<Snipped quote by Crimson Raven>
I just think of their main things like personality and stuff then picture an image in my mind around that then try to think of a name, which is always the hardest part, and I'm terrible at drawing so I can't really draw my characters and I can never find a picture that matches what I want so I almost never put a picture to them and try to be as descriptive as I can when describing their appearance
The name is the hardest part. But sometimes it just comes to me as I write up the character. Descriptions are okay, but I like images as they make the character seem more real.
Speaking of names, Ferrin has a cool meaning in his name. (Actually, spoiler alert, I have not revealed his true name
)
Ferrin = close to ferrum, latin for iron
Astra = latin for sky, or star
Now, his magic is called Aether, and Aether was once belived to be the air that gods breathe, otherwise known as magic.
Then, his Gauntlet, while not actually iron, it is metal, and represents iron.
So, Ferrin Astra is Iron and Sky.
Fun trivia!
