I'm leaving that to either Adam, or you could control one of the military transports going to Aperture.
Me and Kalas will be going after Ruby or joining the fight depending on what Scarlet tells me.Ruby is going to be the "final boss" so to speak so she will be fighting! I'll have a post up soon, Acer!
Scarlet is fucking odd dude. She condemns Eli for being like her father but is weeping of a nerdy girl who got a power boost and who's bad attitude turned her into a power hungry bullie. Eli is begging to help her and she won't let him. So instead, she's protecting a girl that took a couple hundred if not thousands men, women and children. Some people I will never understand. The difference between Scarlett and Eli is that Scarlett has an actual conscience. She feels guilty for the bloodbath that she knows is about to happen - it's pretty damn obvious, after all. What's also true of Scarlett is that she has the adept ability to see the proper side of someone. She saw the dark side of Eli and that's why she chose to run, paired with everything that was going on in her life. She saw that Ruby has a lot of problems but that overall, she's just a young girl who wants nothing more than to be forgotten by the world. Ruby only lashes back because her enemies have followed her and they still wish for her downfall. Like a cornered animal, you could say. Ruby has barely even killed a hundred people, if anything. And they were all FBI agents, for the most. Also, she's not protecting her, she's telling Elijah what's actually going to happen - Ruby is going to fight and Ruby is going to die. Ruby has no intentions to run away and Scarlett knows that because Scarlett knows Ruby. Also, if you want to put it that way, Elijah protected and sought vengeance for Nightmare who was a mass-murderer.
I kind of feel like you should take bloodrune, to negate any meta powers that come their way or somethingThe sooner someone kills Bloodrune, the better, bring him along and let him die! Hazaar!
Ruby would have to have killed more than. It's a federal government building. There is no way your an American, others you'd know just how ineffective the US government is and how many extra people would be needed. She might have killed just under a hundred innocent people that had a absolutely nothing to do her. The people who clean the toilets or run the day care or run the cafeteria. What about the mataince people? The people in the mail room who sort the mail? Eli is shitty person don't get me wrong. He got butt hurt over losing his friend, who in turn was much more a shitty person than Eli. Eli threw a fit that ended up destroying the Russian Mob. Just in that hissy fit alone he killed over a hundred people. People smuggled drugs and people and guns and whatever else they did were killed cause they fucked with his friend. A friend that help set him up for a pretty good life and helped saved his dearly beloved mommy.Scarlet is fucking odd dude. It's all part of war, after all. It doesn't really matter what Eli did or what Ruby did - Scarlett is crying because, as you said, there's always the normal people who work at these big buildings and more than likely, they're going to be caught out in a firefight. She's crying because she feels horribly guilty. She thinks that what Ruby did was wrong but that doesn't mean she needs to die, which is probably what's going to happen to Ruby. As I said, she's not holding information away from Elijah about Ruby - she's being realistic. Back to the point, Ruby was simply following orders and because she's been hurt by her past, she doesn't seem to see the wrong in her actions. It's basic human psychology that we can see nearly everywhere. As in, the mentality that because you hurt me, I'm allowed to do everything, including attacking innocents, to hurt you back. Most of World War 2 was based on that principle. I'm not trying to take a dig at you Acer, I'm just standing by the decisions I made for my characters that I believe is realistic in light of everything. You want to just call this to a halt before it gets any saltier?
