Back to the guild!
Dremmick
Upon arriving back at the guild, Dremmick had let Cilia alone so that she could rest and talk whenever she wanted to. He was still worried about that woman they fought. Even without her magic, could she still pose a threat? Dremmick shook his head as he found a table and sat down at it, or rather, laid down along the bench. He pulled the mask off and laid it on his chest as he closed his eyes and rested. Though, he was still lost in though. Not about Cilia, however, he knew she was fine. He was worried about what had happened to him when he was down there. He would be lying if he said he didn't lose himself a little bit when fighting and interrogating that woman. There was an anger there, a longing to kill. And to top it all off, he didn't even tend to his wound while he was injured. He can't remember a time where he was that reckless. He inwardly cursed at himself for letting himself get that far out of hand. He'd have to cut back on magic for a while it seemed.
Terra
Terra seemed to be a little more at ease than Dremmick. She came back riding on her staff as usual, and while she was a little worried during the confrontation, she was back to her cheery self by the time they arrived back at the guild hall. When she came through the door she immediately started looking for Ander. When she didn't see him at any of the tables she started to cal out for him but with no response. He didn't seem to be in his room either.
"Hey, Morgan, do you know where Ander is? He seemed to have left, but he didn't say anything to me about it," she said as she stepped down from her staff.
Ander
Ander wasn't so far from the guild, in fact he was already on his way back from his "visit" elsewhere. When he had left to investigate the quest he took from the board with a red raven on it, he had also snagged another quest, this one being a decoy if anyone had asked why it was he got a bit roughed up. Turns out, that was a handful too. Some man wanted a wild boar to be caught, but without any major damage to it. Something about not wanting the meat to be damaged. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, however, because he could normally just shock the boar to death. Though, today it would seem that his sister pilfered his lightning crystal. As for why, he could never guess.
He finally got to the door of the guild and pushed them open, walking straight to a table to lay across a bench much like Dremmick except more sprawled out. Letting out a sigh as if a weight was lifted of his shoulders he then announced, "Please tell me we have pork on the menu tonight...I could really go for pork right now."
"Ander, where have you been?" Terra questioned as she walked over to her brother. She lifted her sleeved hand over her face when she came around the table to see him. "You are a wreck, what happened?"
Ander sat up and reached in his pouch and pulled out a small coin sack and gave it a jingle before plopping it on the table. "That's probably enough right there to eat for a week," he started, "Got it from having to get a boar for some big time chef in town, although he wanted it unscathed, which proved to be the challenge.... Especially without my thunder shard," he finished looking toward Terra. "Any idea where that went?"
Terra flushed red as she realized what he was talking about. "OH...uh...that. Well, I, uh... Used it this morning to get rid of the frizz....in my hair...I forgot to bring it back." She had used it to make a electric shield to abosrb electricity as she brushed her hair, keeping it from frizzing. Though she did honestly forget to give it back, though she wasn't worried about it at first, she didn't think it was going to put Ander in any danger. "Sorry about that."
"Hey, hey now," Dremmick cut in, sitting up as well, "You can't blame the poor girl for making herself at least look presentable. You could learn a thing or two from her, Ander," he finished with a chuckle.
Ander raised an eyebrow at his long time friend, "Is that right? Well then, excuse me while I go get cleaned up then," he said as he stood up and started up the stairs, "but if I come back and I don't find any pork, I'm gonna roast
you Dremmick." Not that it was easy to see, but Ander did let a bit of a smirk show.
