Tenguu city isn't all that large to begin with, at least not compared to major cities of Japan like Tokyo. :P
Principal, Board of Directors, Dean, all the same. :P

EDIT:

Also note that - at least over here - not all students at a University are on-campus at the same time. Different courses have different schedules. ^^
Of course, if that's not how it works in Japanland, guess I'll hafta do a teensy, tiny edit...

My apologies for the wait.
My further apologies for this post not only NOT dealing with the University, but also not giving the people at Raizen much to do either.
You may find this being a recurring problem and as such, I strongly recommend that you all try to take active actions yourselves - go places, talk to people/PCs/NPCs and see what happens.
I try to give you folks things to do, but sometimes you'll have to try and create a scenario or event yourselves.
Also, if you have ideas for plots/events/mini-stories you want to happen, feel free to PM me and we'll work things out! :)
