-Personality-
Penny's can be best summed up as a complete downer. Nothing really went her way anyways, and would always assume that the outcome would be negative. Even when it's guaranteed that it would turn out okay, she'll still drown out on the negatives and sound completely hopeless. She also assumes everything bad to be her fault, given that she's very clumsy, has bad memory, and had a strange tendency to mess things up whether it be an accident or on purpose. Though, as a way to redeem her faults, she would perk up if someone were to give her a chance to make a "right."

-Abilities-
*Fable Physiology: Like most Fables, she's got very inhuman endurance and regeneration.
*Voice Enchantment: Regardless when in her Glamored form or real form, Penny's voice is like a hypnotizer, almost guaranteed to get anyone (more likely men in this case) to be suddenly attracted and to do as she says. Though, due to her lack of self-confidence, this sometimes can backfire or not work at all. This ability has more of a desired effect if she is singing rather than talking.
*Flight: When in her true form, she is given the ability of flight from her wings.

-Fable-
Parthenope was the daughter of god Archelous and the muse Terpsichore, and was one of the many Sirens that would cast her voice to lure unaware sailors into a shipwreck. However, one day she was unable to have her song entice Odysseus, she fell into depression and attempted suicide by casting herself into the sea to drown, seeing herself as a failure that her song did not have an effect on a single man. It was when she cast herself into the sea, the adversary had come along, and luckily for her, she was to wash up into the mundane world. though, to this day, she still seeks herself as a failure of the Sirens.

-Other-
Since Penny doesn't want to use her voice too much when it isn't needed (because talking with her voice basically gives a chance that someone would unintentionally fall into her spell), she carries around a notebook where she would write down whatever she needs to say.
