If so...squeeze a bit of juice in the tap water.

It could be any juicy fruit really. An orange will do just as well.

I found a bottle of water (The tall ones) so I had that and a can of soda and I feel MUCH better than I did.

Tap water may not taste the best, but the odds are considerably lower of you getting sick off of it than bottled water.
