[OOC] X-Men: United We Stand

Right now a beat up Galactus is just getting on his feet in some town called Ashbury after making Kitty Pride his new herald and one third of the Earth's population becoming partially intangible. Beast just put in the call to Angel in Brooklyn to get a team of unaffected mutants to Ashbury. The X-Men know it's something to do with Kitty, but they think it may be the government's fault and have no clue Galactus will be waiting hungry and ready to consume our world. The other captured X-Men have managed to become intangible and escape the shackles of the splinter cell of the MRD, including Iceman, Storm, Colossus, and the Brotherhood's Avalanche. They're currently floating toward Galactus and Kitty.
