Two would be fine, honestly. Bridge Bunnies are pretty fun and three characters is fine. More the that is a bit much for this particular RP, though.

Unfortunately Vita's not been feeling well, so the chance of this starting today is exceptionally slim.

Although it gives me more time to work on my character I guess so um yeah. ^^;

That being said, I'm really liking our cast and have settled on what I'm doing for my second character(Sumiko doesn't count as she's more of a very important NPC).

Yo, Unending/XLeg, wanna plan out some relationships beforehand between the SEED peeps? Considering how they're all co-workers and stuff.

Hm...well, head-canonically, I was thinking that Ikuu would have been in SEED for five or so years, starting out as a MagiTech tester and eventually going into the field operative sorta thing after three or so years. So the earliest they could have met is when the Bunnies were 25 and 13. Think they'd have any reason to interact with someone who has prosthetics for all his limbs though?

Kaede would probably interact with Ikuu out of curiosity. As for Hiroko, I'm drawing blanks.

Mm...how would she approach him though? Just go straight up and ask why he doesn't have normal arms and legs? XD And I was thinking that Hiroko would just know Ikuu from Kaede. Perhaps they ate dinner together or something. I could imagine Ikuu asking Hiroko for cooking lessons, if they're close enough.

Sure thing, but I can't say I've got any great ideas at the moment.

Hmm, maybe Masaki could be the one in charge of maintaining Ikuu's prosthetics?

I'm not sure how Ikuu would take to Masaki's sour attitude, but Masaki would respect (and not comprehend) Ikuu's ability to appear so happy despite his condition. He'd still be curt and dismissive with him, but likely a little less so than with most others.

How are the Magitech girls brought to the room that Ayaka is in, though? Are they escorted by some kind of SEED representative after being taken out of class, or something else?

Well, classes are over, and they're basically all told to stay behind and head to a certain room by school faculty, who were contacted by SEED about this.
