Name: Isabella Lancaster
Alias(s): War Queen
Age: 30, but looks 25 because she's vain.
Affiliations: Corporate
Description: Powers: Isabella is a biomancer, like Healing Spore (NPC), but, unlike her, actively wanted to stretch the limits of her powers, allowing said powers to do things that are empathically not healing. Basically, Isabella, like Healing Spore, can release spores that can heal people, but also mutate them into new and horrible forms, such as snakemen, gargoyles, and even manticores. The weakness of this power is that, unlike her healing, her targets have to be
willing, and it is hard to find people willing to become literal monsters in exchange for power.
Skills: Isabella used to be a Biologist and Chemist, but, upon discovery of her power, has discarded those parts of her past in exchange for enjoyment of said power. Instead, she has learned basic tactics, both large and small-unit, psychological warfare, and, in keeping with her ability to change people's bodies, sculpting. Isabella also has an interest in manipulation, although whether she is genuinely good at that remains to be seen.
Equipment: Usually wears a fine dress and has a holdout Pistol, that, and she's very, very, rich.
Ranking: A
(Optional)
Brief History: Isabella was once an above-average biologist and chemist working for Aperture, with a minor control freak streak, as well as a hunger for whatever power, influence, and wealth she can gain. It was always her dream to rise on top of the scientific field, to make a discovery that would make her famous for all time. And the Maybark Incident opened the doors for her; with the discovery of Metahumans, there was a new field that wasn't already occupied by other people! In months, Isabella made many new discoveries on the condition of Metahumanity, giving her great fame and glory, which was exploited by Director Doctor Taylor (who's a he, and not to be confused with Tayor from Worm), who put her in charge of a project to endow 'baseline humans' with powers.
Isabella at first blanched on using unwilling volunteers, but eventually, her scruples subsided and she actually began to enjoy herself...until she realized that she was actually succeeding in actually giving her test subjects powers, something that irked her. So, she began testing on herself, and, due to luck, avoided the cliche of turning herself into an insane beast...and instead became a beautiful, well-built, perfectly sane, but callous and uncaring person who now thought nothing of harming people, as long as it was for her benefit. Of course, one can argue that she was already in the process of turning into one in the first place, but nevertheless, Isabella cast aside her old life as a Scientist, and changed jobs in Aperture; she never wanted to do research again, and this time, she won't have to.
For her new job was as personal assistant to Director Doctor Taylor himself...
