It is a spam (for want of a more appropriate word) part of 4chan that is home to the wierdest things you can imagine. I first found it in a documentary on Anonymous made for tv. And so they lightened up examples of posts to images of beastiality, some incredibly rude gifs about Judaism and some human centipede esque images (Trying to not mention specifically what came up). So yeah...that was the lightened tv version...it is a weird place:L
