Believe it or not there is a school for the future Gods and Goddesses of the Universe. The sons and daughters of the Gods and Goddesses need to learn how to control their powers, how to gather followers, how to pick a champion, and other things powerful beings need to know. There is a treaty allowing all the children of the Gods and Goddesses to go to the school without worrying about being attacked.

Definition

Lawful Good-typically acts with compassion, and always with honor and a sense of duty
Neutral Good-guided by his conscience and typically acts altruistically, without regard for or against Lawful precepts such as rules or tradition
Chaotic Good-favors change for a greater good, disdains bureaucratic organizations that get in the way of social improvement, and places a high value on personal freedom, not only for oneself, but for others as well
Lawful Neutral-typically believes strongly in Lawful concepts such as honor, order, rules and tradition, and often follows a personal code
Neutral-represents Neutral on both axes, and tends not to feel strongly towards any alignment. A farmer whose primary overriding concern is to feed his family is of this alignment.
Chaotic Neutral-an individualist who follows his or her own heart, and generally shirks rules and traditions. Although they promote the ideals of freedom, it is their own freedom that comes first. Good and Evil come second to their need to be free
Lawful Evil-sees a well-ordered system as being easier to exploit, and shows a combination of desirable and undesirable traits; while they usually obey their superiors and keep their word, they care nothing for the rights and freedoms of other individuals and are not averse to twisting the rules to work in their favor
Neutral Evil-typically selfish and has no qualms about turning on their allies-of-the-moment, and usually makes allies primarily to further their own goals.
Chaotic Evil-tends to have no respect for rules, other people's lives, or anything but their own desires, which are typically selfish and cruel

Begrudgingly follows in his father's footsteps, but just as Satan had chosen to stray off his path, Lucius plans to strike out on his own as well. He is merely attending the school in order to gain a better grasp of his powers and abilities. Calls himself "Lucius Cypher" to mock his father as well as a statement that he wasn't going to share his typical appearance.

Animal: Snakes and other serpentine creatures are his servants, including nagas (Snake people) and some types of dragons.
Followers: Most Satanist, pessimistic people, crazies who believe that even the devil deserves pity, and generally anyone else who'd bother to give Lucius the time of day. Though Lucius himself specifically covers both "Anti-Villains" and "Anti-Heroes": Those who would attempt to shed the shackles of their villainy, or those who would indulge in it for the greater good.

I don't consider Satan a God but I love thischaracter description. However his mother has to be a Supreme being or human. If human you either need to down grade his powers or make them unpredictable.

[Lucius Cypher]

I was thinking that his mother would be another Fallen Angel of lesser importance than the Big D, so while not quite "Human", he only has one godly parent with the other one just being more than human. Power Wise Lucius has most of his father's powers albeit watered down, but with the more unique ability to serve as an opposing force for both "Light" and "Dark": Lucius himself prefers to be based on Satan's past as Lucifer, giving him Seraph-like abilities, however Lucius does not align himself to holy powers and the like. He is, as one of his nickname may imply, "He who casts shadows", meaning that he also has powers to counter holy and light magic (Can't make shadows without light), often to create powerful dark magic. One of Lucius's weaknesses is against more neutral forces, or at least ones outside Holy and Demonic, Good or Evil, Light or Darkness. Against those I've mentioned and he'll do pretty well, but if you pit him against say, a fire god, well Lucius doesn't have much to fight back with unless it's hellfire or holy fire.

As it stands however, Lucius doesn't really know what his powers are, just that it's like his father's but also the opposite. Now if that refers to Satan or Lucifer, he'll figure out in the RP.
