Being the competetive person I am in RL, i want to be highest rank, but IC my character wouldnt strive for the same goal. Ergo they wouldnt challenge people, and wont climb ranks!

I concur Liz is somewhat high but if you think you can take her down a notch...
Anyway its not top 10 so tecnically she still doesn't have any more "power" per-say than anyone else.

from what he knows he is a hybird cat created by scientists. Unlike most scientific experiments Kevin liked his creators and was fund of both science and magic. As he grew up signs of possible abilities to be magician became more visible. Sadly his creators unlike him weren't that happy with his new upcoming abilities. This resulted in them disowning him and Kevin soon running away.
