It's called Baccano! a 16 episode anime by funimation. also do yourself a favor and watch it in dub. Watching it in sub sucks cause you don't get the amazing 1930 accents

Guess its another one of the anime with a good dub huh? x3 Like DRRR! Or Gurren Lagann :P On a side note... So far my favorite anime are ummmmm Accel World (I recommend), Code Geass (I recommend), Durarara! (I recommend), High School DxD (I recommend if you can put up with the extreme Ecchi), High School of the Dead (I recommend if you can put up with the ecchi), Fairy Tail, Naruto, One Piece, Bleach, Katekyo Hitman Reborn! (I recommend), Nurarihyon no Mago (I recommend), Aquarion (I recommend), Aquarion EVOL (I recommend), Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (I recommend), and there are a crap ton more, but those are generally my tops when I think of anime.

@Demon Shinobi Good is an understatement imo. It's the only anime where I go out of my way to watch in dub. It's infinitely better if you watch the dub

When I think of anime that I like and pop in my mind immiedietly I think Inuyasha, Ruroni Kenshin, YuYu Hakusho, Kyo Kara Maoh(I love this so much...), Fruits Basket, Ouran Highschool Host Club, Full Metal Panic, Hunter x Hunter, Wolf's Rain(love this one), Negima, Full Metal Alchemist, Samurai Champloo, DN Angel, Case Closed (bloody thing is still going. Holy crap), Rave Master... And tons more that escape my mind at the moment
