You skim IC posts because "the ridiculously bloated posts are EXTREMELY frustrating."
Unlike everyone else, you only show up irregularly here in the OoC, where everyone else uses either the IRC and/or PMs as well as occasional OoC posts.

We almost daily talk things over with Echo, Sep and Fallen, and almost as often with the rest. Except you, who just come here to complain about posts being too long for you to bother reading.

One tip for the future, Freeshooter:
If your computer can run a browser, it can most certainly run an IRC client. The technology behind IRC dates back to the 80's.

It might not support mibbit, but thats because mibbit isn't a good IRC client. A quick google search will reveal lots of other clients out there, and it ain't hard to get onto the Guild IRC from one of them.

You're willing to look on the positive side of large posts and take on that challenge as you mentioned what you handle in free. That makes you a trooper in my head cause you're willing to play with players that write more then Free or what you usually might write. Some people think those who write more often in Advance are strictly snobs or elitist, believing themselves above everyone else who can't write like them. A totally false belief, just like Free level is filled with a bunch of people who are too lazy to use spell check or write casual. In all cases, it's more about preference in fun than anything about a person's writing skill or attitude. Note these aren't my own thoughts just common thoughts I see others express when they fail to understand my last point. You and many other rpers don't share this thought process, that's why. :p

Oh, okay! Thanks Fallen! By the way, those I was referencing were from the Minecraft Forums... though, I guess that group could still be considered 'free', as they did move over to the free section over here. Most of my larger scale post RPing (Albeit, not as much as you guys! Still going to take a bit to get used to) are from my own RP's I've created. I do hope upon our move to this site after wrapping up the RP, to hopefully be as successful as you guys. I'll have Lavulman in charge of accepting apps, so I'm pretty sure we have that part in tact!

I just can't wait to start writing IC, as that's my favorite part (Uh, duh?)! I haven't even gone though such a long CS check as I am now, but I understand why. Get all the hard work done upfront, then let the fun stuff roll out the mouth like foam. Excuse that visual, I've recently opened my horizon and joined a 'Dungeon Keepers' RP... they have some pretty weird stuff going on over there.

By the way, does anyone happen to notice if LiverisGood is still her? I saw they were some of the first people to post in the RP (Ugh... I'm going to go through these 40 pages if it kills me!), and saw that they have a character I might be able to work with. Since Rose (AKA Luitgard, as she was known as Rose before the edits in the PM that only two of you know about) will eventually be making it to the same city everyone is inside of now, I thought I might need to have someone for my character to interact with once she arrives. I'm planning on her arriving at the gates of the city, to be stopped by the guards and questioned. Of course, no matter what story she comes up with (Or, for as dramatic as hers will be), she'll be taken in to talk it over to the guards. Unless someone else has made a character related to the guards.

There was a good while the RP was foundering a bit because of lacking purpose. That was when she (or he?) dropped.

Ahh, okay. Thanks Ellri. I'll just have to come up with some generic NPC for her to meet with. I might be able to use the same person LiverisGood was talking to in he/she's first few posts.

Hmm, maybe I should have my character be following in the footsteps of every character? lol. I'd never get to the point of meeting up with anyone else if I did that. I'd have to read through 50 or so more posts before I would be ready for that xD

Also a question for when I make my first IC after being accepted: Should I go through anyone to make sure it's okay, or just post it using my own judgement? I won't be including anyone else's characters in my first post, other than possibly the general/whoever-he-was one of the older RPers had mentioned before.

I'm assuming you mean Roan Adonis, my PC? Though to be honest, more connections the better when it comes to IC. It helps drag your PC into the story really, otherwise you're trying to play that awkward stage of getting to know PCs and that can serious cause massive problems.
