Pokemon & Humanity: A Familiar World

Malwayne Coast. Though a city of its own right, it's really San Francisco... well, partially. An earthquake in 1906 devastated the city, effectively leveling major parts of it. Wayne Hamilton and Mal Co. supplied most of the supplies and workforce to the city for free, effectively allowing Mal Co. and Wayne to influence the city from that day forward. They influenced the city to the point where the portmanteau Malwayne came up as a name for San Francisco. Shortly after this happened, Wayne died of a stroke, and so the influence isn't as powerful as it used to be to this day. The city is quite prosperous, with skyscrapers dominating the city and earthquake-resistant buildings common everywhere. Mal Co. owns a large skyscraper near the centre of the city, just several stories taller than the skyscrapers owned by Bolton Industries and Greenfield Sciences. The three are oddly arranged in a triangle formation if viewing the city from a bird's eye view.

The rest of the city however contrasted to those giant skyscrapers. Most other buildings don't reach those heights out of earthquake concerns, despite being assured that their buildings could stand a 7 magnitude earthquake thanks to Greenfield's innovations. Up North of the city had many suburbs, with houses reaching up to four stories on the coast. Otherwise, they'd be around two stories high. Some are culturally influenced as evident by the numerous communities in the suburbs of Malwayne coast. The East of the city holds many shopping districts, from recent trends in fashion to the latest technological breakthroughs. Adverts often show in giant screens on tall buildings, with numerous malls and allowing someone with a $70,000 income to spend it all within six months. South of the city is less like the rest of Malwayne Coast. Every city has some sort of slum, and unfortunately south tends to have the majority of police stations to keep the crime rate in check. While the houses and buildings around the city all look new and shiny, the south of Malwayne Coast is a bit of a juxtaposition - more often than usual, blood sometimes stains the walls and gangs often inhabit the all-class buildings. Despite this, people still live in the south due to either financial constraints or just unable to find housing up in the north. It's almost the same as the north except for marginally higher rates of crime. Malwayne Coast has its own international airport, located Northeast of the city. Typically busy, flights often just barely miss each other every month or so, with the occasional accident sometimes resulting in emergency landings on streets. The most recent disaster to occur in the city was a mass murder in which an entire building of hostages were mistakenly fired upon by SWAT teams as they rushed to catch the perpetrators - they were never caught. Both the SWAT team and the criminals, somehow.

In a small neighbourhood filled with trees and empty lands of grass (somewhere up north), a small van drove on a stretch of street. It passed docks and buildings with foundations on the rocks of the ocean and land, zooming past smaller cars and beeping at a sports car to stop trying to block it. Cracks in the road were run over by the van, sometimes the tires creating marks in the road. The police were either idiots or ignorant of their erratic driving. Others simply honked their horns or were forced to make way for the car running through a grid-system of roads. A lot of traffic lights on green or yellow were passed, but then came the problem of getting to the suburbs... because, it was rush hour in the morning.

"Alright." An old voice croaked, just shortly after the car's horn stopped. "Are you absolutely sure he has relocated there?" As the old Zeus-like figure gestured for a youth with beady eyes to take the paper full of addresses, a feminine voice interrupted as she turned to her left.

"Let's be serious." She said, holding onto her seat as the van swerved a little, glaring at the driver.

"Sorry." A bold voice spoke, rubbing his stubble in the rear-view mirror. "Traffic's already a damn problem 'round here." He continued, coughing slightly while taking a sip from a water bottle branded by Mal Co. He began accelerating before slowing down at some traffic lights, swearing under his breath as everyone awaited someone else to speak.

"As I was saying..." The voice continued, with a flash of sunlight revealing her black hair draping over one of her eyes. "We gotta destroy that computer. We can't just leave it alone while we get back at Ronald's life."

The youth stopped reading, jerking his head up. "What? No! And Gar-Teal, stop driving so badly." The youth said, unusually happy while wearing a pair of jeans and a full-blue shirt. "Come on, we can't just blend back into society! You're gonna get the spirits of Stalin on our ass!" Gar-Teal was already having to deal with traffic. He didn't want to hear them as they began to enter an underpass. The female raised an eyebrow (or two, since one of her eyes was blocked) at the youth.

"Where did you get that from? By the time we destroy it, we won't have a problem for next century." And then came an argument, involving even the driver at the front. The bearded figure, tired of daily life rubbed his face. Oooh... I was born eons ago for this? He thought, blinded by the sudden light once they got out of the underpass. The van had to stop for about two minutes thanks to an accident and an exchange of insurance info a kilometre forward.

The bearded Zeus-like figure eventually spoke, to which everything seemed to slow down even further. "Yvonne, quiet. Victor, be mindful of the human language. Gar-Teal, keep driving. SAFELY. You'll wind up as that poor fellow up front." Immediately, things fell silent. "We may look like humans but we don't act as dogs." The youth mouthed 'oh snap', before folding the paper into his pocket. "We are to only stop Ronald. We do not need to kill him. We need his computer." The car finally began moving, once the accident was cleared. The bearded figure could sense it, really, trying to calm down.

"Yeah, I'm sure your friend at the FBI's gonna be able to track him down. I mean, we went to fucking Wales trying to find him... I'm gonna choke Axie's neck with my three hands when I find him..." Eventually, the female laid back in her seat, waiting for the van to stop the journey. The old figure shifted uncomfortably in his seat, while the driver began coughing again. The van at this point was ready to explode into fury... again.

"Yvonne, stop swear-" As if trying to piss off a normal God, Victor happened to interrupt the old figure, leaning forwards so he could see and speak Yvonne across the Zeus-like figure's seat.

"Axie of the MI5 wasn't wrong! Ron just happened to leave for America as soon as we left our own plane. Now, Axie's in the FBI, and THIS time he's tracked him down like a Greyhound!" Victor's annoying, hyper voice turned out to be the last straw for Gar-Teal.

"Now, please! Settle down and shut up, or I'll run us off this damn cliff!" He angrily shouted with considerable force, clearly warning everyone by jerking the steering wheel, and causing the sports car behind them to honk his horn. Everyone held onto their seats, except for Victor who nearly toppled into the seat in front of him.

And so, the old figure groaned, wishing he had has full powers back. Marcus, Marcus... my God, or rather Myself. I changed history for this? Firstly I give horrible names to my creations and myself, secondly I teach them the human language, thirdly...
My name is Miles Hall. I'm come from Australia, but I don't have that odd accent. I think.

Well, my life has had its ups and downs. From watching my mother try suicide to simultaneously getting knocked out and knocking out a bully, and now presently a friend.

As I got out of bed, I notice I haven't bothered to shut my curtains completely. Most people would be afraid to keep their curtains open at night, but I just couldn't be bothered messing around with them. My room was relatively tidy, with blank walls in contrast to the wooden desk. Laying on top of it was my wide monitor and some speakers, as well as dozens of papers from my old days at university. I still hadn't bothered to sort them out into a box or something, despite graduating a little over a month ago. I had some boxes by my computer for that, but I just never wanted to move my things around. I left my computer on last night, which had a blue light that illuminated the dark side of my bed. My single bed was pushed into a corner of the room, with the window that filled the gap between my computer and bed filling the rest of my room with light. A drawer with an old Pokemon toy on top of it indicated my liking to video games. I left my clothes strewn on the ground, since I was awfully lazy in terms of picking up clothes from my closet. I slipped on my underwear and... whatever pants. I moved onto a long-sleeved shirt, walking to the bathroom in front of me.

Opening the door, there was signs of grime but nothing major. A shower was likely after picking up my toothbrush to clean my teeth. I smudged my mirror to get rid of some toothpaste that often flung out of my mouth as I brushed them, spitting into my sink and rinsing my mouth with cold water. I raised my head to see some brown hair and eyes, lightly tanned skin and some rather ordinary details on my face. I was just a normal person around Malwayne. I could work at Mal Co. though, since tomorrow they were going to do another interview for their tech sector. Around 12 pm, I'd have to get to the skyscraper in the CBD. The problem was that it was often very hard to tell the skyscrapers apart - their signs would be at the top most floors, and unless you had binoculars and took a look from out in the Pacific, you wouldn't be able to see them very well. From this distance, it was hard to make out the words.

While waiting for time to suddenly get faster, I decided on closing my curtains (I don't like sunlight), picking up a stale packet of chips and dropping it into my bin, then having a little stretch I sat on my office chair, pretending I was actually talking to someone and being interviewed...

As Erion started to wake up during the morning, he looked at the window, staring at the sun and lets out a yawn. He breath deeply before moving down the stairs, going to the kitchen. There, his father and mother were preparing breakfast. Erion looked at his father a bit.
"Hey mom and dad... wait dad, aren't you late for work?" he asks. His dad sighed a bit.
"Son, you know this is my day off. I been working over time last week so much that wanted a day off after that..." he says. Erion sighed. His father always did go and do overtime like that. So many idiots in his programming company... people that should not be coding for the town security defense... and unfortunately, as many of them that the company goes to fire when they do too many mistakes, as many come and do other problems. They tried to teach them how to code, but what you expect when you use a out of date coding system. Sure.... his dad was reproducing the program in a newer system, but they were still stuck maintaining the old one, and his dad unfortunately had to work in it cause he knew both the new and old system. The new bug had been too much... At least now it was fixed.

"Aren't you gonna be late for school?" his dad then says. Erion sighed calmly at this.
"You know that I finish my morning course major project... god dang report... And today it is just a day to finish the report.... We could say i have a day off also today...." he says. Ironically, school was rather easy for me now... even though boring. In his spare time though, with how he did help the police with that gang last time, he was asked to do a bit of work in partial time for them. A good experience for him at least... vut he was mainly helping a officer on road security, taking care that people did not go over the speed limit and such. He did see though some officers that did not do their job properly... sleeping, talking while eating donuts.... bad officers. It was hard to catch them on the act though, being crafty on how they react.

But today was another day.... today he had the day off. He ate breakfast and got up.
"Gonna go play with some friends online..." he said, going up the stairs. His parents continued eating slowly. As Erion got online, he was greeted by a large group of people. He was a moderator in a game server also... A bit of a security job against some troubling players. At least most of the time he could play around, cause when trouble starts it takes 5 minutes to take care of and he can then continue. Luckily, today there were not too many people on, and no problems at all. Well, he could just play normally.

I rub my forehead, crying for the first time in a year. I wipe my eyes, cough, and get up. I walk to my closet, grab some clothes, have a shower, and then I go downstairs and eat breakfast with Katie. "Good morning, darling," I say, eating some eggs, toast, and a small piece of sausage. I try not to sigh or frown at all, but it was pretty damn hard. I finish breakfast, pour Katie her fourth glass of orange juice, and I walk outside into the northern part of town. It was generally peaceful here. I opened up my car, and get in it to drive to my new job as a coach for baseball. It wasn't the worst, I guess, but playing on a team would have been so much more fun. At least I'm not one of those police officers over in the slums. I get to my job, get out my bat, and walk onto the field to wait for the kids. After about 15 minutes, a group of kids show up, bats, outfits, everything. I smirk a little bit, and pay attention to doing my job, but after setting up the ball-throwing machine, I got hit in the head by a kid who hit it and his bat slipped, flying backwards and you know the rest. I woke up in a hospital, and they tell me that I'm fine, luckily no concussions, but that I was probably going to have a headache for the rest of the week. I sigh, and rub my eyes again, and I drive to my boss, tell him what happened, pretended I had a concussion, and he let me go for the day. I walk out, and drive home, seeing some van drive crazily. I honk my horn and slow down a bit so that if I did crash at all, it wouldn't be horrible, and I move out of the way. After that little event, I get back to normal speed and eventually get home.

I went to sleep, still thinking about the Amber Alert that was going on because of my son disappearing, and his phone not working. I had a nightmare about that van, with my kid possibly dead or injured in the back, and I wake up with a shock. I sit up, and walk around the house, seeing Katie on some game. I walk in and ask what she was playing, and she stays silent. "Katie... what game is this?" I ask, taking out her ear buds this time. She tells me she was playing on this server on whatever, and I sigh, walking off and leaving her alone. I say "You'd better be careful of strangers on the internet," and she says "These guys are my fri-" and I interrupt her. "No, they're not! You don't know them, they could be sixty-five year old men with a voice changer!" I say, and she says "Dad, these guys ARE my friends, I've met up with them one ti-" and I get furious. "YOU AGREED TO GO SOMEWHERE WITH STRANGERS ON THE INTERNET?!" and she says "No, I met them BEFORE this," and I decide to stop fighting. She turns her mic back on and continues playing the game.

My watch, which was acting like an alarm clock was going off, the noise coming from the TV that I put it on, and, unfortunately for me, it was one of those really annoying ones that would get louder and louder as you slept in... and since it was a watch, and too far away to reach, it didn't have a snooze button. I eventually woke up, the sound finally getting loud enough to pierce through my dreams, and I nearly jumped awake, only to hit my head on the iron that kept the upper bed in place. Stupid bunk beds... ugh, now I've gotta get through the day with a head injury... I think as I manage to get out of my bed without hurting myself again, this time, holding my head. I pick up my watch, and press a little button on the side of it to finally turn off the alarm, and that's when I noticed something bad... Crap! I slept in for ten minutes later than I usually do! if I don't hurry up, I'll miss the bus! I think as I dash out of the room, and try to eat my cereal as quickly as possible, which luckily didn't result in me choking on anything. That action, did, however, tick off Mary, who was sitting on the couch and reading a newspaper as I was doing this. The reason it angered her was because she's the resident clean freak, and she, obviously, can be a little strict about certain things... such as the way I ate cereal, which was by pouring some cereal from the box right into my mouth, and then pouring in the milk afterwards to bypass that whole time-consuming spoon and bowl part. "Let me guess, you're late again," she said to me in a somehow calm voice. I nod, and Mary almost immediately heads towards the mop, and starts swearing in French under her breath. Mary wasn't actually French, but she took a few classes of it in the college, and apparently, she was getting good at it... I couldn't really tell, but I could tell she was speaking French and angry at me for, well, basically pouring the milk right onto the floor... but, I didn't have time for things like this, I had to leave.

I ran up the stairs, only falling on my face twice while doing so, and run right into a closed and locked door. "Occupied, dude!" I hear Bart shout from the other side of the door. Bart and I had classes at just about the same time, so, when I woke up late, like I kinda just did, conflicts like this tend to arise with our schedules. Unfortunately, we only had one bathroom in this dorm, and with how long Bart seemed to be taking with his shower, I was going to be very late for class again... "Could you hurry up!?" I ask Bart impatiently. He then responded with another one of his usual 'college humor' quips, and shouted back "Yeah, that's what your mom said last night!" He laughed at his own stupid joke, and I just stood there, waiting. "C'mon, where's your sense of humor?" Bart asks me. I was about to say something about his joke not really being funny at all, but he asked something else before I could "Did you hit your head on the bed frame trying to wake up again?" I muttered, though, I made sure it was loud enough for him to hear "Yes..." Bart laughs uproariously for some reason at that, and says "Ya see? That's why I love having the top bunk!" Whatever he was doing in there didn't show any signs of stopping any time soon, so I decide to skip the shower, and head into my room, locking the door before I close it. I then simply change into some clean clothes, and open the door before I run to catch the bus.

I ran, no, sprinted towards the nearest bus stop, and though I wasted all of my energy just getting there, I made it without a second to spare. I got on the bus, and, breathing heavily, I say "Thank... you..." as I put my pass, which was good for about ten more days, in the machine. The thing made two quick beeping noises, indicating that the pass was valid, and I took my seat, nearly passing out right then and there. I suppose now would be a good time for me to explain a bit more about myself and my roommates... I was always just the 'average' guy, the guy that just sort of blended in with the crowd, the one that everyone always forgot about within a day. Well, save for those who see me every day, such as my roommates. Right, that's another thing, the dorms... they're kinda stupidly far from the actual campus, and, as such, we still had to take a bus to get to class. That, and the place is kinda small, with only two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Yes, I mentioned stairs, and yes, it has two floors... both of them small. The top floor has both of the bedrooms and the bathroom, and the bottom floor has the living room, the kitchen, and the tiny, always in use, laundry room. Normally, this whole ordeal wouldn't have happened, as I usually wake up with enough time to do what I need to do without rushing, however, lately I've been having these weird dreams about that pokemon, Arceus... whenever I try to explain, Mary asks me to clean up whatever mess I just made, Bart just laughs and says "Yeah, you're just getting obsessed over that little game, aren't ya?" I stopped playing that game a while ago, sure, I had the latest version, and have beaten it, but I was far from obsessed, he was just trying to make a joke, or something... oh, and Maria, the one that I have yet to see today? Well, she's usually asleep at this time, and she'd just tell me to go away, or throw a pillow at me to get me to leave the room, and let her sleep... yeah, she is, thanks to her class schedule, nocturnal, or at least trying to be.

The bus finally made it to my stop, and after getting off, I ran right to my class, possibly running into or running over a few other people in the process. I quickly apologized whenever I ran into someone, and, finally making it to my class, I take my seat, and the professor enters the room the second afterwards. Sweat covered my face and most of the rest of me, and I really didn't smell nice after having to skip that shower, and the professor, after making a sound that told me he was disgusted, asks "Erm, Roger... why are you out of breath, and why do you smell like a dumpster?" I explained how I was almost late for class, and he just laughs, saying "You really shouldn't stay up so late," I just answered with "Yeah, sure," though, I probably wasn't going to listen to his 'advice' just due to the fact that he's not my mother, and I usually go to bed kinda early, anyways... of course, I left out the part about the weird dream because it just felt stupid to try to explain that to the entire class. The professor then hands out a paper that explains what we were supposed to do for homework today, which was to make your own (primitive) original game... this was just about the time that I wished I could figure out that idea I kinda have for a game, and, trying to complete the idea made me miss a lot of the lecture, not that it wasn't anything that wasn't in the book, and nothing I couldn't just read up before I actually do my homework, but, that unfinished idea just kept sort of haunting me throughout class, and even the small period of time I could get something to eat after class. I just couldn't finish this new idea, no matter what I tried.

What a piece of shit trip that was.

That sentence could summarize my thoughts on my late night trip from Paris to San Francisco. I had taken one of those low cost, complete rip off flights to the States in order to settle some deals my employers were keen on having done pronto. I had to pay for the trips and the hotel stays, but I knew my pays would cover all that and leave me VERY satisfied. Though it could only be of consolation for all the risks I'm taking for these obese assholes I'm working for and who would never lift their elephantine posteriors to get anything done. But they had money, and power which were enough to motivate me. After all, I wanted this, I wanted to live off such shady workings so I could avoid being one of those limp-dick workers in the corrupt French system. I would gladly work as an honest man considering my education, but the fact is unemployed and illegal people such as myself get more by officially doing nothing than the workers.

Malwayne Coast... That was the real name of city I was affiliated to to execute this deal but honestly I found it to be bullshit to call it anything else than San Francisco. I don't even know why this part is called like that other than maybe its because of this huge company he keeps hearing about when money was the topic of discussion with the higher ups. Well whatever, I quickly picked up my luggage in the next room upon exiting the terminal I unloaded on. Luckily for me I could reserve one of those Hilton hotels that were directly connected to this international airport, saving me some time. Plus it was nearing 2 am already, making me ever more tired and the jet lag was atrocious. It would be practically noon in France and I hadn't slept for a good 36 hours due to my inability to sleep in such crafts. Plus Travelling such a distance is taxing. As I picked up my room card at the desk, I took the nearest elevator where I would deny one of the employs when they offered me to carry my luggage with one of those fancy metal contraptions. I reached the third floor and headed out to room 319. I inserted the card in the lock pad, only to have it spit the object back out with a green light flashing next to the dispenser. It was confirming the door was open. As I entered I could see my employers had taken the time to leave the goods on my hotel bed, there was a large sports bag on the center of the well dressed bed. I didn't bother to check what was inside for I needed some rest. Purging myself from any piece of clothes on my upper body and leaving all containers on the floor, I dropped like a fly on my newly found bed, only to drift to sleep.

7:30 am. Though I didn't set the alarm clock in my tidy hotel room, I was supposed to wake up at 8 am so I could have plenty of time to get things ready for the deal. But this bed wasn't my bed, thus sleeping on it would only be so good when exhausted. Otherwise it would take some serious getting used to to sleep correctly on it. Nonetheless that probably saved me a lot of problems. Well at least I had time to look even more dandy than the average, shady Joe. Stripping down from the remainder of my clothes, I hopped in the bathroom so I could take one of those long, hot showers with brand new soaps I could use to dispose of all the stink I accumulated with the trip. The aromas were great, as they offered quite a level of quality in this hotel. Nonetheless I didn't spend more than 15 minutes in there, wrapping a towel around my bottom part so I could walk out of the room in a legitimacy. But before I had to shave myself, again. My facial hair was always sporadic in certain periods, or rather seasons. Sometimes it would grow normally, but quite often it would go wild like an anemic woman with menstruation problems. I shaved everything except for my mustache as I kept that growing for a long while now. Don't as why, I just like having one of those big staches.

As I finally emerged from the steaming room, I had grabbed the remote control over the tv that was facing the bed I had slept on and turned it on to the weather channel. Not that I cared about the weather but things felt more alive with another voice in the place. As I dried up and started to check the good in the sports bad, an emergency warning had cut off all the sound from the TV, leaving only an Amber Alert sign. A female voice would then dictate the scroll at the bottom of the screen. A child under the name of McDouglas had went missing, his picture was also included as well as details on how he was kidnapped. I didn't really pay much attention afterward, as I would only really need to know what the kid appears like to take possible action. Nonetheless, it made me think of my family, notably my younger sister. Yes she's an adult now but... I would murder anyone who would hurt her or anyone in my family. Man, woman, child, all of them would be threats to what I hold dear. And I'm not kidding myself, I know what I am capable of, and it is all thanks to this rotten world I'm leeching off of and promoting through such deals.

There was guns and ammo mostly in that bag. Light guns made by one of my employer's "companies". The Chinese gangs or political officials, whatever, were interested in these and meeting near the Skyscrapers would make things appear official and... Harmless. The more witnesses around, the less likely there would be violent conflicts. There was this one weapon, a compact rocket launcher with a very light rocket attached to it. Such a disgusting weapon that leaves no chance to those it targets and all those around, whether they are threats or just civilians passing by. It was repulsive, but the money was just too good. I put my jeans on, a blue T-shit and a green jacket and of course I wouldn't forget my sunglasses. Oh, and I the most important: The handgun behind the belt on my back. We never know what might go wrong and I'd rather not get my shit wrecked if shit hits the fan. As i walked out of the hotel, I signaled a nearby taxi to take me to the Business District. I made myself comfortable, placing the sports bag in the car's trunk before entering the car and giving the address to the driver. From here on out, I'd just imagine every scenario possible if the deal wouldn't go right. Though this was only to demonstrate samples of what my employers were offering and not some huge transaction, limiting the possibility of reprisal regarding financial bullshit.

Phoebe knew she would need at least a gallon of coffee to wake up today. She finally snapped out of the remnants of a really weird dream to find that her alarm was going off, an had been for five minutes. Phoebe blinked and stared at it, slowly realizing that this was the real world and not the pseudo-post apocalyptic land she dreamed of. She stumbled across her room and slammed the little piston down, thus deactivating the alarm. Phoebe slapped on some pajamas and exited her room.

In this tiny, Section 8 apartment, the living room, dining room, and kitchen were all one big room dubbed "the main area." Her family chose corners of the room and seperated them out. The corner closest to Phoebe's room held the dining table, microwave stand, and a pet cactus named Charlie. To the right of that were all the kitchen and laundry appliances; dishwasher, stove oven, sink, and washer/dryer combo. Farthest away from her room and closest to her parents bedroom was the living area. It had a couch, coffee table, small tv, and her fathers gaming computer. He was currently playing one of those older D and D esque games and sipping coffee. Her mom was at the table, already in her scrubs for her pharmacy job, eating cereal. Phoebe moved to the kitchen to get her own breakfast.

"What classes do you have today?" Her mother asked. Phoebe poured her cereal and a cup of coffee.

"Intro to Biology. Chemistry." Phoebe responded. She took her coffee and cereal to the table and sat down.

"Oh, the fun day. Then tomorrow is the math day. Now I remember." She said, then yawned. Phoebe nodded. She divided her classes into seperate categories; science days and math days. She excelled in the science, but fell short in math. Her degree required calculus and physics classes, and those were tomorrow. So far she was passing with a low C in both, but a high A in Biology and a high B in Chemistry. Her teachers were confused, but sympathetic, and attempted to teach the science behind the math, so she can understand how math worked. It helped somewhat.

"Well, just remember to get as much help as you can. You know me and your dad can't help with calculus." Her mother said. Phoebe nodded again. Yeah, she knew. Neither of he parents got a degree in the science or maths. Her mothers was in Mass Communication, and her fathers in art. The tutors at school were helpful.

Ten minutes later, her mother left for work, and her father took a nap. Phoebe put on day clothes and left as well. It was two hours before her class, but the college was downtown, and the busses took an hour to get there. The time was good for studying, though.

Jade stretched a little as she got out of bed. After getting dressed, she reached for the bandana on the bedside table and stood in front of the mirror. She put the bandana on her head, adjusting it so the scar was completely covered. Once she was sure her scar couldn’t be seen, she left her room. She expected to have the apartment to herself for today since her mother was at work, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case.
“Well, it’s about time you woke up. I was starting to think you were in a coma or something."
It was Mike, her mother's boyfriend. Jade despised 90% of the guys her mother dated, and Mike was no exception. She was about to spend the day in the apartment, but now that she knew he'd be here, her plans had changed.
"So, you got a job yet?" Mike asked.
Jade responded with a "No." as she began making herself a bowl of cereal.
"Well, with an attitude like yours, that doesn't surprise me."
"Bite me."
"See? That's the kind of thing I'm talking about."
"I don't need a lecture, Mike."
"You know, nobody's gonna hire you if you..."
Jade began to tune Mike out at that point. He began to rant, and tuning him out was a lot easier than trying to interrupt him. As soon as she was finished with her breakfast, she walked out the door.

"Marcus, are we there yet?"

...

"MARCUS!"

With those words, the Zeus-like figure known as Marcus took a little stretch in his seat, annoying Yvoone as she wanted some personal space. Victor seemed rather active and seemed like he was moving, even while sitting. Gar-Teal had just stopped the car, settling in an abandoned neighbourhood where the lawn was practically the Earth's beard, mixed in with rubbish from the 80s and cracked asphalt. The place was quiet, aside from birds and a few stray animals. Buildings were rotting and going to collapse on their own any second. Cans and barrels were rusted all the way through so that irregular holes were the norm, with the wind creating odd chimes of broken notes. A few bullets laid where an unknown murder took place two years ago, leaving a smell of gunpowder in the year after all this time. The air was cold and if not rather calm. No one lived here. Well, all but one person... a series of flashes could be seen inside a house, going out cracked windows.

"What do you know? I'm horrible with this 'geographical poles' and that other navigational shit." Marcus knew that they spent a while driving. And probably longer backtracking on their address. Where the GPS was was now a darker shade of plastic and some ripped wires. Marcus looked back and forth from Gar-Teal and the obviously-missing GPS. "Yeah, I gotta let it out somehow." Yvonne, not impressed on having electronics on her lap, tossed it at Victor. Well, tried to - she ended up hitting Marcus' arm. Victor was busy chugging a bottle of coke to care.

"Oh for the love of..." And then Victor just snatched it away from Marcus, setting the thing on fire with his little hands before throwing it out the window.

"...and Victor, don't do that. If any human see what we're doing-"

"To Hell with that! We gotta a computer to steal! Let's go already!"

Okay... I bring along Giratina, Yveltal, Victini, and myself... am I being a masochist? Is everyone else a masochist? Marcus's thoughts were disturbed by Yvonne slapping Victor in the face across Marcus' lap. Things reached a boiling point, once Victor spilled his coke all over Marcus' lap. His eye twitched as suddenly everything echoed.

"ENOUGH! I'VE HAD IT WITH YOU ALL, FIGHTING AND BICKERING LIKE A BUNCH OF CHILDREN." Immediately, the flashing stopped, and almost everything else went silent. Inside, several pans could be heard hitting the ground. "Oh, fuck. As soon as I relieve myself, this happens." Marcus muttered, looking out the window with everyone else. He turned his head at everyone for a second, gesturing to get out and get the computer before things got messy. ("Go, go, go!") Dramatic music flared in his head, from eons of listening to orchestras conducted by the Grand Melissa. Of course, being young, she preferred the 'music' created by Gerald, to which he despised... he couldn't consider dubstep and other electronic music as actual music. Yvonne kicked her door open while Victor jumped out the window and rolled onto his feet, running towards the house with Yvonne following. Gar-Teal swore as he restarted the car and began driving, crushing several empty cartridges and stopping abruptly by the house's stairs. Marcus sat still as the open door flung wildly, jerking and nearly breaking off as the car stopped. The house itself looked unremarkable, with a white paint job cracking in many places and bugs crawling around the walls. Windows were smashed in and out, while a broken chair was laid outside on the deck. More noises could be heard inside... the sound of beans cooking for one. Marcus anticipated the figure they were looking for would attempt to jump out the window.

Attempted. Outside, Marcus and Gar-Teal could see the figure was retreating back downstairs, once Marcus deduced how wimpy he was. Entering the old and rundown house, Marcus forced a drawer and a bunch of pans on the floor out of his way, waving the pans into a closet. Gar-Teal made the unfortunate mistake of being behind Marcus, getting caught up in a stack of pots once they all broke through the rotting door and landed on him. Inside the house, rubbish was everywhere, with an old computer sitting on a desk and a pot of beans boiling. Sounds of aggression started upstairs, with swears and a few punches making the noise. The carpet was starting to grow some mold of black and white, which should've killed the person they were looking for. Empty spray cans from youths were brushed aside into a corner, still letting out a smell of paint. A ripped couch laid still, with sunlight shining on the springs exposed. Upstairs, the commotion stopped as Victor and Yvonne came downstairs, with a shotgun behind their backs. Gar-Teal seemed poised to move, but he was quite from the figure, being beside the stairs. Yvonne's expression was more like a poker face, while Victor kept making the figure jump. Some beeps came from the 'living room' behind Marcus.

"Ah. Ronald." Marcus said, keeping his face still. Victor seemed to dash at Ronald at any second.

"That's Ron Fielding to you, whoever you are." Ron wore a long-sleeved shirt that was wrapped up, with long pants and an old shotgun in his hand. Evidently, it was fired before. His hair was ruffled, and one of his blue eyes was slanted. He seemed to have a limp from a near-constant stream of attempts on his life. He had numerous scars and looked as if he was going to die within a year or so.

"Nah, I'm pretty sure it's Ronald." Marcus continued, while Gar-Teal shifted amongst the pots. As the paranoid former professor turned his shotgun to Gar-Teal, Victor dashed up and tackled Ronald, kicking his gun away before holding him behind his back. It was odd to see a 14 year-old holding an adult behind his back. Victor slowly brought Ronald downstairs, with everyone staring at him as Yvonne moved out of the way...
Soon enough, my 'interview' was over. I was deeply nervous, not sure what to expect. I had spent many months looking up ways of succeeding in interviews, but I would always forget them the next day. I stared at my computer for a bit, wondering if abstinence from video games was a good idea... I mean, I left my friends to prepare myself for a job. I said it would be a week before playing with them again, but of course I was already regretting that.

I was bored. What did I normally do around the house?

I opened the door to the hallway. To my right was my parent's room. To my left was the study room. Unsurprisingly, I went straight ahead and went down some stairs, brushing past some white walls since I was a bit tired. Then, I went down some more stairs, ending up in the living room. There wasn't too much furniture around, but it still felt a bit cluttered. My dad left earlier in the morning to attend to some patient with a hernia. My mother went out shopping in the morning, since we were out of eggs. I didn't expect breakfast until lunch...

"Well. Time to..." I sighed through my nose, sitting down on the family couch. It was lonely being the only child in the family, lonelier to have no family at home... I checked the TV for anything interesting, immediately switching it off upon seeing an Amber Alert. At least they had siblings and loved ones. I just had a lot of emotional pain as a kid. Brushing that off, I decided to go outside, check what was up in my neighbourhood. Most of the houses here were two-stories tall, since... well, if you were poor, you'd be living in the South. We're not going to be talking about the South.

Within five minutes, I was back on the computer, scrolling through the Internet for news and bus routes.

Erion had been playing with a small group of people over the internet for a while now until some troublemakers arrived and started to get everyone's on their nerves. Erion growled at this a bit before getting the console out and giving out mutes on those that were being troublesome. He sighed at this.
"Next time it is a ban, understand?" he said over his mic. He shakes his head and people started to calm down, not wanting to annoy Erion more then he was right now. They knew full well that getting on fights and flame wars like those kinda annoyed Erion a lot, especially with kids that used caplock in chat and yelling over the mic. He then sees another moderator come only, and tells him to take over for now. He had played enough for one day at least... He got up, and breath deeply. He headed to the door. A little walk would be good.
"Be back later mom and dad, going to take a walk." he says, going outside and starting to walk around town. He needed to change his mind right now. He continued to walk around, seeing squirrels running around. He stares at them before continuing on. One of his friend then sees him and runs at him.
"Oh hey Erion..." he says.
"Hey Williams...." Erion responds calmly. He known William fro quite some time. He used to be a small kid, just a bit younger then him, that had trouble with bullies.... that is until Erion found out and decided to take William under his wing. The bullies tried once to harm William afterwards... once.... Let's just say that Erion punched them so hard in the guts and warned them to never touch William again that they left limping, moaning in pain. They knew they could not get adults for that, cause they were usually the trouble makers....
"So... how is it going? How the server?" William asks.
"Apart from the usual idiots.... going alright I guess. Gave out a couple of mutes before leaving. A little message to not mess with the peace." he then says. William chuckles a bit.
"Ya... Anyway... I kinda started to train my team for the tourney..." William then says. His team.... More like his pokemon team... You see.... William always been a fan of Pokemon, but he was more.... strategic. Thinking about ways to beat other peoples teams over the internet. There was a tournament soon with some prize money for grabs, so William wanted to be prepared. Erion played the game for a while, but after finishing X and getting what he wanted, he had stop playing.
"I guess you are planning on winning it." Erion then says smirking a bit.
"Yup.... Now I only hope there won't be a full team of fairy type in there...." he says. Erion growled annoyed just a bit.
"I know I know.... you think fairy types ruined the meta-game.... Well.. anything else you played... and how is studies?" he says. William and him continued to walk before getting to the park and sitting down. Birds were flying around.... just then William said something...
"Sometimes I wish pokemon's really existed...." he says. Erion shakes his head at this.
"If they would.... it would be total chaos.... People might abuse of them, use their powers to rob banks and such. It is not the anime William.... You know how human nature is...." he says. William sighed at this.
"Ya.... I know...." he says. Erion shakes his head and gets up.
"Enough for today.... I am going home.... They probably need me on the server right now.... probably more idiots then they can handle causing trouble.... Well... cya." he says. He then gets up.
"Cya Erion." William then says. Erion then headed back home. It was always nice to talk to William, but sometimes.... he did get annoying. Just sometimes. Hes a nice guy, but Erion kinda understand why some bullies tried to beat him up.

The trip in the taxi was sickening to say the least, the car had one of those stomach piercing smells that just made you feel so uneasy, coupled with the archaic appearance of the seats. However the worst would come from the driver's smell, he was sweaty and always kept a straight face. He was Hispanic from what I could tell, slightly obese with a shaven face and short hair. He'd turn around to face me, his small, thin eyes glaring at me to give him an address. A raised an eyebrow, showing how much I really didn't care about his attitude and simply wanted this to get done quick.

"Uh-huh, just drop me where I tell you in the business district, ok?"

I told the man with a slight French tone in my voice, he simply nodded before tinkering with the little piece of machinery he had set right new to him. It was the counter for how much I had to give him for the fare, and I knew this was going to be a lot for what this is really worth. Fucking scams they all are in America, not that in France things are cheaper, but at least I could call out some on their bullshit. He drove and all I did was stare out at the horizon, which would be blocked off by an immense amount of infrastructures The scenery would be great if it weren't for so much civilization around. It reminded me of Paris in some way, although without the charming, old buildings and the special city layout, with such beauty in the background by human presence just made it uglier and uglier. I'd rub my outrageously manly mustache as I contemplated the city's aesthetics, after all I am a perfectly judgmental French man who could see the beauty in things. Yeah, glory to stereotypes.

As the cab pulled over in front of a Starbucks underneath a hulking mass of concrete that composed the building housing the store, I paid the man a couple of twenties to pay the trip and he swiftly handed me the money back a if he was in a hurry to get rid of me. I was kind, I decided to be quick when i took out the bag of goods in the trunk. I focused a bit on the coffee shop, my eyes being concealed behind my sunglasses, no one would know what I was focusing on exactly. I was really looking for a couple of Asian folks completely out of place in the picture here. They weren't there yet, which was probably good news as I would have time to walk in the shop and order a cup of coffee so I could choose my own seat outside. Normally I'd stay inside as the city streets never really tempted me in any way, but I wanted the chinks to notice me right away, so whatever. I enjoyed my coffee while waiting, sip after sip minutes went by. After ten minutes I was starting to wonder if they were going to arrive on time. Sure we were supposed to meet in about five minutes, but the last time I've had to handle nyakwes like these they were early and very formal. I had a bad feeling about this.

After the last fives minutes, I heard a phone vibrate in the bag of weapons I had brought for the deal. I pulled the bag up to check what was making such a fuss and wouldn't you know it, a cell phone was hidden in one of the integrated pockets. I checked the unprotected phone and saw two new messages. The first went under "Petersen", my employer's name, and he warned me that my "clients" as well as my temporary colleagues were going to be late as both were together in highway traffic. I realized how lucky I was to end up with a fat Mexican driver who knew his way around. I rolled my eyes and answered "Ok". Another half hour wasted at Starbucks, too bad I didn't bring my laptop, the free wi-fi would be fun to use.

The other text message came from a short number and appeared to be addressed to everyone in the local region. It was that Amber Alert thing again. I didn't really know Americans had the custom of using phone companies to spread such a message. It made sense and seemed quite useful to me, but then again it didn't improve my views on the USA's ways of always over-mediating things as if they were THAT important. This was important, but I couldn't get these negative prejudices off my head.

~Jade Fintch~

My God he was hot, but such an asshole. Ugh, hello I'm Jade Fintch and welcome to my fab' world. I was just dreaming of Jeremy from high school, one of my douchebag ex's I left for... Why did I leave him again? Probably because his feet smelled or something, I dunno. So I ended up in this apartment near San Francisco because my stupid father wanted me to join business school as he did when he was a teen, like me. It really sucks, the apartment isn't half bad but I know NO ONE here and I only see people my age when they're all rushing for transportation to start classes. Hah, suckers, luckily for me I have a licence AND a car. Now my days usually start at 11 am and end whenever things get too boring on the computer, which was often near 2 am when all the victims of society acting as White Knights or pathetic people we should treat better and pity all went to sleep.

Speaking of which, some are probably connected right now! I never bother to get dressed unless I have to go out for something like groceries or some random errand I have to do for X dumb request. I sat up against my pillow and I maintained my laptop on my thighs for maximum comfort. I logged in to a few games and social networks so I could stay updated on what was going on. I mean hey, if people were trolling I would find out right away and I totally need to get some fun daily. I mean they all deserve to be treated this way, right? They want attention, they want pity, they get the corresponding treatments alright! I had an advantage however, I'm a female gamer and troll, making me top of the food chain between all these disgusting other people I simply played for the lulz. We eventually raided one of those sites were this user, Erion, came on and acted as what I would consider a victim that need to be pushed OUT of my world, which was everything I glued myself to.

I easily got moderator status in that game he played, though it took me a while a few months of sucking hard to be a little more exact, all I needed to do it sweet talk some of the male (they were probably all male) admins and bam! I had a special, albeit temporary, status. I let my "friends" make of this place a heaven for trolls around the gaming web, as they continuously mocked the honest gamers and the typical, bully-worthy white knights. Many of the other mods were either delayed by me or overrun with the sheer number of troll accounts around during this fun little raid that served only to kill time for me and all these cave dwellers down there. I really wanted this Erion guy to come around though, maybe to play him, or maybe pull off the funniest score in trolling history... Of 2014. It probably wouldn't be as bad as Chris-Chan and how he got trolled, but hey, this is a new era guys! My boobs ain't getting any bigger so I'm all pumped for this kinky shit!

I ragequit the server after a bunch of trolls get on and stuff. I then get on the server's website and write my tenth admin abuse report, and send it. I close down the computer, and scream a bit. My dad asks whats wrong and I tell him, he says 'I told you so', and I walk outside. "I'm going over to Dan's," I say, and I walk outside before he could say anything, and go over to his house, and I eventually leave after getting pissed by his rudeness, and I walk around randomly throughout the town. I knew every which way to get back home, and I also had a small knife hidden just in case anything happened. I went over to the grocery store, buy a couple candy bars and some chips, and snacked on them. I walk down the street, and I practice climbing up the wall. I jumped on the pipe, climbed a bit, jumped onto a ladder and then hopped onto a roof, where I sat with a good view of a few streets and a big church down the road. I spit on someone, and return home, where I found my dad talking to some more police officers. I walk past them, muttering about how this was the worst birthday ever, and I go into my room and begin playing my Nintendo DSi and eating some cruddy cake. I eventually open one of my presents. More shoes. Why do all of my friends think I love shoes? I already had enough. I chuck them out and our dog chases them and eats them up like the last pair I had thrown. I begin watching TV and see pictures of my brother and I sigh loudly. Eventually, the cartoons come on and I dismiss the text I got, and I watched a show about a dog and a group of mystery solvers.

My class finally ended, and I was still deep in thought about my new game idea. Maybe it was another RPG... no... that doesn't seem right... was it a platformer? Agh... great, now I can't even get the GENERA right. I think as I space out in line for food. I was snapped out of my thought by someone shouting "Hey, guy, you're next! What's your order!?" Apparently, I spaced out a little longer than I thought, and was already next in line. "Um... a burger with just the meat, cheese, and bun, please," I say to the guy. I then proceed to space out again until my order was finished, and head over to the other line to actually pay for the food. My lunch left me with about fifteen dollars, but, it came with fries and a drink... still, though, food at the college was expensive. I then sat down, and started to absentmindedly eat my food, I was still thinking of that game idea, however, I noticed someone playing some sort of game on his computer. He was also shouting "F***ing griefers! Okay, who the h*** decided to let these jerks back onto the server!?" He then stopped shouting for a moment, and went onto some website about the game, or, rather some online forum about that game. After a few more minutes, he mumbles, well, it would be mumbling if it was too quiet for me to hear, but he said "I knew it... never should have let her become a mod... 'but she has boobs!' 'She's a female!' Morons..." the man then went back onto the game, and from what I could see, he started IP banning several people, including someone who was a moderator on this game of his... he also seemed to demote almost all of his admins and moderators, leaving one admin and two moderators, one of whom was promoted to admin. That was a nice distraction, but I still needed to figure out that idea I had... it kinda sucks that the idea only seems to come to me when I sleep.

I stopped paying attention after that, and finished my lunch, heading out to the bus afterwards, and the strange guy from earlier seemed to follow. He was mumbling about how some 'Evanist' guy or something like that, was the only honest moderator, and how he's had it up to some amount with these griefers, but I kinda didn't need to hear about this guy's problems, so I tried to keep my distance from him, and thankfully, the bus arrived before I had to hear much more from this guy. I make sure that I get on first, and sit in one seat, making sure to cover the other seat near me just to make sure that I didn't have to hear this guy's grumbling throughout this entire trip. I mean, what next? He's on the same next bus as me, too? I looked through the window, and let my thoughts wander just on some possibility of maybe figuring out this idea. I let the scenery of Malwayne Coast pass by, though, there wasn't really much, other than an oddly clean ocean, some birds, and some random hobos surfing, or something like that. I finally got back home, and, obviously working very hard on my homework, I go straight to Youtube the minute I log into my computer. Apparently, Jontron finally made another video... but... oh no, not again... it was another video on 'Witches & Wizards: Dragon edition'... I always felt horrible whenever I watched one of those, partly because of the fact that those were my ideas (albeit implemented very, very poorly), and I was partly responsible for this horrendous vomit stain on the gaming community. I've seen pretty much everyone else from AVGN to PBG review that game, and I always think that, maybe I'd just get a laugh... but then I just end up feeling guilty for having been involved in any way with that game's development... much to my dismay, there weren't any other new videos that I was particularly interested in watching... I guess I might as well just do my homework, then.

Twenty minutes had past and I was still with my now empty cup of coffee on the table, waiting like an idiot with my phone held tight in my hand. It wasn't a secret that I was a rather impatient man, but twenty minutes wasn't a huge deal. The problem was I was sitting like a mindless idiot with an ass load of illegal weapons, not to mention one fully charged on me. As I was starting to use my newly acquired phone to play with some apps, a Limousin stopped right next to the nearby sidewalk and two penguin-like Asian men stepped out accompanied by a big white guy with a beard, wearing a typical biker vest. As they walked toward the mustached, green vest man they were instructed to find with those very details, me, another man of black skin color wearing a similar suit to the Chinese guys walked out as well. I recognized him, he was Terry, the guy who would often be my contact during similar deals. He and I got along for the little casual talk we managed to get, after all getting too close to people in this practice was never very seducing to me.

The two yellow skins sat before me, at the other end of the table I had chosen, while the biker man stayed up and arms crossed. Terry sat right next to me and quickly introduced me to our fellow clients. There were no handshakes or specific greetings other than that as we were all keen on getting business started immediately. I pulled the bag up on the table and one of the clients swiftly pulled it toward them so they could set it on their feet. They didn't want anyone to get a good glimpse of what was inside, after all we wanted as many witnesses as possible if things got too iffy. They pulled the zipper open and checked if the goods were there, one nodded and bent over slightly to check the different labels on them as well as feel how light they were. From what I knew, these weapons were meant to be light and similar to those made through 3D printers, untraceable with all the parts unregistered. They seemed happy from what they were seeing, perhaps they wanted something else from these that I didn't know about as all I saw were just plain weapons one could get anywhere in underground markets nowadays. They turned their heads to look at me, then Terry, before speaking a broken kind of English one would expect from Asians.

"We are pleased with the primary goods. We will take them for testing and tell your boss we are happy. We are hoping you will deliver us the second package soon."

Second package? I wasn't sure what they were talking about. All I knew is that they wanted to get a feel on those weapons I brought for them, nothing more. But it still felt odd, these weapons weren't all that special on the long run and today anything can be bought anywhere. Plus they didn't seem like typical gangsters, no a limo for a bunch of lackeys in some Yakuza-like gang in the United-States. Plus they didn't give off that hostile vibe, only the big guy standing up felt a LITTLE intimidating. What the hell were they? I'm probably asking myself too many questions, after all I'm just here for the money.

"Bien. You may want to call them through this number now. You know how it works, right?"

I gave them a card corresponding to some bogus car washing company which held the temporary number of my employer. Terry didn't talk to me at all this time, as I handed the piece of cardboard to the men, he quickly got up and joined them. Once again, if they were typical street shitheads he wouldn't treat them so well. I remained seated, as I was the type to wait until everything was cool so I could take my leave and let nothing compromising behind. The biker guy took the bag of "goods" and followed the flock of suited people back in the limo. I watched them leave, my sunglasses hiding the curiosity embracing my eyes. This surely was interesting, probably very much worth the money too despite having to wait in this annoying Starbucks. As the limo drove off I stood up and began walking on the sidewalk. I wasn't sure whether to go back to my hotel and work something else or enjoy my stay in in Malwayne Coast a bit, possibly play at the casino or something of the sort.

"What?"

I told myself, alone in my room, as I was brutally banned from the server. Seriously, since when did they develop a brain elsewhere than in their dicks? These no-lives were very easy to manipulate but my God were they completely useless under pressure. Well whatever, I needed a break from all this trolling anyway. I got up so I could head to my small kitchen, open up the fridge a whip me up some good ol' orange juice. Of course, no glass, I'd drink directly from the thing because I really didn't believe in wasted efforts. It's gross, I know, but my guests don't need to know everything about my way of life, right? As I walked back toward my bedroom, bringing along the juice package, I stumbled upon a mirror in the small corridor of my apartment. I took the time to look at my beautiful little silhouette. I wasn't getting fat that's for sure, but... Eh, they do like to say I have boobs to indicate I am a female in a video game, despite the fact that I have NONE of those. But who cares?! I can get I want from them anyway. As I checked my but as well to see how good I looked, yeah I know I'm blowing myself but a girl's gotta look good to capture the minds of men, I slightly lost my balance and felt like I was falling. Did I abuse of the internet too much? As I tried to straighten myself, I turned to face the mirror. There I saw a purple mass forming where my body should appear. It looked like some kind of oozing spiral with two weirdly drawn and asymmetric eyes: One looked like a typical triangular one and the other like a poorly drawn spiral.

This occurred in an interval of about one second before everything went normal again. I personally thought I was just having a really bad day with my stupid sleeping pattern and so on. Ugh, too many horror movies must be the reason to all this. I hopped on my bed and placed my headset on my head. As I scrolled through Youtube I realized how fun it could be to toy with one of the head admins some more. After all, a troll's job is never over. As I played some Daft Punk music to motivate myself, I joined a parallel server where I knew the Admin was also supervising. There I engaged in a private chat where I apologized and felt bad for him. Well I tried my best to make it sound convincing anyway.

"I'm sorry dude, like I wasn't really expecting my friends to be such assholes... Can we still... Ya' know, see each other at Denver?"

I said, knowing exactly where to hit with that low-life. He and I were "allies" in a sense that I made him believe I had some interest in his gross being. He was tall and had a slight acne problems but that wasn't really much, the real deal was that he was GINGER. Oh God, ugliness incarnate, HELLO. I wouldn't be caught dead with a beast like that. But hey, we were having a "long distance relationship" were we believed in bullshit such as love has not distance and personality over physical appearance! Pffff, I couldn't keep myself from laughing when he tried to teach me such VIRTUES.

"Well yeah Jade. Look I'll allow you back in the server but you can't be mod, for a while at least... Oh and I've sent you the pics via email, since you don't have your phone anymore..."

Wow really? He actually sent them. Yeah, this guy and I were really pushing this relationship thing pretty far. Like hell I would give him my phone number, so I just lied about losing it a while back and never getting a new one. How could I associate to such people anyway? I checked my email real quick as I talked a little nonsense, and I finally caught a glimpse on the nudes he himself suggested he'd send. I'd cover my mouth so I could pretend to be surprised, but c'mon everyone on the internet watches porn, even girls and seeing a dick and naked guy wasn't anything special. I wouldn't see his ginger traits so I wasn't entirely disgusted either.

"Haha, thanks man~ You'll get to see things from me at Denver, okay?"

I told him, as we had this little plan of meeting at Denver. Of course whenever he will be able to, I would miraculously need to leave to see my parents in New-York, forcing him to wait even longer until maybe one day he realizes hos stupid he really is. As we finished our little chitchat, I was allowed back in their little game server where I was either welcomed back rather joyously or ignored through grudges from all my little vile attempts. Many could feel my troll-ness, but none of them could really do anything to keep me away, not as long as I played my sweet gamer-girl role. I'm fully aware that not all those people are complete idiots, even though they all appear ugly to me, but my God the population of virgin morons was strong enough to keep me present for as long as I desired.

"Howdy boys 'n' gals! Jade is back! Thanks for being kind to me!"

And so I played the game normally, while trolling time to time specific individuals who came to talk to me. It wasn't anything too harsh as I didn't want to appear as a cold hearted bitch each time someone talked to me. But I purposely treated them as handicaps and made them do dumb things to make me "happy". Boy was I happy.

As Erion went back home, he headed back to the server, and then looked at the logs. He started to supervise what happen, and seeing what was being said. The more he looked, the more he started to regret having left home slightly. He looked at the logs more before seeing that he was promoted to admin? What the heck... He was out just for a couple of hours and he finds out he was promoted and that the girl mod was banned. He sighed. He always did feel like something was wrong about her.... It was a strange feeling he had, he could not explain it. He looked at the logs a bit more, looking at what happened before seeing the owner letting that girl back it. He growls a bit annoyed as he saw that. Seriously, that girl went and got her friends to cause so much trouble, only to go and get back like that? He gets on the server, and starts to private chat with the owner.
Hey, I looked in the logs and I noticed you banned but unbanned that mod girl... I just want to know what happened.
He then waited for a bit. Time passed before he got a response.
Her friends acted like idiots but she apologized. I am letting her some slacks... the owner then responded. To this, Erion grumbles a bit.
Get on the voice chat, I need to speak to you. he then says. They then met up in the voice chat, and the owner sighed when he arrived.
"What is it?" the owner then says.
"I am sorry to say this, but I feel like you might be going too easy on her. She did cause a lot of commotion with that, and making a ban last that long will not make her stop probably." Erion then says. The owner grumbled at this.
"But she helpe...." the owner start to say before Erion started to speak again.
"I am sending you the facts right now. I have gathered up the logs of what happened. I think you might want to look at what was said and done." he then says before sending the logs. As the owner started to studie them, he started to grumble at himself. She did cause quite some problems there.... But she was a girl....
"What should we do then? We can't just ban her like that." he says. Great.... the owner seem to have a crush or something on her.... Just what they needed. Erion think a bit.
"I got a idea... and I am serious about this. Do not remove it until the time passes. A 2 days mute on her. She will not be able to speak to everyone, only play. She will only be able to communicate by whispers. We will also monitor what is said by her slightly to be sure things do not go out of hand." Erion then says. The owner thinked and sighed.
"I guess that could work.... thought I...." he start to say.
"Do you want a quality server or one where trolls can roam around like that and make others suffer?" Erion then says suddenly. The owner, surprised by that sudden burst from Erion, who was usually the calm type that can think, just stayed silent.
"She will be causing more trouble if she is not put in her place. It is temporairy." Erion then says. The owner sighed at this.
"I guess.... Alright, a mute it will be for 2 days. But afterwards no more unless she caused more trouble alright?" he then says. Erion sighed at this.
"Ya.... I know people like girls in video games, but we need to put them in their places when they cause this much trouble." he says.
Just then Erion gave the mute to that girl for 2 days, giving a reason that she had caused too much disorder and chaos among the community. He also wrote down that the owner knows about this and that she should not try to get pass him. Erion knew he was taking a slight risk with that, but if they wanted to have a bit of order in the community, they needed to fix attitudes like these.

Jade waited at the bus stop outside the apartment building for a while. It was supposed to be there about 10 minutes ago, but it was late once again. Public transportation always seemed to be late whenever she used it. The fact that she wasn't all that patient didn't help, either. Just as she was about to give up and walk, the bus finally showed up.
"Took you long enough." She said as she got on, scanning her pass as she did so. As she went to find a seat, she heard a familiar voice calling out to her.
"Over here, Jade."
It was her friend Stephanie. They had both known each other since they were kids, and ever since then they'd been pretty close.
"I thought you were going to stay in the apartment today." Stephanie said. "Let me guess. It was your mom's boyfriend again, wasn't it?"
"You got that right." Jade said. "I hope she dumps that asshole soon."

The bus made several more stops before driving past an abandoned hotel. That place had an eerie feel to it that Jade just couldn't shake off. It made her shudder every single time she saw it. "That building there creeps me out a little. I get the chills every time I go by it."
"I heard they're planning on demolishing it." Stephanie said.
"I'm 90% sure that place is haunted. If people start seeing ghosts around here after they do that, I wouldn't be surprised."
They were talking loud enough that other people on the bus could easily overhear them. Jade didn't really care who decided to listen in. She didn't know anyone on this bus besides Stephanie, so she didn't care what any of these people thought about her.

9 hours...

As night fell, Marcus felt slightly better than before. Ron had made the mistake of trying to scramble for his shotgun. The walls were covered with sprays of red and numerous types of damage, from fire to a pulsating purple that stained the rotting walls. His body was burnt to a crisp so that evidence of their coming would not be traced back to them. Ronald was dead, and that meant there were no more problems... aside from one.

The situation nearly flared once more. Ronald was dead, but his computer was still active, pouring out endless streams of code. One could assume it was powered by an advanced form of technology, or even magic since the cracked computer and its monitor had no cables. Marcus approached the monitor, turning to Gar-Teal with his back on the computer. Gar-Teal was busy rubbing sauce off his rough stubble. "Thank YOU that bastard's dead." He mumbled, chewing on the beans before swallowing them. Yvonne had her back to the wall, oddly disturbed by her actions. Victor seemed as hyper as ever, although even he felt it was a bit much. "Now, Marcus, I give you the honours of stopping Ron's work. Permanently." Gar-Teal chuckled, tossing the teal can of Watties' baked beans out the window. He rubbed his hands on the wall, leaving sauce and food for the fungus around.

Marcus just stared at everyone. Even Victor seemed untrustworthy at this point. "No." He softly said, loud enough for everyone to hear.

"...no? Marcus, don't tell me you said no. Do you realise how long we've been tracking that fuck?" Suddenly, Gar-Teal turned hostile, tired from years of travel... who wasn't, though? Yvonne sat by Victor, ignoring Gar-Teal's actions. "We've traveled around the FUCKING world. TWICE." Gar-Teal hissed as he put his fingers to his forehead. Marcus simply looked down at Gar-Teal, keeping his back to the monitor.

"Gar-Teal, please-"

"No, YOU, please." Gar-Teal rudely interrupted, flaring his nostrils at a tired Marcus, whipping his hand away from his forehead. Marcus really had enough, but his current state of powers would never match those of Gar-Teal's. He had spent most of it restoring Dahl's, Chell's and many others' powers after the Universal Reset. Gar-Teal, on the other hand was responsible of holding the very bonds of atoms together. "We have NOT come here just to kill someone. We're here to make sure another one of these don't pop into existence for another thousand years. You get what I'm saying, Arceus?!"

"How dare you refer me as my true name. Do you realise what will happen if the humans realise what we are?" Marcus/Arceus said, trying to hold down tones to deescalated the situation... but, as Gar-Teal continued, it would appear that Arceus' attempts would fail quite easily.

"Oh, you old fuck." Gar-Teal anticipated Marcus' punch, taking a step back as Arceus swung at him. "You really think those names are gonna fool anyone? You think they won't dismiss us as crazy? Some of them come from DAMN video games, shit Victini's never even heard of!" Respectively, Victor jumped in Yvonne's arm, upon hearing of his name. Marcus bit his lip as he continued listening to Gar-Teal. He seemed prepared just to push Arceus out of the way, with his beyond-angry expression saying it all.

"Now, just so I don't destroy the universe, I'm gonna go back to the place those humus' call 'Heaven.' You better bring that device of our undoing along, 'cause I'm gonna hold a meeting. Let's hope it doesn't involve smashing your head into that computer." With those words, Gar-Teal manifested a purple-rimmed portal out of thin air, entering the dark void with a few steps. Yvonne held onto a shaking Victini, helping him through the portal.

"Arceus... I'm sorry this had to happen." Yvonne said, in a different tone heard in the rarest of times.

Reluctantly, Arceus followed, carrying both a computer and monitor with him towards the portal. He muttered how he couldn't just end his life without causing the death of billions on Earth, let alone all those alien life forms around the universe. He sighed as he entered the portal, Gar-Teal's words echoing in his ears...
Night fell, and I returned from the business district. I decided on a tour on Mal Co, checking out their large store of innovations and some other stuff around the place. But... the whole thing was kinda boring. You'd expect something better from a rather large company, but their grey walls and sense of bureaucracy made it quite dull. Sure, there was some great architecture and good contrast of modern technology and plants, but there wasn't really anything that excited me there.

As I entered my doors, I could see my family wasn't at home. Typical. Usual late-night shifts. Ever since my mother decided to actually take of me, we were beginning to struggle with our balance. To make up for it, my mother went back to work. My soggy cereal laid on the messy counter, put there since this morning. The living room smelled nice, despite a few old bottles that still reeked of beer smell... I didn't mind it, but obviously cleaning them and putting them up on display on a shelf didn't help us. The TV was on stand-by, as well as most appliances in my house.

Sure enough, I put my back against my couch's wrinkly cushions, drinking a cold cup of tea while I prepared for another day... tomorrow, I'd wake up and get outside, no questions asked.

Well, more or less. First, I fell asleep on my couch. Second...

...eight hours later, I was listening to everything. Morning world, nice to see all sorts of craziness in the morning news. And outside. Where's my window gone? Where are my hands?

As Erion had continued to play during the night, with the people a bit more calm now, he yawned and gave his farewell to everyone. He was too sleepy to continue playing and take care of problems right now. He also had school tomorrow, so he had to have the the most energy that he could get.... He went towards his bed and got in, sleeping. He started to dream about multiple things, games, his studies, experiences in life that he had gotten.... He continued to dream slowly, reliving some parts of his life and some strange parts where he was walking around with a snivy and saving people... or was it pokemons? God... it seemed normal to him right then... but he guessed that how dreams worked. It makes your brain think it is just a normal day and that everything was fine. That is until you realize that it is a dream and that everything you were doing was not real... or was it? Was it maybe a alternate universe that was linked to the dream and.... ok let's stop right there with this. What is important was to get some sleep for the next day.

The next morning, Erion woke up, but felt like something was... different. He raised his head a bit, looking around his room that was so much bigger then him. He stared a bit. He was probably stills sleeping.... It was probably just a dream that he was having. But.... the dream would make him think everything was normal? Or not.... He shakes his head, and goes to get up. Why the heck did he feel so small. He goes to walk towards the door, only to feel as if he was floating. He then started at his door before he drops on the floor.... He stares a bit before looking at his hands... and hears his parents scream downstairs. What the heck was going on here! His hands looked like.... He opened the door by jumping and floating and then, after landing, ran towards the bathroom. Whatever was happening was really not normal. People were yelling outside, obviously scared. He was probably not the only one that woke up like this.

College was more or less the same as usual for Phoebe. She rode there on the city bus, listening to some girl rant about...something, and one lady who refused to plug headphones into her iPhone while watching rap videos on Youtube. Phoebe and nearly every other young adult got off the bus at the local college, leaving the older rap lady behind.

After that, Phoebe found her friends, studied with them, went to class, found her friends again, studied some more, ate lunch, then went home. It was the same every day. Wash, rinse, and repeat. (It was a fun repetitive system, though, so that's nice.)
The next morning, Phoebe woke with a terrible headache and the feeling of blankets strewn about all over her. She expected the headache; she frequently went to bed thirsty and woke with dehydration. Not a good idea, but livable. Phoebe knew what to do: kick the blankets away, grab the bottle of water on the corner of her bed, and drink up, then stumble out to the dining room and eat some cereal and start the day. Phoebe grabbed as much blanket as she could with her feet, then kicked.

Okay, not working. One or more of the blankets were holding stubbornly onto her back. She tried again, this time also pushing with her arms. Nope; it still stuck. Phoebe opened her eyes to see what the heck was the matter. Was her cat sitting on her again? Maybe. Weird that he didn't meow in protest, but cats are stupid creatures.

Instead of a cat, Phoebe saw small blue spikes piercing the blankets. Stress marks dotted them, where she had tugged down instead of tugging up. Phoebe twisted around to lay on her back--very hard to do, for some reason--and all the blankets came with her.

Blue. A short, blue, leathery body. Where was Phoebe? Where the heck did this blue creature come from? Phoebe felt her heart race. She was having trouble keeping calm. Okay, don't worry, just get the freaking blankets off of mini-Godzilla's spikes.

Ten minutes later, mini-Godzilla was on the ground, half-standing, half crouching, and thankfully blanket-free. She was having trouble not panicking. Loud thumps and muffled shouts came from her parents room. Did they...shapeshift...too? She couldn't handle that. Not now. She had to adjust to herself first.

The first thing I hear when I wake up was Mary shouting "UNACCEPTABLE!" I guessed that would work just like any other alarm clock, and I wake up in a hurry to see what was going on... hitting my head on the bedframe just like I did yesterday, once again. I clamber out of my bed, and hear a weird splat sound when I hit the floor... wha? I take a good look at myself, and notice that I either got a tan and lengthened my fingernails into claws, got rid of two of my fingers, and shortened my arms slightly, this was a prank, and therefore a costume, or... something even stranger was going on. Well, that was only my hands. The rest of my body seemed to follow the same theme, that is, reddish-brown, reptilian, and unfamiliar. My feet seemed to have only three toes, and I could almost feel something behind me... a quick look revealed a tail, as well, with a purple flame on the tip of it. the tail seemed to resemble a charizard's, but discolored as badly as a cheap pinata. As a quick test to see if this actually was a prank or not, I tried actually moving my tail... and to my surprise, after a bit of thought, it actually moved, and thankfully, I wasn't clumsy or stupid enough to let the fire touch the carpet... though, my bed appeared to be ruined forever now. I walked over to the mirror, really quick to see if this was a dream, and for some reason, it reflected an odd face back at me... the face looked like a mixture between a charizard's and a goodra's face, but it was also that same reddish-brown color as the rest of me supposedly was by now. H-how did this happen!? What am I? Why the heck is Mary shouting already? WHAT'S GOING ON!? I think, though, my thoughts were disrupted by another shout, again from Mary "ROGER, GET YOUR REAR END DOWN HERE!" I gulped, and headed down the stairs, where I was greeted by a sleepy, or possibly asleep, Weavile, a scared-looking Lucario, and Mary... who still looked like herself... that is, if Mary was always as red as a tomato, and angry at us.

"Uh... what's-" I start to ask, with Mary interrupting by shouting "This! It's unacceptable! I will not let a blue dog, a weasel, and a..." Mary then looks over at me, and continues "fire dragon of some sort live under MY ROOF! I WORK HARD to keep this place clean WITHOUT you punks shedding, shredding, and burning the place!" Obviously, she was beyond words at this point, but fighting never got me anywhere in life, so I tried to reason with her, saying "It's still just us... I mean... we still pay for things here..." it came off as sheepish, simply because I was legitimately scared of her... sure, I was a dragon now, but that anger... she was going to do something, and it wasn't going to be good. Also, it probably wouldn't look good if I ended up fighting her... either I'd lose, or I'd have beaten up a human as a... whatever the heck I am now. Apparently, that was the last straw for her. Everything else happened so quickly, all I remember was the sound of an explosion, some sort of extremely powerful swing from a broom, or a mop, or something, and next thing I knew, Bart, who tried to help, but couldn't, Maria, who was fast asleep until she was literally kicked out, and I, who tried to trip her up using my tail a few times, were all out on the street, with Maria fast asleep again, and Bart and I looking at one another trying to see if the other knew anything about what the actual heck just happened... it turns out, neither of us did.

Oh, sure I could have just said that the street looked normal, and it would still be a bad situation, with us having nowhere left to stay, but no, there were riots, random people and creatures attacking one another, and or stealing whatever they could get their dirty hands on. The street itself also looked as if it had aged about twenty years, and had aged poorly, as there were giant cracks in the shape of footprints, and some parts which were just flat-out missing. A few buildings here and there were also broken down, obviously forcing those who lived in or worked at said buildings into a scenario not much unlike our own. Some distance towards the college, there appeared to be some sort of sandstorm going on, and some distance in the opposite direction, there was a rainstorm. Thankfully, we weren't under any of that weather, but, we probably had to go somewhere in order to not end up dead, or knocked out and mugged, so, I had to ask "Um... Bart, since you're the only other one who's awake, where do you think we should go?" He shakes his head, and eventually says "I dunno, they both look like bad choices to me, but, I guess if I had to choose, I'd choose the rain... I know a place over there, a real cheap hotel we can stay at," I nod, and try, and somehow succeed in picking up and carrying Maria, who was still sleeping, and we head off into the rain, the fire on the end of my tail extinguishing almost as soon as we actually got to the rainy part.

It was the beginning of the afternoon and I was still aimlessly walking through the streets of Malwayne Coast's Business District, hands in my pockets and looking slightly down as I contemplated multiple things about my life. I was a shithead gangster, I know that and wouldn't pout about it but perhaps I could eventually change things. By that I mean I was considering what it would be like to be something, make a family and have enough cash to not even care if my honest job is underpaid. These thoughts were mostly invoked by the multiple families I crossed paths with during this little stroll in a city I was slowly discovering. Soon after drowning in my mind, my new phone started to vibrate for an extended period of time, signaling an incoming call. As I pulled it out I saw Petersen's name written large on the flashing screen. I slid the lock mechanism on the machine and answered my employer's call.

"Salut, Florient."

I answered, calling him by his first name as he always preferred it that way, unlike many other narcissistic assholes I would end up working for from time to time. Though I'm not saying his ego isn't inflated, nor is he by any means a good person, but he was slightly more enjoyable than the average mob boss in France. He would then reply to my introduction with his raspy, Paris flavored voice as he blew out smoke from probably a cigar, knowing him.

"Heh, ouaip salut gros. Ces FDP de Nyakwes sont heureux de la marchandise et de toi. Tu auras ton fric demain dans ton beau compte en banque, et je te tiendrai au courant pour le reste de la marchandise d'ici quelques jours. Donc reste dans les parages. Okay amigo?"

I kept walking while listening to him congratulating me and saying how the 'Chinks' were happy of my efficiency. Not that this job required really any effort or added quality but whatever, maybe the more than shady side of this deal meant tensions for everyone. I stopped on my tracks when he warned me that I had to stay a few more days to finish what this operation started. What the Chinese man said early rang in my head once more, maybe this was going to be the second part of the deal. Since he's paying me tomorrow I'm guessing I'll be paid for this too, knowing Florient all too well, so I would just nod to myself.

"Bon, dac. Tu me laisses pas tomber avec une nouvelle paie, hein?"

I answered, before he chuckled a bit in order to give a positive response before hanging up. I rolled my eyes and closed the phone as well. I sighed for a second and hailed a taxi so I could get back to the hotel. As I swiftly got back to my attributed hotel, considering it was still the middle of the afternoon, I hit the casino with a little extra cash and eventually attacked the classy bar when it got a little darker. Ugh, there were glasses, and some girls alright, but Jesus fucking Christ I think I forced a little too much on... Whatever I took. Near 2 am I was on my bed, wasted and half asleep. I quickly fell into a deep sleep with all my clothes on, my sunglasses on the floor and slightly cracked due to obvious carelessness. I had a dreamless sleep that night and my awakening would be a flash away from the instant I slumbered.

--

I rubbed my head as I woke up in what appeared to be my covers all over my body. I slowly crawled out with the little will I had with this absurd hangover from the other night. I must have moved a whole damn lot to end up plunged in the covers, and all naked to add to that. What the fuck did I do during my sleep? I remember returning alone to my room and just falling on my tidied bed. I wasn't one to move a whole lot at night either, even after taking some heavy drugs. I attempted to roll over to the right edge of the bed, the distance being grater than I anticipated, yet I thought I was close to the right edge than the left one. Those drinks probably had a lot more than just alcohol given my condition, and if that stuff lasts this long, it would probably sell well in the market. As I hit the edge I tried to reach my foot down to touch the floor. Automatically I would push the rest rest of my body out assuming I was nearly touching the ground, and BANG. I hit the floor head on as if I fell over my bed during sleep. This made no sense at all.

As I got up, my body felt strangely light, and everything appeared MUCH bigger than it should be. Holy shit, I was tripping balls. This drug must be one hell of a molecule because man I had never felt this before. I could see pretty normally but my hearing would always have this prolonged beep going on, like when you're exposed to a really loud noise or prolonged loud music, it just keeps buzzing in your ear. As I raised my hand to scratch my head, I felt something completely abnormal. I had trouble reaching out toward parts of my body but when I touched a mass I believed my ear, I froze. It was huge, and furry. And my hands, they didn't feel normal either, because of the texture but also the lack of thumbs. I turned my head to look at those parts and my eyes widened. They looked like some overgrown Hamster's parts. My heart raced as I thought I was hallucinating in a massive scale. I ran over to the bathroom, having a lot of trouble keeping my balance given my new size and weight and as I arrived I looked up at the sink. I was quite high and I'd have to jump to each it. As I tensed my thigh muscles I had grown already accustomed to through this quick walking session, I bounced myself upwards. However, not knowing how to regulate such a light body and being completely oblivious to the strength in my legs, I was propelled up the ceiling and banged my head pretty hard against the all, only to fall over like a turd on the floor.

It took me five seconds to gather the courage to get back up and rub my head. That hurt, and that was really unexpected. How could this be possible? I've had severe hallucinations before but I walked normally after a few tries and such a hit to the head would at least distort everything, but it remained the same. I controlled the jump this time, still jumping a little too high but avoiding the ceiling as well, I landed on the sink. Before checking the mirror I quickly rinsed my face with cold way, only to have a mass of hair blocked out my view. It didn't even surprise me anymore. As I tried to clear my face, I realized it felt like I have to gargantuan beard hiding my eyes. Once I could see, I finally acknowledged how bad the situation was.

"C'est. Quoi. Ce. BORDEL!"

"The Hell?"

I told myself that, out loud, like a goddamn moron when I saw myself get muted for NO REASON in the chat. Well, no official reason other than the owner's stupid action toward me despite promising him freedom from his tormenting virginity. What an ungrateful prick, I offer him hope (albeit false), and he treats me like I'm some random douche he hangs out with on the internet. I quickly whipped up an email to him expressing my DEEPEST CONCERNS toward his sporadic actions toward me and eventually managed to get him in a pity train toward our "Relationship" I created. After releasing this steam, I realized just how boring this all got really fast when that Evanist guy just dropped in. It was probably him anyway, considering his sudden change of status. I'll save his case for another day, right now I will enjoy myself some good ol' Prison Break Season 3. Yeah, they just got out of Prison, I wondered I things would turn out for out prisoner friends.

I watched the series for the remainder of the day and even for most of the night, only taking a break to get food or watch some dumb video I felt like watching to change the atmosphere a bit. In other words, I was wasting my day on the computer. Not that I cared about this kind of hygiene as no one was actually here to judge me. When my mind couldn't take it anymore, I closed the computer and just went to sleep on the same bed I sat my ass on all day while using that piece of shit Toshiba.

--

My God as I thought about what I watched, I realized how bad this TV series was becoming when they actually broke out from prison. I actually got a pretty nasty nightmare of them ending up in a stupid island that travels in time and makes absolutely no sense, absolutely deserving of a shitty Japanese game flick. I was having a rough night actually, waking up multiple times, only to get up near 8 am as I heard one of my neighbors shouting for no apparent reason. At first I didn't give two shits about that and I simply got up to get water at the kitchen. It all went well, I didn't hear anymore noise, but after I finished my cup, oh boy did the name 'Jehova' just enter my top 10 most hated words. That fat fuck kept shouting out how Jehova was bringing judgement and kept banging on things, getting other neighbors worked up, thus creating a mess of people shouting. I just wanted to go back to sleep. As I walked back to my bedroom, I suddenly couldn't feel by foot and I simply lost balance, only to hit my head against my night table pretty hard.

I hit the corner of it, hurting pretty bad in the meantime but oddly enough it didn't hurt that much, and the force I hit it with would inevitably cause a pretty bad wound, such as bleeding? No, nothing, I actually barely felt any pain when I touched it. As I got back up, I would lose balance again and fall on my posterior this time. This was ridiculous, my foot isn't asleep and Prison wasn't THAT BAD to give me brain tumors. That and the fucking shouting that kept going on started to REALLY piss me off. I'd try once more, this time fixating my legs as I slowly stood back up. I smirked when this actually worked, thinking that maybe this was just me not sleeping enough. But as I straightened myself, I could see my feet as if they were igniting in some bizarre colored flames. Out of mere shock I fell for the third time, this time on my entire back. There again, it hurt like a fall would hurt but wouldn't last. As I peered over to my legs, they were all normal and great. This was worrying me now, was I sick or mentally disturbed because of all the stupid crap I hear from people or the internet or did Encyclopedia Dramatica finally turn me into an insane basement dweller?

I stood up, and didn't lose my balance this time. I rushed in my bathroom to felt some Aspirin or whatever would help my head handle this madness, swallowing on of those pills before washing my face with tap water. As I looked in the mirror, I looked completely fine. I couldn't help it, I checked my chest hoping my lack of balance would be due to a sudden huge growth in my chest, but no such luck. I sighed and closed my eyes, telling myself I was just having a VERY bad morning. Opening them up upon reassuring myself, I saw a terrifying, really hard to describe creature in my place, moving exactly as I would. I screamed, but just slightly, making it more of a squeak. But a few eye blinks later and everything was normal again.

This was starting to scare me, was I sick or really going insane? I rushed back to my room and turned on my computer to, you guessed it, look up my symptoms. But as I opened my browser, my home page being youtube would pop up and there, well, I saw what was happening. So many new videos from around the globe suggested with extremely unnerving thumbnails, as if we discovered an alien race. I clicked on a couple and I could see animal-like people talking, but one looked like some creepy, skinny man with makeup and barely ever talked as if he were... A mime. So much information in so little time, I had no idea what was going on. I looked perfectly normal next to them, yet I've been feeling like I've never felt before nor have I ever seen someone act like they had these symptoms before. When I got more aware of the situation, I was more conscious of the noise that didn't originate from the commotion in my apartment building. Oh no, I could hear the multiple car alarms and gunshots echoing through the nearby squares. I was just too afraid to look out the window and acknowledge what the fuck was going on. There was fear, but also the gunshots coming from the floor right above me. A loud thump would be heard hitting the floor right over me. My neighbor from upstairs probably had a gun shot up there and someone was hit. I turned pale, as this insanity was just getting more and more stressful. From the apartment right over me, I could hear that Jehova guy singing some religious song while others kept shouting either at him or something else. More gunfire could be heard and this time the shouting turned into screaming. It sounded like the crazy guy was shooting people one by one, banging on doors as he walked by them.

Out of fear, I hid under my bed with my phone and my laptop, completely petrified and unable to distract myself, I could only heard his footsteps intruding each property and terrorizing the people living in them. I closed my ears with my hands and closed my eyes, hoping this would quickly stop and I would wake up from this out of wack dream. Please... I just want to wake up and watch stupid TV series...
