Appearance:
Rachel Has two large wings, one is a demonic wing, dark brown with electric purple highlights and tips and small claws, and the other an angelic, pure white feathered wing.
Her eyes are pure black with electric purple Irises that matches the colour of her lightning magic. Rachel also has claws in place of her fingernails.
Hidden under Rachel's shirt around the base of her wings and over a small part of her back, she has painful looking blisters and sores, something created by her poison blood. The tattoos are also to hide other minor deformities that discolors the skin on her arm and neck.
Rachel also has Military styled pants and big boots, with a few extra belts not including her gun holster, and a spiked bangle around her right wrist. She also stands around 5.6ft

Power\abilities: Rachel is able to control the power of lightning that is the colour of electric purple, she can channel it through any part of her body which makes her rather dangerous to touch when she has decided to charge herself up. With this she is able to electrify her weapons as well and discharge streams and projectiles of lightning from her body or her weapons. Rachel is able to also create a temporary shield that can take a few hits and can electrify the ground around her person to about a meter and a half. Her lightning is one of her most use abilities
Rachel other powers is being able to sense the power of others who do not suppress their power and has Omni-linguism, the ability to understand any form of language.
One of her other less used abilities is teleportation, this is strictly limited as she can only jump a few of times before it drains her power, the longer the jump the more energy it uses. Rachel can take an extra person or two with her though this requires much more energy and may knock her out depending on the distant.
Rachel is of course able to fly and at reasonable speeds too, despite having two different wing shapes, and along with this she is rather good at 'acquiring' items and sneaking around. as well as an excellent master of the scythe and a fair guns-man with small firearms.
She is also able to summon her scythe when ever and where ever she wants too, unless something is preventing it from coming to her or something is suppressing her powers
Rachel lastly also has heightened senses, reflexes and speed. Though this is no where near on par with that of a full angel or demon, her physical strength is something she doesn't not like to often demonstrate as she is now as strong as she makes herself out to be.
Weapons\Equipment: Rachel owns A large, heavy looking scythe by the name of Shadow-storm, that is a magical weapon which has attached itself to her, it can be used by no one else, she also owns a pistol that she uses when she thinks it is necessary, she can be rather trigger happy at times though.
Rachel always caries with her a bag though the contents of this are unknown as she doesn't like people going through her stuff or talking about it. She also has a gun holster equipped around her waste and a small pouch of ammo hanging from it and a kick ass dagger hidden on her body that she never uses, unless for some reason her scythe is unable to be summoned.
Personality: Rachel is rather very stubborn, and rather hotheaded with an attitude towards anything that talks, her social isolation and viewing the world from the sidelines has given her a great hatred for demons, angel's and humans as many who follow the demons have tried to rat her out. She won't even care if someone who is an ally to her dies, as she views everyone as inconvenient. In fact this is were her rule, shoot first and ask question later, came from as she has faced her fair share of betrayal.
Rachel isn't afraid to talk back to anyone and she will do it no matter what the situation is, often getting herself into much trouble with this though she doesn't care. Being stubborn Rachel will most of the time refuse help and will stay silent when something is bothering her, never telling anyone about her condition as being a hybrid either. She talks big and acts strong to hide her weakness, that is her existence. Rachel would rather be alone than be in a group and she has a massive hatred for vehicles, many bad experiences involving some sort of transportation device, even a submarine. And the one thing she hates most than any other living thing is being called what she is, and abomination, ones life span will become very short if they speak those words within her hearing range.
Back story: Rachel was conceived during the great war between angels and demons those many years ago, as they angels lost and were being herded away a demon had forced herself onto an angel, wanting a little bit of fun before the angels were locked away from the light forever. This in turn created the hybrid and it was something that the demon wasn't expecting to happen, the hybrid was so small and so frail with odd sores on her back and on the base of her featherless and clawless wings, and odd black colored skin up her right arm and neck almost making it look like the skin there was dead, hardly breathing and hardly alive and looking like she was in pain with every breath it struggled to take.
Not bothering to kill the hybrid the demon decided to just abandon her expecting her to die within minutes of being born, it was an abomination and she didn't want the other demons to find out what she had created. This however did not work as the hybrid was soon found by a couple of human, who took her in has their own despite how she looked and how close to death she was. The human's gave her a name, the name Rachel and she soon got to know them as her own mother and father, who did everything to make sure that she would live a full and happy life, to make sure that she could live at all.
However when she was still just a young child, hardly a teen her existence was discovered by the demons, it did not take long for them to swam the shack they lived in in an attempt to kill her and the human's who raised her. This was where the sacrificed themselves to let her escape, were Rachel became isolated from the world and lived on the run. Unfortunately her human parent's sacrifice would go unrewarded as the gates to heaven closed, and even if they weren't it was a sacrifice to let an abomination live.
Rachel for years remained on the run in a world taken over by demons, were a human can't see or hear them she can and due to this rarely visits civilization or any major cities, growing up in a world from child to adult in a world out to get her, with no one to run to, in complete isolation.
She is a hard one to catch but this never stop the demons from trying to catch her, they are always hunting for abomination even human\angel hybrids are not safe in this world.

Other Demon\Angel Hybrid facts, because I was still really bored:
The most rare being with demonic blood in its veins, and an abomination that would be killed on sight. Very few have ever been found in the world, and neither the demons or angels will allow such a creature into their worlds. The total hatred the two races have for each other makes it impossible for a hybrid to be accepted. At the same time, the pure poison that each races blood is to the other is sure to condemn a child to a lifetime of suffering, if it can live at all.
Angelic-demonic hybrids tend to have their genetic inheritance split right down the middle, sometimes even merging the the demonic and angelic traits into a totally new appearance; i.e. pearlescent black eyes. However, where as human blood mixing with the demonic or angelic blood seems to produce a "super" being, demon blood mixed with angelic blood causes severe health issues, including but not limited to frail bones, smaller muscles, a short average height, and scarring and boils on the skin. It is extremely uncommon for them to be conceived, let alone live past birth.
Life for a hybrid will vary greatly depending on the type of hybrid and where he/she resides. About the only certainty that exists is a angelic-demonic, should he/she actually survive birth, will live a painful, dangerous life. In the demonic or angelic world, they would be killed on sight. Should they somehow escape this fate and make it to the human world, the physical differences and infirmities would likely lead to death, or social isolation.
