There's not really any imbalance of genders (7:5 male:female, counting only the active people) in general, so don't feel pressured to make a certain gender. A little bit more males is typical. The only issue is that the Persona group only has one girl, who is inactive at the moment, but that will resolve itself in due time. We should probably do two girls after Matt before another guy if we're trying to make the Persona groups a little less sausage-y.
