@Prince of Seraphs While normally I wouldn't ask this, I don't think the GM's would appreciate a flaming vortex of Death chasing Nidhogg around the city, cause that'd cause a shit ton of casualties and damages and all around havoc, not to mention that that's a bit overkill during a time where the situation is deescalating. Since I'm not a GM, I'm going to leave this matter in the hands of @Caits.

@Prince of SeraphsI don't think the move is OP, more like over-kill in the extreme and very, very reckless and ineffective against certain types of foes when you think about(if Nidhogg had the mind, he could destroy all of Crocus with this spell and never be the worse for wear) but I don't think now, in the middle of a populated city is the best place to use it. As the player, you've kinda got to use a bit of common sense when you do things so they're not disruptive to everyone else, which this certainly would be.

The move is over powered, when you put in into the context that it hasn't been used before, which I believe was in the post. It just seems over powered to do it by accident like that and successful on the first try.

It's seems unnecessary and just like there's trying to be a bit of showing off. I feel that it is overpowered for a character that has just begun.

Well if it's fire, Manami should be able to counter it. And I would assume she has the magical power required to do such a thing. Fire is put out by water after all, even if it's too hot for 'normal' water to hit; magically enhance water with holy attributes might do the trick.

@Lunarlors34But the thing is that he stated it would take drastic action to cancel it out, meaning it's probably take a lot of power to douse or something. It's weakness are not well explained, probably something that should be fixed for a move that's just do massive and disruptive.

It doesn't matter about objectivity, in this case I think it is over powered, for a new character. It isn't about the situation either-a new attack should take time and struggle to develop not just suddenly be able to do it, even by accident.

Because it would seem that it's 'drastic' because it's all his magical power. Therefore, an equal amount should be able to counter it (in theory). One would assume that Manami being S-Rank, and Dawn being A-Rank that Manami's amount and strength of magical power are both larger than Dawn's.
Only assumptions however.

I asked to me mention if the dome battle progresses, and I find only two of you did, then, half of you seemed to have ignored that fact that Ferrin already put a big, obvious hole in the side of the outer dome AND put a smaller one in the inner dome.

Whitch means that you needed needn't bother getting in the top, because, gee, theres a great fricking hole in the side

Piece of advice: Read Read Read before you post. Open a tab for every post you can find about what is happening, refer back to them as you type, ask in here if something is unclear. Because nothing is more irritating to anyone when they have to repeatedly remind people about something obvious.

Then, re-read your post, make sure that it makes sense, and your character acts like they should, considering the situation, fix typos, and clean up your grammar.

I realize this does not apply to all of you, but I am too tired and frustrated to find out who did what. The frustration is not from this. RL is to blame.
