Okay... please tell me how Evvie can dodge an almost point-blank attack while charging? o_O Charging insinuates that she's going at top speed to pummel Aurelia's face in, which should result in a near complete loss of manoeuvrability, and when Aurelia than dodges to the side just before Evvie would punch her to kingdom come she fires a counter attack less than a metre from Evvie's face. She may be fast, but charging means that she sacrifices her manoeuvrability in favor of speed and increasing the power of a single punch.

She needs no mobility to fall, which is what she did to dodge; fall below where the attack was fired. The punch would make her be able to tip forward even quicker. I figure that she could fall before a magical attack of that power could charge up and fire.

Edit: Although I didn't ask how fast she could charge, so my assumption of how long I think it would take could cost me and would be mostly my fault. Well, with my battle system you can interrupt that part of my post, which would be a counter, if you think she could outspeed her fall.

As for how long it took to charge up the attack, hardly any time. Her initial attack was really weak, and this is only twice that power. It still won't damage her a lot, blast her away and give her a small burn/scrapes at best. She's not even close to using lethal amounts of power yet, not even with Evvie's vulnerability to magic.

She should be able to fall at 9.8 meters per second, which depends on point of view if that's fast or not. If what I'm assuming you might have meant by that statement, here's an explanation. Charging forward would not effect the rate of dropping due to gravity unless her muscles were still pushing against the ground. Once she decided to fall she wasn't using her muscles to charge forward any more at that point, only falling forward from momentum so was like a rag doll at that point. For a fun fact on that subject, bullets still fall to earth at the same speed of everything else despite going super fast forward at the same time, so Evvie's forward momentum is irrelevant for that dodge .

That attack is slightly weaker than I thought, so it could more likely have fired in time.

Hmm....but I just realized a problem. With a counter post for this scenario, all you could do was say that the attack fired fast enough to do a hit, which wouldn't be much of a post unless you were fine with that. I could probably just edit my post then.

Err...don't know why I had Ryomi's vessel need to breath, especially when I said she only needs her heart and her brain. I'll need to fix that after our battle is done, but for this battle it could still be used against her. For future reference the vessel can survive just on the spirit energy, not eating or breathing. She can still eat and breath if she has the proper organs, but this is just for show or if she just likes the flavor because she'd still be able to get sensory information from the taste buds. As for breathing, it will probably just be a force of habit that the brain still automatically commands, and to not blow her cover of being a vessel if she's undercover.

Err...skewer as in of the lethal variety? Uh oh.

If she's stupid enough to keep charging, yeah. If, however, she veers off and stops her charge she'll avoid them. They're not going super fast and is most definitely avoidable.

...Take it as a "Stop fucking charging me," kind of attack xD It's not going to work, as has been proven more than once by now :P

What's the position of her scythe blocking her leg? Like is Evvie bending her leg up and it's pressed against her shin? Or did it just strike out to deflect the force of the kick away from her? Or something else?

Imagine the scythe with the bladed side up. She swings it counter clockwise, and strikes Evvie's leg in turn to nullify the force of her kick. The blade itself is between them like this.
