. Either risk helping the enemy to help yourself or to keep the lacrimas away from your enemy at the price that you may not win. Compared to the last two games, this has the most risk. I'm looking forward to it." He took the map and black ashes erupted from his feet, sending himself high in the air in a cloud of darkness before flying over the stadium. The God Slayer sat on a pile of hovering ashes while he read the map. If he was going to find the lacrimas then he needed to be able to scout the entire city as fast as possible, but he was only one person so that would waste too much time. Thankfully, there were more productive ways of going about it. "Summon: Fifty Lesser Souls. Scour this city in search of different colored lacrima and report back to me!" He clapped his hands together and twenty, small spheres of white light floated in front of him and then flew off to the city. He summoned only weak souls as to conserve as much magic as possible for any fights though they were weak enough that even summoning large quantities wouldn't be taxing on him.

"Hm, Now let's go check the surrounding area." He flew down towards a roof among the many others and hopped onto it, sprinting off and hopping from roof to roof.

FERRIS

"Yup, three days of this." He couldn't help but fidget in his seat. Yikes, never did he expect there to be so much tension just after one date, but then again, the date did end with them finding their way into his hotel room...Ugh, why did he have to be so awkward about this? Well, he wasn't the only one completely uncomfortable. Jessie ran her fingers through her hair in the way people do in an awkward situation as she tried to regain her composure while Ferris tried to think of something to say though she had already beaten him to it. Her words caused his face to flush again and before he could respond to her, Sheldon said that some exciting stuff was going on in the booth. "And I would appreciate it if you kept your nose out." Ferris grumbled while he watched the events unfold.

ENMA

The oni stood surprisingly silent with an air of grimness surrounding him in the Frenzy Plant stands. Typically he would've been boisterous and cheerful with some form of food in his mouth, but this wasn't a time of celebration. "I knew...I knew that this day would come eventually. I kept putting it off, but the day of reckoning has arrived...so who...WHO DO I CHEER FOR?!" Enma grabbed his head and groaned at his dilemma. On the one hand Nolan was his friend and wanted to cheer for him to win, but on the other hand he was apart of Frenzy Plant and wanted his guild to win this event as well. He couldn't have both so what does he pick?

"that's where you are wrong, Karn" Sasha said softly, sighing, watching him. His gaze didn't stay on her long. Almost like it was too hard to do so. "the guild is worried about you. And we are allowed to be, but you never tell us what's wrong!" Sasha said in annoyance. There was something wrong her. Something...Sasha narrowed her eyes, thoughtful, was it possible? This attitude definitely wasn't Karn's. "you know, I slapped you once. You continue to insinuate that anyway is asking for manhandling, I will slap you again"

She looked to the arena, as the announcement for the third event began. As she realize what it was, she knew they should get off the streets, into the arena. In fact, there were magic game officials already working their way down the street, harried, clearly running behind. "come on, we should hurry on" she said to Trinity

She looked back to Karn, or the edolas version. They would have to speak with Jamie, or Jarvis to see if there was anyway of edolas version coming to earthland. Or other ways this could happen. She sighed and started to walk.

michael

Michael settled back in his seat, looking about them, almost looking for Hikage, wanting to thank her for the day before. The introduction of the magic council was interesting, but that didn't inspire a lot of confidence in Michael. As the third event was announced, it looked like the third day had started. "yeah, and it could take hours" he said, thoughtfully. It was the 11th, three days until the 14th. Worriedly, he scanned the crowd, looking for Gabriel, but he wasn't there.

Michael sighed, hoping his brother was alright. He looked down at his hands, thinking, knowing he wasn't that good company at the moment and probably wasn't going to be for the rest of the day.

The fact that Ferris continued to blush just made it all the more adorable. She smiled at Ferris, and said "it's cute, when you blush" she said, saying it because she knew it would just fluster him more. She glanced to the stadium, but knew they would have nothing to announce on for a little while, so she leaned close to Ferris.

"I wanna see what happens, between us. You really don't have to worry about my brother. You just have to worry about me" she smiled brightly, and watched him, ignoring Sheldon.

Harry

Harry stared at his Map, nervously. So he had to hunt up Lacrima? How was he going to do that? He rubbed his head, which still hurt from the previous day. He really didn't want to fail his guild, and he looked back, at Tough love, at his sister, and drew in a deep breath. He could do this. He looked at the map, pondering it for a time.

If he was going to hide this, and make it something like this, he'd chose places that had significance. Like the flowers, or the mosaics. Or even the Central Park, with its massive lake. The palace, mercurius. The old games arena, Domus flau. Ryuzetsu land, bar sun and honey bone were all still open too. So filled with a sense of right, Harry started off for the palace. He got there easily enough, finding the first lacrima was perhaps the hardest, and he looked all through the palace, a child following him curiously. Put out that this had ended in nothing, Harry sighed, and started out, the little girl giggling.

As he reached the gates, he paused, frowning and turned back, to see the girl watching him, smiling brightly. "ah. Do you have something for me?" he asked, and the girl gave another giggle, before holding her hand out, revealing a lacrima filled with brilliant violet light. Feeling foolish, Harry took the lacrima, said thank you and hurried off to his second location.

His next stop was the old games arena, which was more rubble then anything else now, but one side still stood. Harry stood there, feeling like he was standing among ghosts. He swallowed, awed. The old score board was still standing and he approached it slowly. He rose through the air with his earth magic, and stood on the board, flinching as it swayed slightly. And there was a glowing red lacrima. Pleased with himself, he grabbed it and then hurried off the score board, relieved when his feet touched the ground.

He looked about once more, feeling like he stood in the presence of gods, and bowed his head a moment, as if in respect. And then he moved on. His next stop was the crocus gardens. He walked towards the twin bridges and stood on the island in the middle of the lake. He blinked, and resigned himself to getting wet, as he saw a glittering blue lacrima in the lake. He lay on his belly, and shoved his arms into the water, soon having to shove his head in as well, until his fingers grabbed the lacrima. He pulled himself out, and breathed for a moment, feeling humiliated.

He sighed and put the lacrima with the others, and continued on, no heading to the main mosaics in the city. It showed crocus itself, and surrounding lands. He stood there for a time, thoughtful. Something wasn't right. He moved to the wall, the image, and ran his hands over it, laying his palm over one part, that should a splash of green on the sky. He tapped it, and a green lacrima melted out the image. Satisfied so for as to how he went, he continued.

There was a lot of flowers in crocus. Harry rocked back on his heels, thiughtful. What would be the most important? On a hunch, Harry went to the gates of Crocus, and he studied the flowers. He almost laughed when he saw a lacrima dressed as a yellow flower. Scooping up the yellow lacrima,

He approached the bar sun, entering it nervously. He swallowed and looked about, finding the place nice. But scary. He found the lacrima quickly, an orange one this time and left it fast. He did the same at the honey bone, finding the indigo one. And then was stumped for the eighth and final
Lacrima.

Sighing, he ran a hand through his hair in thought. Where else? He bit his lip, and then returned to the arena. He looked about, before walking over to Games Master Sheldon.

"well well! What do we have here? By my estimate you only have seven of the eight!" Sheldon said, with a jolly tone. And Harry just stared at him, before saying "I know. May I have the last Lacrima, Games Master Sheldon? I've been racking my brain and well...you're the last place I can think of to look" Sheldon stared at him until he laughed, and Harry shoved his hands in his pockets, but simply stared at Sheldon, until the games master said "bold bold boy! Well you have earned yourself my rainbow lacrima!" and Harry found himself suddenly catching the rainbow lacrima.

He had done it.

Carrie made her way through the city, not stopped, and just kept on searching. It didn't take her too long, really. Considering who she was looking for. She wasn't at all worried that she might be out of her depth. In fact, it didn't even occur to her. She found them, just outside the city, almost, it seemed, waiting for her. The twosome were as alike as peas in a pod, mirror images of each other, but Carrie had always been able to tell them apart.

"Theodore, Timothy. What a pleasure it is to see you after so long. Tell me, how did you get away from Phoenix wing? Surely you didn't actually come up with a plan and escape? Oh, I see. You used the confusion of that day. Well. What are you doing here?" she said, watching both of the boys easily enough.

Tim, always the more awkward if the two, shifted. And Carrie moved, smoothly intercepting the water attack from Ted with a slash of lightening. The woman moved with ferocious speed, it almost seemed that she would capture them easily enough, but the twins were ever the team, moving with each other without conscious thought, and Carrie soon found herself defending instead of attacking.

Karn || Grand Magic Games Stadium

@Caits

"Is that a fact?" Karn said thoughtfully as he examined his wrists, feeling the pulse within his chest. A odd feeling. It seemed this world's Karn was quite desperate to just end it all. Wouldn't inform anyone about it. It was quite a depressing little thing. No wonder it was so easy to just jump in. He had hoped for a little more fight in this particular situation but he supposed he was have to be on his own for now. Glancing to Sasha as she seemed to try to hint of him being the Edolas version, he simply clicked his tongue. For one, he could easily prove this wasn't exactly the same body.... sadly. Still, it be interesting to see if she actually logically pieced this together.

"If your expecting me to start bawling, whining, complaining and call the people who are risking everything to help you cowards. Sorry. I don't have emotional breakdowns until it's a satisfactory environment. If you want a heart to heart, skin to skin, do try to at least wait until the appropriate setting. And when I have comprehended my thoughts and ready to divulge information. You kinky slappy sadist." He answered simply and almost nonchalantly before walking ahead. At least he was getting used to walking in this body. It wasn't exactly difficult. Most of it was pretty similar. This body also made him feel more emotional. Like real human emotions instead of emulated ones. How odd. Was he already taking over? No. He was holding back enough at least. Quite a struggle though.

Prince || Grand Magic Games Stadium

Watching Karn walk out, he hummed a little, glad the blonde didn't see him. He didn't want to die. The large feline looked to Michael as the boy seemed to be searching for someone. Gently, he patted the top of the blue haired boy's head and smiled brightly. "Don't worry. I'm sure he's alright." he said cheerfully.

The energetic boy kind of went back on his word a bit just to see who was participating in the games today. When he heard everyone's name he silently snuck back out while wishing Harry some good luck, along with Shujin. It wasn't everyday he got to explore this city without having an objective in mind. So today to just walk around and examine and marvel at all the shops and buildings would be fun. Maybe also finding a new machine to make his own would also make his day as well. Yet he would end up just walking around, hearing rumors from people with TVs that Harry took first place which made him smile a bit despite his team not coming in first. Yet his attention would soon be drawn to a little fight between this innocent looking female and these pair of twins. If it was an improv group if seemed to be going a tad too far. The women didn't really look like she was having the best time there. Well he had nothing to do and if it happened to be an improv group then.... he would simply apologize.

"Machina takeover: Engine!" Zephyr shouted a gold glowing light appearing around him as he took off at a fast pace and would soon appear next to the fight swinging his leg at one of the twins. Somewhere in his mind though, these people seemed really familiar. It was strange he never meet them before yet they had this vibe going that just seemed noticeable.

Indigo Afina – Treasure Hunting

The sound of her name resounding across the arena brought Indigo to her feet to bow and wave with deliberate elegance for the moment the spotlight lay upon her. After Sheldon pulled the crowd's focus to the next contestant, the Librarian made her way carefully past Hyun and Demetri to get out into the aisle, doing her utmost not to accidentally brush against the wounds of the beggar queen. Descending to the main circular walkway that lay on the arena's elevated perimeter, she awaited the pronouncement of today's special event, her favorite book tucked beneath her arm. So far, Indigo's image among the people remained rather incongruous. Some thought the world of her for her beauty and power, while a few feared her for exactly the same reason, and more than a couple -despite acknowledging her talents- still valued her less than the top members of the more popular guilds. No doubt this view stemmed partially from the humiliation dealt to Hyun and by extension all of Frenzy Plant on the first day. After all, if the warrior guild's champion swordfighter, a former queen cloaked in resolve and purpose, could fall so easily, what were the rest worth?

She hurried to the announcers box on the heels of the other guild's representatives, flowing in a regal but less than speedy fashion. Raising an eyebrow at the map offered to her, Indigo pondered what Sheldon said. ”One...violent?” she asked, clearly bemused. Then she unknit her brows and gave a short, bright laugh. ”Oh, 'violet'! Of course, so sorry.” With the instructions given, she left the box and rushed out of the arena, her dignified but nevertheless potent determination to win visible on her face and in her movements. Once outside the Doma Flau, she watched as Nolan of Phoenix Wing used his magic to call for help. ”You read my mind!” she remarked as she summoned a book—A Tale of Two Sons. Magic swirled around her, and before the eyes of any onlookers, eight copies of Indigo materialized, identical except for the book each held. Paying no heed to the extraordinary situation, the doubles quickly congregated to study the map, choose a place to visit, and then speedily head off. Only one Indigo remained at the arena: the carrier of The Order, who stood by the arena's entrance waiting for opponents to return and the subsequent chance to waylay them.

-=-=-

As she trekked through some winding streets, the double carrying the book Shovel Knight considered her existence. Many magics out there used varieties of the common 'Fake' spell to create false doubles of themselves for the purpose of deception. The kind of doubles made by A Tale of Two Sons were, however, very different. Its main character, courtesy of his dual souls, was like two beings in one body, completely distinct spiritually if not aesthetically. Because of this, Indigo's doubles were the same. Each had a personality slightly different from the next, which included self-awareness. Since the original first used her most prized book to create doubles so that they might wield her other tomes, she'd known about their self-awareness, and accordingly given each color-coded names. The wielder of Shovel Knight went by the name of Sepia after the shade of brown, and often thought about how much more solemn and protective she was than the original. These were powerful, poignant thoughts.

Sepia put them aside, however, when she approached the place she'd been sent to investigate: a local pound. Quietly she pulled open the door with her free hand and went in. At first glance, the vestibule struck her as completely abandoned. Nobody sat behind the counter, prompting Sepia to feel a twinge of unease. Deciding that the nature of the Games meant she had free reign to explore the assigned places, she pressed forward, stepping lightly and methodically down the central hallway until she came to the backyard. The moment she entered it, her unease turned into instinctual panic, and with increasingly disturbed nerves she gaped at the groups of dogs cowering in terror in the yard's corners. Before her eyes, something in the center of the yard moved, and from inside a dark doghouse emerged a terrifying form. While shaped like a man, he had sinewy gray flesh rather than skin, mats of black hair all across his arms and neck, killer claws, a wolf's maw, and misshapen demonic horns sprouting from either side of his head. Sepia could not help but shy away; an overwhelming sense of danger emanated from the creature. She gasped, ”A beast-possessed soul.” And in its mouth, glowing like a raging fire, was the orange lacrima.

Before Sepia could so much as garner her magic power, the beast lunged forward, and from the lacrima a jet of fire sprayed out into the air. Sepia shouted and the earth obeyed, throwing up a fringe of soil to keep the flames from raking across her skin. Over the barrier the beast leaped, and barely in time to avoid a blast of flame to the face Sepia raised a clod of earth to smack the thing's jaw. The lacrima soared from its mouth to the tune of a bloodthirsty howl, but losing its toy did not prevent the beast from attacking. To prevent it scourging her body with grotesque talons, Sepia hastily threw up a wall of earth on either side of it and pressed them together, leaning back to avoid the wild flailing of the trapped creature's arms. Harder and harder she squeezed the earth together, until the beast gave a final cry of agony and burst into flaming ash. Sepia shivered as the earth settled, her hand trembling as it scooped up the orange lacrima, and the dogs unclustered from their corners to give her their thanks by licking. Smiling despite the pounding of her heart, Sepia pet their heads. ”Good...good dogs. I wish we had homes for all of you in our guild.” Parting proved to be sweet sorrow when she left them to return to the colosseum with her prize.

Over the heads of Zephyr, Carrie, Timothy, and Theodore, the sky suddenly went dark. Any eyes looking upward would behold a huge cloud of small black shapes moving like a swarm of locusts toward the little Zentopia cathedral just down the road from where the wizards were fighting. The cloud of fluttering forms descended closer to street level, resolving itself into a massive flock of bats. Just before the bats touched the ground, they dispersed to hang wherever they could find a perch, leaving only one larger shape behind. When the woman turned around to look at the others, stretching her large bat wings as she did, she gave a dangerous, fanged smile. ”Don't mind me. Just keep away from the cathedral. It, and any lacrimas inside, are mine.” Turning back, the holder double of Nosgoth, named Plum, walked jauntily inside, her wings brushing against the doorframe.

Once in, she closed the door behind her and took a look around. Resting against the Zentopia cathedral's back was a huge iconographic statue, with hands stretched upward in atonement. A moment later she laughed out loud at her good luck, for held between the statue's fingertips on either side was a violet lacrima. ”Two in one! Looks like today's my lucky day. I get to complete my mission for the Mistress, and to deny an enemy a treasure!” Flapping her wings vigorously, she shot up to the right hand, removed the lacrima, and secured it within a pocket. She wasted no time in heading over to the other one, clawlike fingernails extended to snatch the extra lacrima for her own.

Jumping from roof to roof with eyes peeled, Nolan would hardly be able to avoid spotting Indigo walking briskly along on a street below. At least, she seemed like Indigo; this woman's physical features matched hers exactly, but the way she carried herself came across as totally different, like a twin with a different personality. This Indigo hustled along looking at the ground, with a downcast faced and nearly-closed eyes, hunched over slightly with her arms pressed close to her body as they clutched a yellow-spined book. If Nolan followed her, he'd end up at one of the many Crocus parks, this one host to a sizable pond. This Indigo -better known as Straw judging by the book she held, Seven Days to Die approached the edge of the water seeming more disconsolate than previous.

”Of course...” she murmured, her voice soft but filled with an unnatural despair. ”All the places, and it's in the middle of the pond.” Following her gaze, an onlooker might be able to spot the glint of a yellow lacrima lodged in the pond's muddy bottom. Straw tentatively opened her book and began reading. Before long, the ambient temperature in the area began to rise dramatically, but more so directly around the pond than anywhere else. Wielding focused heart, Straw began to evaporate the water, so that she might walk across a dry slope and pull the lacrima from the dust. It was slow going but required intense concentration, meaning that an interloper might very well go unnoticed.

The intrusion of someone else was an annoyance to Carrie, but she didn't knock back the help, not that she needed it. As someone thought to threaten the whole group, Carrie just flicked a glance over her shoulder and dismissed the woman. She ducked a blow from Ted, and slammed a fist into Tim's chest, sparks dancing over her hand to hit the boy and send him flying back. It gave her a little respite as the assistants attack sent Ted back as well.

"I'm taking you into custody, you little snots. You need to pay for what you did, for the disgrace you put on the council!" lightening danced dangerously around them, and Carrie looked almost murderous, as she pushed off the ground, like an arrow poised in flight. She hit Timothy, perhaps the more dangerous of the two for her given his wind magic, and then went down.

Carrie didn't give him the chance to get up, as she quickly Arranged herself so that her hands were on his shoulders, her knee placed just so, so that if Timothy so much as moved, his special place would get a beating. "oh, do it, please. I'd love to see you squealing" she hissed out when Timothy got a calculating look in his eyes. "one step closer, theodore, and I'll fry your brothers balls. Do you want a sister instead?" she flicked a glance over her shoulder at the other twin, a steely glint in her eyes.

As Ted hesitated, Carrie turned back to Tim. She shifted slightly, trying to bring the boys hands together, to create some lightening cuffs but damn it Tim didn't resist. Ted cursed, pleasing Carrie, and she heard him charge the helping boy.

Michael looked up at Prince, a little shocked, but amused all the same. Sometimes Prince could read him so well, other times it didn't seem like the cat man could. "I know. He's probably back at the frenzy plant camp. I was lookin for the woman that helped me yesterday. I didn't get to say thank you properly" nor to apologize for his state of mind, either. Perhaps she had gone back to her children.

Damian Gerard|City of Crocus

Damian reached the bar with little incident and scrounged around. He didn't find anything behind the counter, in the mugs or on the tables. A search of the second floor was just as fruitless and as he was about to leave, he saw a telltale shimmer of red from behind the mirror the barkeep was standing in front of. Smiling and mentally smacking himself, he asked the barkeep's permission to move the mirror who nodded and gave it. Sliding the mirror aside, the red lacrima that rested in a hidden cubby behind it shimmered brightly and Damian grabbed it with a grin. Carefully putting the mirror back, he placed the red lacrima in a pouch, bade the barkeep a thank you and farewell, and continued on to his next destination, a hotel known as Sabertooth's Refuge.

It was a place well known for harboring magical clients over the last hundred years and he thought it fitting that something would be hidden there. When he entered, it was as busy as he'd expected, but that didn't dissuade him from searching. He started in each unoccupied room, getting a list of them all from the inn keeper. When that didn't turn anything up, he went and got the permission of the inn keeper, along with another list, to search the occupied rooms. His third knock revealed an elderly man with the orange lacrima in hand. Taking it and thanking the man, Damian proceeded to the third location on his map, the pool and aquarium.

Upon reaching it, he groaned when he found himself faced with the yellow lacrima in the octopus tank. Getting the appropriate permissions, Damian used his magic to form an impromptu claw and lowered it into the water, retrieving the lacrima without anything to fear. He also saw another and, feeling like no one should have to dive for it, pulled it up and set it out as well. Securing the yellow lacrima, he set off into the pool area, heading up to get a vantage point to find his blue one.

No seeing anything on the slides, he sighs and leaves, heading to a restaurant called Chez Platypus to search for the blue. The host directed Damian inside and he was lead to the platypus they had for a mascot by a waiter, who walked away immediately after. Damian was confused, staring at the creature, the put two and two together after about five minutes. Petting the animal, it eventually opened it's mouth so he could grab the blue lacrima. Securing the lacrima and patting the platypus in thanks, Damian left then stopped. "Green. I missing Green..." Reviewing the map again, he heads to a park, which contained a large statue of one of Fiore's past kings, where he saw the green lacrima on top between prongs of the crown. Using a Striker Blade to reach the crown, Damian adds it to the pouch and continues forwards while reviewing his lacrima. "OK, so I have red, orange, yellow, green, and blue. That leaves...indigo, violet, and the rainbow lacrima."

Looking around, Damian landed in front of another hotel, this one where Fairy Tail had stayed during the previous Grand Magic Games a hundred years before and went in. Judging from the state of things, the place hadn't been stayed in since then, probably because of some stupid superstition. Digging around, he didn't have any luck at first, until he remembered the trick from the first lacrima. Snapping his fingers, he began moving mirrors and paintings until he found the indigo lacrima behind a painting of the then princess of Fiore. Alright, two more. Leaving the ruins, he headed to the one place he hadn't yet been to visit in his free time, the ruins of the old Doma Flau.

Half of the place was rubble and what wasn't rubble was pocked with age. The old scoreboard still showed the final score of the games from over a hundred years ago and Damian stood still a moment, paying his respect to those who had come before. Finally, he took to the old tunnels that were still traversable, finding the violet lacrima in the old infirmary. With it secure, he carefully worked his way back out, wary of how insecure the place was. Upon reaching the exit, he headed for one more place, one that still bore the scars of an old conflict.

The gouge caused by the final battle all those years before still bore a strong magical presence. Damian could feel the familiar sensation of a soldier's respect rising as he searched, knowing that many brave men and women had given their lives here that the rest of the world could continue on. Finally, in a small crook between two pieces he found the last lacrima. Pulling it out, he summons another striker blade and rides it back to the new stadium, waving at the Indigo waiting at the ground entrance before landing and presenting all eight to the Games Master. "I think the platypus was the strangest place to have to retrieve one from."

His eyes sparkled a bit when he saw this bat lady which made him kind of want to take up animal takeover, or would she be a spirit? Those would be questions for later. Yet the woman then vanished which made him frown a bit. Yet his kick connected hitting the twin while he then had to stare at what the woman was doing. He started to wonder if he was on the right side after hearing the way she spoke. Not hesitating to turn the poor man into a woman if the brother dared to move, truly a messed up chick. How could one so beautiful and innocent looking be so sadistic at the same time? Yet the other twin found a loophole and tried rushing him which made Zephyr look at him with a bit of a frown and changed to his Echo suit and just let a shockwave roar loose at the male to send him flying backwards. Then it hit him, did this woman say Council? Oh shit, well Master Jack would be very pissed at him later.

Adamine

Adamine glances back at her dead twin then back to Jarvis "a funeral, right, yes" she pulls her cloak around her closely and drops her head so herhood could cover more of her face, she had always been bad at communicating with people, her social anxiety messed with her pretty hard. Pulling herself from her thoughts Adamine sighs deeply and looks at Jarvis "So you're like the second in command of Phoenix Wing right? That's gotta be pretty cool".

Sitting on the hotel room bed Emory quickly pulled on his shoes, he was now late to the games, he knew he was, why'd he always sleep for so long, his powers always left him exhausted at the end of the day. Stretching with a yawn Emory leaps upwards from the bed and jogs out the door, accidentally slamming it behind him he flinches and looks around hoping no one saw, there was hardly anyone around, they were all at the games probably. Emory jogged down the street headed toward the stadium, stopping only shortly to get warmed bun smothered in honey. Emory could see the gates down the road ahead of him and with a grin he teleports there, standing just inside the gates he turns and jogs up into the stands.
Stopping at the rail he looks down wondering what was going on.

Annoyed with it all, Carrie finally just pulled back a fist, her knee still placed just perfectly, and rammed it into Timothy's face, twice. After making sure he was unconscious, she made his hands clasp and tightened them with electric cuffs. Over head, thunder roared.

Carrie rose, and flicked her hair out her face, looking down at Timothy with disguist, before looking to Theodore, still fighting the boy who had stepped into help. She decided to watch for a moment and see how he handled himself. Ted caught himself, and water went towards zephyr in a wave

"I suppose I am" Jarvis said softly, crouching by the body, he stared at it for a moment. Such a waste. Sighing, he took out a teleportation lacrima. "we will go to the guild, then" he said, holding out his hand to adamine

Hikage Okumura

Yesterday was a day full of excitement and events, she found her target and later on in the night was successful in making his presence less known. She also meet a timid male that acted almost like a scared child, he was so adorable. She really hoped he got the help he needed from his guild. Yet now onto more concerning issues the new magic council was right here at the games, and considering she just offed someone this caused her to be kind of nervous. Nervous enough that she saw enough today and was heading back to her room. She started to turn around but this one male looked around confusingly as he stared at the events going on. "You missed the new magic council and the start of today's events. Although you didnt miss much, a few of them have gotten a few Lacrima which is the objective That sums up what you missed." Hikage said quite proud of her being capable of getting some messages from the looks on peoples face. Such as confusion, happiness.... fear.

Zephyr Hardt

Zephyr watched the male get blown back and examined the woman knocking the poor male out cold which made him flinch a bit, he was certain he was helping the wrong side out from how she showed no mercy. Yet his foe came back to attack with a wave of water, probably to blow him back and crush him under the pressure. Easily counter-able really, even his echo suit being the weakest could counter it. Extending his arms out to his side, he brought them forward and collided his arms to send a shockwave to stalemate the wave of water. Yet seeing as how he was fighting someone from the council, he should probably hurry up and not waste time. "God takeover: Loki!" He shouted and his appearance changed drastically, he then vanished into the ground and rose right up in front of the male with his hands placed to the males chest and would then fire off a torrent of dark magic at point blank range.

Indigo Afina – Treasure Hunting

@oblivion666

Only the sound of thunder outside threatened to give Plum pause as she seized the second violet lacrima prior to flapping her way out of the cathedral. Bats deserted their perches en masse to revel around her, squealing joyously. Nevertheless, Plum did not allow any elation for the completion of her task to keep her from noticing the 'fight' between several mages on the ground. Two identical-looking guys (how strange to see humans so similar so close!) were being absolutely demolished by a strident, merciless lightning sorceress and an intimidating man with an aura equal parts power and darkness. Under normal circumstances, Indigo might have interfered to prevent potential loss of life, but Indigo wasn't here. Plum giggled and smacked the two violet lacrimas together triumphantly, then winged her way toward the colosseum to complete her mission. The bats followed behind, equally careful to avoid Carrie's voltage.

Breathing deeply, Vert steeled her nerves. Though she'd performed her imminent magical feat numerous times since being individualized as the holder of Wolfenstein, it never came easy. Finally, after deciding she couldn't wait any longer, Vert sucked in her breath and opened her book. Immediately a burning pain wracked her body, causing her to twist and cry out. Like a serpent's venom, this agony suffused her heart and flooded through her veins, causing them to bulge and discolor. Doubled over, she held in her tears until the magic-tainted blood entered her eyes, turning them a sickly yellow-green. At that point her whimper turned into a howl; the bones in her limbs lengthened and rearranged, her skin grew darker and ashier, and even her jaws jutted out as her teeth erupted into fangs. The spell affected not only her body, but her clothes, which lost their color and became loose, shapeless garb. The formerly gorgeous librarian had transformed into a werewolf, so thoroughly as to be unidentifiable as female if not for her platinum-blonde mane of hair.

Growling and frothy with spittle, Vert clutched her book in her blackened claws and started running, using her other hand every other step to move all the faster. The next instant she pushed through the minimall's front door, scattering terrified townsfolk before her. Vert made a beeline for the 'new products' aisle, and snatched with her jaws from its pedestal an iridescent green lacrima. Able to move as quickly as she pleased with the populace too scared to try to obstruct her, Vert sprinted for the door, up the street, and back toward the Doma Flau with her treasure clutched tightly and slobbered lightly.

How typical was it that the indigo lacrima turned out to be the object of not the real Indigo's search, but of Teal's. The Yawg in hand, Teal espied the oversized magical marble sitting in an ashtray on the counter of a tiny pizza shop, not at all hidden ever from street view. Shrugging, she ventured inside and greeted the bored-looking cashier with a curt nod. It made Teal mad -as many things did- that in her own mission she encountered no challenge of any kind. Though of course the event took the form of a treasure hunt, Teal had envisioned puzzles, monsters, or some other kind of adversity keeping the lacrimas out of the competitors' hands, but no, if this represented the standard then only complete idiots would be returning to the Doma Flau with anything less than a full set. Snatching the lacrima and dusting it off on her sleeve, Teal hurried from the store. As she jogged back the way she came, she heartily begrudged the lack of opportunity to reflect her stormy mood with a magical tempest or two, but whatever. The less the Games' peons tried, the easier the win.

As the day went on Angelo looked around for something to do, honestly at this point he just started to get board. He hasn't done anything major to help the others in the previous competitions and he hasn't gotten a chance to do a certain quest like some of the others have. Angelo went and bought a soda at a nearby concession stand as he went around looking for something to do but seeing as how everyone was busy he went out on the streets again to see who was out. After all he did get lucky seeing their resident ice dragon out with ice cream last tube so why not. Soon he found James the man who was able to take him on blow for blow with his own magic. Angelo thought why not so he went over and held up a spare soda he bought just in case he found someone to talk to. "Want to talk James? I got a soda with your name on it" I said as a joke...

James, who had been about to finish up his lunch, looked up as Angelo spoke to him. "Oh, hello there, Angelo. Enjoying the Games?"

Adamine
@Caits

Adamine took a deep shaky breath and moved to touch Jarvis's hand, she tried not to think about the fact that here shortly she'd be burying her brother, the one she thought she'd lost so long ago only to return so angry and violent, even his flames had been angry, practically glowing black. She wondered to herself if instead of burying Adiaan they could do what Damian had said and light a pyre instead, seemed more their style being as they both had flame powers.

Emory pulled back from the rail and glanced at the girl who spoke to him, with a half smile he rubbed the back of his head "well thanks, that's really helpful, which ones have already retrieved the lacrima? Also my names Emory, what's yours?" flashing a friendly smile he put his back to the rail and leaned against it facing the girl.

Not really James, in all honesty I'm board and feel like I haven't contributed to helping the guild but such as life" Angelo told him with a sigh giving him the soda as he joined him drinking his own soda

James nodded, taking the offered soda and opening it. "You'll get a chance, just give it time. There was never any guarantee of people getting to compete in anything but the battles anyways, and those matches are predetermined for the day."

True enough, is why I'm not really complaining about it. If anything I just want to take up a good fight and say I did my best is that so much to ask?" Angelo asked taking another swig of his soda "hey I'm just here to help make sure the guild wins in whatever way I can. Remember I'm not into the puzzles they made us do in the beginning but when it comes to fighting I rank up their with you and the others" I said raising my bottle to mean the s ranked gulf members of the group.

James Hunt|Streets of Crocus

James chuckled. "That might be true, but remember that it's been two months for everyone. From what I've learned from speaking with Damian, he's unlocked his Second Origin, as has Penny. I'm not sure what about him is different, but I can sense it. Perhaps he's not even sure what it is yet."
