Cody Bloodstein

@Zarkun
"See ya." Cody waved the quickly departing Nolan and Ariel and watched until they were fully gone before turning slowly back to face James as he was talking about the enchantment.
"I see. I'll take it then." He responded quickly as he looked down towards the chainmail armor in his hands....how did he put this on anyway?

Sora Kaze

[@Infinchi]
Huh? Blinking a couple of times, Sora looked around his surroundings absentmindedly....he had no idea where he was. He had gotten himself lost in Crocus city. He, a full grown 27 year old man, had gotten lost in the big city like some a little kid in the grocery store. This was something he expected of Ethel, who never paid much attention to her surroundings, or Mai since she has a terrible sense of direction. But himself?
This was inexcusable! He soon found himself near the entrance of Crocus scratching his head. He had no idea how he winded up back here, but he had. He hadn't even heard any good gossip and he was lost.
However he did pick up a loose newspaper off of the ground now. It was today's issue...

Shiro Hime

@Raijinslayer
With Manami gone Shiro was completely silent and would probably ignore whatever Nidhogg would say unless it was important. A lot of what he said tended to be more out of boredom after all, or to ruile people up so why pay it any attention?
Shiro and Nidhogg would have probably been wondering around for about fifteen or so minutes when Shiro stopped suddenly.
"Nidhogg-sama, one moment please." Turning now, she wandered up the stall which had caught her attention. It sold various eyeware such as eyepatches, sunglasses, reading glasses and contact lenses.
Shiro's eye patch had been broken during the fight with Hunter and she couldn't exactly run around with her guild-mark uncovered, especially thanks to yesterday's incident(s).
Wandering up to the stall owner she bought a couple of white eyepatches and a pair of contact lenses. Returning to Nidhogg now as she put one of the eye patches on, Shiro glanced towards the undead wizard.
"....Nidhogg-sama I've been thinking." She began as the pair would begin to start walking. She would ignore him if he said 'that's a dangerous past time' before continuing.
"Can you smell the slayers? That might make this easier." She asked bluntly as she looked ahead. It didn't really bother her whether or not he could, however if he could it would certainly make searching a lot easier.

Jasmine Lockwood

@Caits
Jasmine hadn't meant to look as surprised as she did, she knew Penny was a good person. But she was surprised that she seemed so intent on helping simply because she had promised her. After all Penny hardly knew Jasmine for more than a day.
"Umm a road leading into town. I think it was westward?" Jasmine responded thoughtfully as she really had to think about it. At the time she hadn't paid much attention which direction they were coming from.

Rosalina Idwal
"Stay with me. Please."

"Of coarse."

@Burthstone

The streets had begun to quiet down as the lazy afternoon droned on. The excitement of the rest day had been apparent in the many patrons of the games, who were eager to catch a glimpse of the champions as they enjoyed all Crocus had to offer. Though as Rosalina strolled at a brisk pace through the strip mall she could already see that the majority of stalls were empty. There were a few stragglers here and there, but nothing note worthy. Rosalina could see her hotel way off in the distance, the tall building standing higher than most in the backdrop of Crocus. She began to step forward, but as her foot slid across the ground she felt a tingling sensation; foreboding a rather unexpected encounter.

"Salutations Rosalina," The strangers voice sent shivers up Rosalina's spine, though that was more to do with the fact that this man knew her name. She supposed that it wasn't so uncommon. Despite not having attended the unveiling a few days prior, Rosalina was still known as a Council member. Though when she turned around to greet the stranger, she had not anticipated who it was she might see. Gregory Vale was indeed a man who held quite a fierce reputation. Rosalina had never interacted with him personally before, but she knew enough. Yet despite that, he seemed intent on her hearing him out.
"And while I'm sure my reputation precedes me, let's get out of the way that I'm not here for a nefarious plot. I simply want to ask you for a favor, from one wizard concerned about the world to, what I assume, is another," Concerned about the world? Of coarse Rosalina was concerned, otherwise she wouldn't have bothered with the council. It was Gregory's motives that she questioned. Though the man had a face of stone, and any ill intent was hard if not impossible to read.

When Gregory held out his hand to Rosalina, she played along. The idea that she might grant his favor was ludicrous, but she wanted to fight out what he wanted at the very least. She clasped her gloved hand around his own, staring into his eyes with a stern look.
"Captain Rosalina Idwal. Representative of the Rune Knights on the Magic Council." She lowered her hand back to her side, resting it gently on her hip just a few inches away from her weapon. Though her relaxed stance would hopefully imply that she was more casual about this whole ordeal than she actually was. "What is it you need, and why do you need my help with it?"

Gregory Vale
Gregory also watched Rosalina's eyes as he shook her hand, and he tried to be as relaxed as he could be. As Rosalina asked what his favor was, he took a deep breath, straightening his back a little. "I want you to take Luna off any lists the Rune Knights have that might come to try and hurt her in the future," he would say this calmly, watching Rosalina as he did so, and making sure he retained a respectful distance from her. He had decided a before the gamed began he would keep up a calm and respectful demeanor, despite all that had happened during the course of the games that would justify a less calm and respectful actions.

"I also would expect that she won't be in Iron Enigma for much longer. She's a good kid, too good for us, and I'd hate to see her get hurt in the future because of what family she happened to be born into," Gregory watched Rosalina's face to see how she would react. He anticipated some sort of no, but he figured it was still worth a shot. At the very least, the way she was acting now, she'd be the first person at the games to treat him with any modicum of respect.

LEVI

"I guess we're both nomadic in that regard. I wasn't even in Fiore for my last job. I was in Caleum for the past few months with a troupe of archaeologist that had discovered the remains of multiple temples surrounded by citadels deep within the jungles. There must've been a small civilization that had lived there, but..."D Levi seemed to had fallen silent, as if he was in thought. "Despite the structures originating from ancient times they were very well maintained, but that's not the weird part. The damage that the they had wasn't caused by natural wear from long exposure to the weather; they were destroyed recently. We don't know why or what happened and I doubt we'll know anytime soon. We can't even translate whatever language they had written in let alone let alone find any text that wasn't damaged. We only were recover one book that was legible, but-"

"Are you actually going to order something or are you going to keep yapping away kid?" The waitress gave him a stern glare, bringing him back down to reality that he was probably talking Alm's ear off and wasting the waitress' time.

Levi's face flushed a bright red and he grabbed the menu to give it a quick glance. "Er, coffee and pancakes." The waitress gave him the evil eye before heading off with their orders.

@Caits
FERRIS

"Er, considering what happened to my old guild I'm not sure if all guilds are families. My old master was bribed by dark guilds to avoid jobs involving them without the rest of us knowing. Can't judge the rest just from a bad apple though." Ferris leaned forward and grabbed a strawberry, taking a big bite from it. Juices leaked down from the corner of his mouth and licked it up."It's been a long time since I've been in combat. I wonder if I still got it." He pondered outloud, obviously worried if his occupation as a model had made him rusty.

@Lugubrious@Caits
ENMA

"Just our fucking luck." Enma rubbed his sore butt after falling into the pit trap. It looked like they had been had by the fat wench though that was the least of their concerns now. They needed to get out and continue their mission, perhaps apprehend the woman if they were able to. Still this wasn't exactly the worst thing that could've possibly happened to them. It was just a hole. Well, things did get a bit worse for them; massive spiders had begun to swarm around them in a sea of skittering black. Their red eyes pierced the dark room as it met their gaze.

Mercury and Gabriel were getting themselves worked up in the situation, but surprisingly their oni companion had a wide, excited grin on his face. "You know, I've been needing to let loose some stress." Enma chuckled, his eyes glowed a vivid red that showed an inhuman amount of bloodlust matched by the sudden red light radiating from his skin."You humans have a saying about big things right? The bigger they are the harder they drop was it? Heh, it just means they bleed more."

Enma dashed forward to the hoard of spiders with a demonic grin and swung his club straight down at the spiders, an explosion sent the oversized arachnids flying in multiple pieces across the room. "Come on you ugly shits! I haven't had my fill yet!" He laughed maniacally as he destroyed everything in his path.

There goes his natural vicious instincts again. Oni are notorious as violent, powerful creatures that and try as he might to control himself, Enma would sometimes lose himself to his urges.

Regardless, it seems as if Nolan had enough of the two and decided to walk on out. Was it because of Saya's "actions" from those days ago? She wasn't sure, but was relieved that he didn't completely expose her of that on the spot. She will however keep a good eye on him regardless, just in case he gets any good idea to report it. But that will be for another day...

"Forgive me," Rosalina began, placing her hat back on top of her head and leaving a small wad of jewels on the table. "I think I'd like to be alone for the remainder of the day. This incident has given me a migraine."

Saya looks at the jewels placed on the table, almost hesitant to pick them up, as she looks over to the other council member.

"No worries," she replies with a smile, simply slowly taking half of the jewels and giving the other back to her, "I think I'll also relax around here as well. If you want to chat with me again, I'd be here or back in the Hotel."

"B-but... thank you. Today is- I mean, was, enjoyable. For the most part." Rosa stuttered, turning around before Sayatachi could see her go red. And before Saya could respond, Rosalina departed back in the direction of the hotel at a brisk pace. She had to be honest, this lady, while perhaps awkward in some social places, seemed pretty nice and respectful towards her, instead of what she previously thought. With that, the Rainbow Majesty turns around and decides to order some cold tea.

Samir Saron

"T-Thank you Sammy-san..." groans Marlene, half naked from the waist up, as Samir rubs the special ointment she got from the doctors on her back, "I-I really needed it... agh, it's been stinging ever since I woke up."

Samir hums in response as she finishes rubbing it on her, putting a blanket from Marlene's waist down "Just lie down on your stomach and let it sink in for an hour. It should stop the stinging by then. I'll be back to check up on you in an hour or so. If you need anything, ring this bell for one of the hotel servants to come and help you out."

"O-Ok." stutters Marlene as she sighs and lies on her belly.

With that the archer waves her good-bye and heads on out to the front of the hotel, wondering what she should do next on such a beautiful day like this...

Sam held out her hands to gently take the ball of light, studying it with curiosity, frowning as she did. She seemed perplexed, and a little upset. "Its a spirit" She said softly, gently cupping the ball of light, looking up tp Amelia.

penny
@Lunarlors34
Penny quickly went into the hotel lobby again, retriving a map she came back out, opening it, she studied it. "Well, there are a few streets that way. Perhaps we can start outside the town and see if anything is familiar that way " she said, looking to Jasmine to see if she was happy with that. There was a chance, apenny knew, that something nad happened, to cause Jasmines memory lose, but was hoping nothing had.

Drew gave a sigh "i wish i could say tnat was an isolated case, but Angelica really messed a lot of things up." He said, and perhaps that was why they needed the knignts.

"Its like everything, theres good and bad, but you make it what you want" Jessie said, having finished the orange she took some watermelon, enjoying the sweet taste of it, preplexed as she always was how water could be so sweet. "I don't think you can forget how to do magic. Its apart of us, right?" she said musingly, "but we could do some training if you want!"

Michael
@Lmpkio
After checking on Prince, Michael decided to go out and explore Crocus a bit, frowning over the message from Gabriel. Well Michael couldn't do anything about that, so he continued on nis way. He wondered what he should do, as he walked down the streets of the oldest magical city in Fiore.

He had his hands in his pockets, hood pulled over his head, looking down, clearly not paying attention to where he was going as he tried to think what he could do. So it was that he walked into someone coming out of a hotel, stumbling back and immediately apologizing "Im s-s-sorry!"

Eventually, the Archer desides that she should get a cold drink from one of the nearby cafes. It was pretty hot afterall so why as hell not? But as Samir decides to walk towards the direction of the arena, hoping to run into a cafe, she suddenly happens to bump into a walking bystander, who just so happened to bump into her with his hood pulled over his head. As he stumbled back, he tries to immediately apologize to Sammy.

"Im s-s-sorry!" he stammers as he tries to get up.

"Oh pardon me," the archer responds calmly as she reaches her arm towards the man, "Here, let me help you up. Are you ok?"

<Snipped quote by Onarax>

Cyare Staunton

"Only once, I will have you know." The Tactical Mage answered for Angel, fixing the speedster with a distinct glare. As distinct as her expressions ever were, anyhow, which is not very. The message conveyed itself quite well, nonetheless, while Cyare continued to work her way through her snack. "Ferrara believes we will arrive by midday, barring any unforeseen changes to the weather or other disasters. I predict the fighting will take very little time, given the size of our group, but the hike back will be of equal length. Since it will take until midday to arrive, and it will take a similar time to return, it may be best to camp out for the night."

"Things you might know if you stayed with the group."

@Krayzikk @Onarax @Caasicam

Angel Ferrara

Angel blinked a couple times and let his head drift away from the (really close) face of Hiwatari Rei to stare at Cyare beside him. He got the weird feeling in his stomach that he'd become the unwitting source of entertainment for both of them at around the same time, and that a fight was currently occurring not just over things that Rei had missed from scouting ahead, but over who would get to keep him out of the other's hands for the time being.

Then again, that sounded pretty petty for mages...

...

...until the poor, foreign pretty boy thought of all the things living with Kaia Iona had put him through.

"It's...I..." Angel bit his lip cautiously and ruffled the hair on the nape of his neck with a faintly sheepish smile. "It's alright, Cyare. I lived in a forest all my life. I know what it's like to wanna stretch your legs a little."

Kaia Iona

With a movement that was more of just fluttering her fingers than a full on greeting, Kaia waved at the swift mage who had quite nearly appeared in front of Angel. He was rather fast, even for her. Though the sheer speed made him stand out like a lighthouse (that was the expression, right?) from the relatively sedate pace of the surrounding trees. She had initially half a mind to join Rei in his bursts through the underbrush, but that would also require that she leave Angel alone with Cy- err, the rest of them.

Speaking of the jungle boy, getting outdoors and out of the city seemed to be good for him, his tone was relaxed, with a clear sort of certainty. He was, she mused, in his element now.

"I'm fine with camping out," Kaia piped up, "Take a break before doing the hike again, maybe we could make something to eat too?"

Trinity Stratos

Trinity stepped inside the ship behind the Karns, gazing at the blueprints Eddy found. She had been more interested in the engine room below that she hadn't noticed them before. Before she could make any comment, however, a voice spoke from within the ship. The minstrel snapped her attention away from the papers, hopping back just a little and preparing to conjure Energy Make, but she relaxes as she analyses the situation.

This person was not interested in her, or even the ship, from the sounds of it. So what was this about Karn being a miracle cure?

She was unsure of what to make out of the woman, watching her carefully. "What, did you follow us here, then? Hmn. Seems like everyone has fans these days..." This woman wanted to help Eddy get home... but for such a strange price?

Eddy seemed to consider it, but released the cat. The creature scampered away, out of the ship. Eddy looked back at her, and Trinity stepped toward her, placing a hand on her shoulder. "We can figure this out together, Eddy. You made the right choice."

A sweet smile turned to a stone gaze, as she gazed at the strange, thin woman. "You. Who are you and what's your game?"

"Umm yeah that works. I mean you're going out of your way to help me....so I can't really complain." Jasmine responded quickly as she waited for Penny to lead the way. Unless Penny wanted her to go first, then she would.
Once they had left the hotel Jasmine would speak up once more.
"I do remember that we were coming in from the West...so maybe we should start there?" Jasmine suggested thoughtfully. She and Cody HAD been on their way there yesterday before...well the dome.

Nidhogg

"Not precisely, no. My sensing isn't that precise, but if you can tell me some of the sins this particular slayer accomplished, I may be able to figure something out. If not, then it seems like we'll have to continue wondering aimlessly. *sigh* When I agreed to embark on this journey, I would've thought you both had thought this whole venture through more thoroughly. So far, it's been really, really boring." Nidhogg sighed as he walked behind Shiro, taking one lanquished step after another, taking a bite out of an apple he'd stolen from a passing fruit cart not too long ago. Shiro would notice that he was getting that look in his eyes, the one where, if he wasn't entertained soon, things would likely get really bad, really fast. In fact, he was paying a rather eerie amount of attention to a pair of young women as they seemed ready to make their way down a nearby alleyway, obviously planning to take a shortcut to the shopping district of Crocus.

Rosalina Idwal
"..."

@Burthstone

The atmosphere between Rosalina and Gregory grew more tense by the second. Their gazes were locked unto each other and Rosalina was somewhat surprised by how uncomfortable the guild master of Iron Enigma looked. Then again, she did belong to the Magic Council; it was always a shock to her just how differently people treated her because of this fact. She doubted she'd ever get used to such a feeling. There was a good distance between them, and for a moment the air felt stagnant from all the anticipation when suddenly Gregory revealed his reason for seeking out Rosalina.
"I want you to take Luna off any lists the Rune Knights have that might come to try and hurt her in the future," Rosalina's expression softened at his words. Her hand, which had been resting inconspicuously near the hilt of her blade, fell down to her side. This man had risked persecution by Rosalina or the other Council Members for the slim hope that they might be able to pardon one of his guild's mages. For a while, Rosalina stood silently; folding her arms across her chest as if to signal Gregory to continue.

"I also would expect that she won't be in Iron Enigma for much longer. She's a good kid, too good for us, and I'd hate to see her get hurt in the future because of what family she happened to be born into."
... what family she happened to be born into. The words echoed in Rosalina's mind, and as her thoughts drifted she found herself picturing the smiling face of someone whom she once cared deeply for. Alas, that was in the past. Though she couldn't help but feel the emotion behind Gregory's plea. Her lips turned upward into a smile as she covered her eyes in disbelief.
"Pardoning a member of a Dark Guild will not be an easy feat. I would need to bring it up with the council, there would have to be a hearing before a board of selected council members. It would be a big ordeal to put the girl through." Rosalina was confused by how eager she was to help. Though whenever she heard Gregory's words, she could only ever hear them in her voice. The way she had stood up for Rosalina all those years ago to save her from that wretched place she called home. What Gregory wanted was no different, and Rosalina couldn't help but feel for him.

Though the idea of putting someone through the labyrinth of trials, hearings and juries was definitely not something she'd wish upon anyone. Though there seemed to be no other way around it. Rosalina had all but given up hope when suddenly her eyes lit up with realisation. Stepping closer to Gregory, Rosalina gently placed a hand on his shoulder with a smile. If anyone else could have seen her now, they would have sworn she was a different woman. Though Gregory's request really resonated with her and reminded her of happier times with someone she loved; it wasn't everyday she got to feel that way.
"Mr Vale, would you be able to organise a meeting between myself and this Luna?" Before Gregory could question it, Rosalina spoke up and revealed her plan. "I am looking for Rogue Wizards to recruit into the Rune Knights. As I'm sure you're aware, the Knights have become the laughing stock of Fiore and it is my goal to rectify this. I would be happy to take Luna under my wing and train her to be a Knight. She'd have her status as a dark wizard pardoned and I'd be able to keep an eye on her so the Council wouldn't worry. Of coarse, I won't force this upon her. Hence why I wish to meet with her and present this offer to her myself." It was a bit of a long shot, but this was an opportunity for Rosalina to begin recruiting more Knights. The idea of recruiting a dark wizard might have concerned the Council, but Rosalina herself was considered by many to be a dark mage due to the nature of her blood magic. She especially knew that even those who have touched the darkness were still people. Her expression went somber at that thought while she waited on Gregory's response. Yes, even those who gave into the darkness deserved a second chance; just like she herself had been given.

Hiwatari Rei: Have You Lost Track of Who's Playing? Yeah, So Have I.

"Shuuusssh. You heard the new kid, we shouldn't argue in front of the kids. What are they going to think if big sis is constantly picking fights with the adults."

Of course, just between you and me, that's what I appreciated about the kid. She was dependable, dependable in the sense that I could always count on her passive aggressive attacks against me. Although I must say the trap was beginning to grow on me, he understood where I was coming from. Plus apparently he was a jungle boy which meant he was bound to have a badass war cry.

Who didn't appreciate a good war cry.

Now what I still didn't quite understand was how the blind one managed to wave at me. I'm sure the answer was part of some heart felt bonding session the others had probably engaged by now, but I had no clue at the present moment in time. Best I could do I for now was wave back.

"You know," I replied, as I quite literally flipped myself out of the tree branch and onto my feet, "I second the, uh-- I don't have nickname for you yet. Regardless, I'm in agreement. How about I go help jungle boy cook something up. After all, I can't let Cyare near the kitc--er fire pit."

Michael gringed as if he expected to be hit, and let a breath out when the woman didn't hit him. He hesitated before accepting the hand up, his hood fell back as he rose, and he swallowed nervously. He apologised again, "I am so sorry, I wasn't looking where i was going" he seemed a bit wary, worried that he had run into someone powerful, or improtant. He seemed to attract trouble at times.

penny
@Lunarlors34
Penny gave a nod, folding the map over to the west side of the city, she held it in a hand. "Okay, we will start there then" she said, starting to head in that direction. She hadn't truly seen much of the city, despite them being there five days. Despite being with Jasmine, Penny couldn't help but feel alone.

Mayt, S-Class Wizard of Phoenix Wing - Train station
Mayt would stop by the corner of the small town's general store on his way to the Train Station. While he did so he pulled out the list of names he had been following for a while now. He had put them in a more convenient order after the theives had given them to him. Why was he helping these scum out? Wasn't this whole thing just to get them to confess?

Mayt racked his brain for the answer, but came up blank, which was rather odd. He'd though that he would remember something like this. Didn't matter now, he should just go back to Crocus and watch the last day of the games. But yet, something kept him from just dropping the paper in the dirt and moving on. He had come this far, after all. What would he be if he gave up half way through. Taking a deep breath, he folded the paper again and put it back in his pocket. This was going to feel like an eternity, he prophosized.

Alm Drake
Drake relaxed in her chair as she politely listened to Levi as he described his most recent adventure. Though while she didn't seem particularly interested, any good people reader would be able to see she was about to pounce on a potential deal. She shot the waiter a look as they interrupted Levi, and after they had left Drake put her hands on the table, offering Levi a smile.

"Well, you happen to have told your story to the right gal, Levi. As it has probably occurred to you, I have access to a number of resources most archeologists don't, so I can at least get information to tell you if there were any magic guild activity in the area, and possibly why. Might be able to shed some light on what happened. If you're interested, of course. I won't try to force you to do anything," Drake smiled, glad she might be able to help him out. Finding a price he could afford would be harder though.

@hatakekuro

Gregory Vale
"It would be a big ordeal to put the girl through," as Gregory heard this, he let him feel something that he hadn't let himself feel since he entered Crocus for the games: Relief. He was relieved. Rosalina had been a long shot, doing his last resort first for kicks and giggles, and it had actually worked. It was all he could do to keep himself from letting his jaw drop. He couldn't help but flinch when she reached her hand up to his shoulder, however. "Mr. Vale, would you be able to organise a meeting between myself and Luna?" That was something he could definately do. Gregory swallowed deeply, straightening up a little, clearly all but dumbfounded by Rosalina's openness and willingness to help dark wizards out. As she explained why she wanted to meet with her, Gregory was trying to come up with a proper response. What does someone say in this situation? First things first, the meeting couldn't have a definate time. He wasn't going to force Luna to leave his guild, and he wanted to arrange the meeting for after she left, if at all possible.

"Wh-why yes, of course I can arrange a meeting, but it's kind of hard to do right now. Our S-Class wizards, including Luna, and I will be heading to the Pomegrande Kingdome soon to see if we can't catch up with my daughter Melina, whom none of us has seen in eight years. I also don't want to do it before she seperates from Iron Enigma if it can be at all helped, that would just put undue stress on her. She's tough physically, but she doesn't hold up well under emotional stress," the mage swallowed, stopping himself before he went on rambling about Luna. "Anyway, the earliest you could possibly meet her is early February... I'll get in contact with you when I'm ready to schedule the exact times for the meeting."

Gregory offered his first genuine smile of the day to Rosalina, holding his hand out to shake. "Thank you, Rosalina. You're the first person outside of a dark guild to treat me like an actual person since I arrived in Crocus, and you're the only one who didn't act like they also assumed I was up to something else." He bit the inside of his lip for a moment, a mostly invisible action, but if one was experienced at watching people they'd see it. "And I hope we don't end up on opposite sides of a blade any time soon."

"I know their minor, but you still risk infections. Plus, I doubt you want people looking at you because you have ice all over your arms and legs." He said before gently rubbing her head. "If you think you'd prefer to risk it though, I will not stop you. Just consider your options first."

"Kind of. This is a sprite. Alone, it isn't much. But, when several sprites of the same element gather, they become spirits, like the ones big sister summons to help her out." Amelia said as the sprite pulsed and moved around but never far from Sam's hands. "This is a fire sprite. Do you know the other five basic elements of the world?"

Angel Ferrara - Traps Everywhere

"I'd appreciate the help,"
Angel said with a polite smile, looking away from Kaia towards the pair of mages they'd tagged along with. "Between my trapping and your speed, we shouldn't have any problem with catching dinner. Cooking it'll be a breeze after that. But right now--"

--Ferrara reached into the bag he was toting over one shoulder and pulled out a pear and a knife--

"--it might be best to move on. We still have some fruit, we can eat light as we go. Plus it's really tasty." In two quick wrist motions, the trap had flipped open his knife, cut off a thin slice of fruit, and speared it on the blade. Angel placed the blade carelessly between his teeth - then yanked it out of his grin just as fast, leaving the pear on his tongue.

"Mmmmmm..." he hummed softly after he had chewed and swallowed. "Really juicy! I'll cut the rest of this up during the walk if you guys want."

Samir Saron

"I am so sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going..." the young man continued apologetically and nervously.

"No no, it's alright pal," Samir replies again while helping him up and patting him on the back, "We all are like that sometimes. No need to get flustered. What's your name young sir?"
