Jacque hunched over slightly and titled his head slightly at Omega's choices, there was a glimmer of amusement in the ghoul's eyes despite the seemingly perpetual mask of annoyance. "Interesting combinations we've got here. Director, if you don't mind me asking, the missions we'll be doing will be mostly mundane in nature, right? I mean in the past eight months i've been here, of the very few solo missions i've received, only one involved a hostile supernatural, and it was still just a tracking mission with no actual contact with the creature.", Jacque stated as he propped his elbows up on his legs and brought his hands together a few inches away from his face as he waited for his answer.

Alastair smiled when he heard Omega's words he stood up when his new partner was speaking, Alastair walked up behind him, "So looks like we're temporary partners now I hope we have a general understanding of each other I didn't mean to start things off on the wrong foot but I've had bad experiences with your kind in the past. Alastair aaid lifting up his shirt to expose a vicious looking bite wound. "But I know that you're not like the other ghouls I met I'm glad." Alastair said smiling putting his hand behind his head.

Jack was slow to get to the meeting that morning. He wasn't much of a moving person, but he still did not want to be late the the grand opening if the new MIB supernatural division, to tell you the truth, Jack.saw no reason in this, he was just gonna sit around and twidle his thumbs while talking about his feeling with a bunch of sad little monsters. Jack was not one to talk, he was an alien after all. Jack walked the entrance of the MIB facility and went to his office to get all his important MID ID and other useless crap. After gathering his needed supplies, Jack walked in the meeting room, not surprised at the scene playing out in front of him, a bunch of teens, adults and kids playing show and tell. Jack walked further in the room and took a seat not to far away from the front of the room, but away from most of the participants.

Akari ran at full speed while skillfully avoiding anybody in her way. She cursed herself for waking up late because she had smashed her alarm clock for the annoying noise it made. She had been looking forward to the new division because she heard the missions assigned to the members of said division would probably be more interesting. It was not that the missions she had gone before were not but they were just not what she expected. Moreover, she was lusting for more action...and blood. Akari shook her head when her thirst for blood started to act up. She had forgotten to drink from the blood packs in her room which usually manage to quench her blood-thirst for several hours. She had swore to herself not to drink blood of another unless she wanted to cause intense pain to the receiver since she was not a 'smooth drinker'.

"Anyways...I should not think about that. I should greet my new comrades with a big smile!"
Seeing her destination in sight, Akari picked up speed and entered the room. She then jumped forward and landed on the seat next to Jack's.
"Whoops I landed quite far from the rest...Anyways, hello everybody!!!! Sorry I'm late!! The name's Akari! Let's get along~!"
She ended with a peace sign with a big grin on her face.

After a moment, she remembered meeting the person few times on missions and breaks. However, she had totally forgotten his name. The girl ran over to him and pat him on the back like he was her good buddy...which he could be...sadly Akari had forgotten. With a smile while patting the guy's back, she said.
"Nice to see you again, Gas-Mask guy!"
Akari did not know why but calling him 'Gas-Mask guy' was funny to her and she held her laughter in.

Maria listened attentively as the Omega told the group the new partner assignments. She furrowed her brow slightly upon hearing that she was to be paired with Ruvik. What? Maria was almost certain that the Omega did not think very highly of her and her gossipy tendencies, so why would he be assigning her to work with such a dangerous individual? The whole thing made no sense to Maria. As she contemplated the dilemma of sorts, Maria glanced at the other people assembled there, her curiosity with the Omega's decision piquing a renewed sense of interest for the others. Surely the Omega was more keen on at least one of them, so why had he chosen Maria of all people to partner with such a dangerous creature?

However, Maria didn't get a chance to deduce the Omega's intentions before Agent Wingate approached her. Maria could feel the older woman's gaze raking across her face, her piercing eyes grave. "It is a pleasure to meet you Agent Martinez." , the senior agent said to Maria in a stiff tone. Maria gave her a polite smile in response, a huge contrast to her usually unrestrained grin. "That goes to you too, Agent Wingate," Maria responded just as formally.

"As you have heard you have been chosen to be paired with Ruvik, but before I give his reins to you I need to assure you understand the true gravity of this burden." She said before her expression grew slightly darker. "Though he may appear to be one Ruvik is no man. He is not a companion to be trusted, he is not a servant to be relied on, and he is not a slave to be pitied. He is a tool the BSA uses, with great caution, to fight the forces that would threaten the masses." She said, her tone deadly serious. "And you will now be the one to use this tool, do you believe in all honesty that you are ready for this task?"

Maria nodded carefully, all traces of mirth erased from her countenance. "Thank you for informing me on the...true nature of Ruvik. I assure you, I do not underestimate the potential capabilities of the creature."

"Alright boys and girls the simulation will begin in a few minutes. The goal is not to blend in. Do not attract attention to yourselves. Alastair started wrapping up his arm is gauze so that he could blend in better for the simulation he always had to do this whenever he went out into the public so he was pretty fast at it he covered his arm quickly then walked to the edge of the table, "I'm ready." He said with anticipation.

"Very well Agent Martinez. Ruvik." Integra said before Ruvik flickered into view, standing beside the two women. "Ruvik, I will be giving you my final order. Is that understood?" She said, a slight tone of relief in her tone. "Yes madam Wingate." Ruvik said in his monotone manor. "You are to preform the bonding ritual with Agent Maria Martinez, the one who stands before you in this office at this moment in time. You are to do this before you break the bond you and I have shared for these many years. You will hold this bound with Agent Maria Martinez until she willingly transfers you to another sentient being she believes will not knowingly or unknowingly allow you to misuse your abilities. Is this understood." Integra said in a way that showed she had carefully chosen each and every word of that sentence. "Yes madam Wingate." Ruvik said, his voice still monotone, before turning to Maria. "The bounding is a rather unpleasant experience. Do tell me when you have prepared." Ruvik said, his expression still remaining blank. "It only last a moment Agent Martinez." Integra added.

Rachel watched the older lady talk to a younger woman. It looked like she was transferring possession of a ghost. She wondered why the only human in the room had been entrusted with his custody. Did the being need a human keeper for some reason? She looked around at the pairs gathering and was alittle sad that she would be on her own. She had been looking forward to having a partner. Maybe she would get on at a later date.

As Omega announced that the simulation would begin soon, Jacque tilted his head slightly which elicited a small string of pops from the vertebrae in his neck. The ghoul did no do this due to stiffness, as most physical sensations had long since stopped being of concern for him, rather, he did it simply for the enjoyment of the sound. Jacque turned to Alastair, observing the gauze around his partner's arm "Looks like you already understand the concept of blending in, but a word of advice: always have a convincing excuse to write off any oddity that would call attention to yourself. Here's some decent ones: You just bandaged your arm right? You're a burn victim and self conscious about it. I'm pretty pale compared to a normal human but still too active to show signs of anemia, right? Then I have leucism. Similar to albinism, but without the lack of pigmentation in my eyes, hence the reason my eyes are still grey. These little excuses can mean a world of difference if you can pull them off" he stated as he rose from the chair he sat in. As Jacque strode over to his partner, he gave Martinez, Ruvik, and Integra a wide berth and not so much as a second glance as the ritual was not his business, however the moment he passed by Rachel his scowl returned once more, though he made no hostile advance on the witch despite every fiber of his being telling him to sink his teeth into her neck and continue biting until he could no longer feel her pulse. 'I'm going to need a truck load of meat at the end of the day, I can feel it already' Jacque thought with an irritated sigh as he stood by Alastair.

Alastair smiled at the advice his partner gave him, "You can always say you have colored contacts in and thanks or the advice about my arm that's actually are pretty clever idea. Also I see you don't care much for the witch bad experience in the past or just don't like them?" He asked curiously he could actually see himself being partners with this guy he seemed pretty laid back and they seemed to have some mutal respect for each other which Alastair liked. "Also if everything goes right and we do become partners we'll have to go out to celebrate it'll be on me all the meat you can get your hands on." He said with a laugh getting read for the simulation.

The room around them changed. One minute they were standing in the meeting room the next they were standing on the side of a street. The street looked the Strip in Los Vegas. Blending in here would be easier then some areas. Big cities like this people don't notice other people as much. It was night time. The sounds, smell, and feel of the city was as real as if they were in the city itself. They could even feel the people brushing past them as they moved past the group.
