Lugia, maybe just get the group to move out of the hotel towards where the car that Kabling talked about is... maybe making it a bit funny that your character would not fit in it and would have to stick to the car top?

Well, lightning struck. Obviously, his size would only be a problem if he got to the car last, so, basically, I made him slow. Kinda makes sense 'cause Goodra's partially based off of a slug.
