Angelo fought with Angelica. Phones and Trinity kinda fought with Spencer. Sayuri is the only one who really hasn't exerted herself yet.

Trinity: Did not. I *looked* at Spencer and punched Phones twice. And then shot a few arrows. Oooooh~.

In all honesty, one can't say, "they used magic energy, they're going to be weakened" when one does not know how draining a spell is.

I used the excuse that Karn had been traveling before coming on the train, fell in the river with a panic attack, fought a Vulcan, hasn't eaten, and has been transforming constantly (little things that don't take too much, but still) before then doing larger forms in a fight. Chimera taking the most.

It wasn't really fighting with Angeloca as fighting with himself

Angelo isn't injured at all, which is actually an important detail. But he did use (what I perceive as) a decent amount of magic. That being said, he's certainly more primed for combat than a lot of the others, but not as available as Trinity, Sayuri, Phones, and Maddox. Really, if we think about it, Jarvis is also available. I bet he could turn those communication lacrima into effective explosives...

I have ideas for Jarvis. Just want to wait for Grane's post.

Oh shit, I forgot to factor in Vulcan. Mmnnn... still pretty fresh. She smacked with an Energy Hammer, but I feel like Trinity can reclaim at least part of the power she uses for Energy Make. Some is expended in forming it, but she can take back the energy used as the form itself? Ooh, but she's been requiping instruments *constantly*... hmmm...

Basing off of the anime and manga, I would imagine the quantity of items being called and the frequency of calling items is more relevant to how draining it is. Erza could pull off some big stuff with seemingly no consequence but when she would make multitudes of Requips then it would be taxing. That's just my deduction.
