Adrenaline can be placed in any area that has muscle. Arms, butt, top of legs, are all good positions.

Yeah, it goes to the muscles. The outside of the arm, I suppose. But hard to stick that in dramatically given the position. I was picturing the inside of the elbow in my mind, which doesn't have muscle and is where you aim for veins. Like taking heroin or donating blood.
