No, it activates when you use the final smash right next to an opponent. You basically have to be inside them.

Mhmm most of it was harmless touches. The scratches from climbing probably wouldn't do too much. But I didn't specify pinning or actual biting that would do serious damage if it happened.

Most that hit Nolan were basically harmless and hat didn't seem to mind xD if he did I would of changed it
