Not really, I'd rather not go in to detail because it ruins the plot, The whole reason these dreams started is because they were friends before hand.

Two Handed Blade

Dragon; Fire Red. Some people call this the 'standard' dragon, a normal red, fire breathing dragon. though don't ever call them 'standard' to their face, you'll probably end up as ash!

Two Handed Blade;
The blade used by warriors of immense strength, also called a 'Zweihander' Literally meaning "Two hands" Impossible to weild without using both hands This weapon represents strength and dedication to using such a weapon.

Energy Blades; When the blade its swung He can generate a 'blade' of energy that forms from the tip of the blade itself and then be thrown off in a specific direction, it travels about 30m before dispersing.
Requirement; Upon each use he must say (out loud, whisper, mutter ect, doesn't matter how loud) a chemical equation of some description, The blade when swung must not be stopped mid swing, otherwise the energy dissipates.
Cost; Upon each use his hair grows 1cm longer. each CM is a different colour (Any colour possible, not just normal hair colour.

Power; Blink, Phi can teleport to any location she can see, Within 40m. This is accompanied by a slight popping noise and smell of freshly mown grass.
Limitations; She must see the location, it must be under 40ms away, she cannot take other people with her. She must 'blink' in that direction consciously when activating the skill
Cost; Her clothes will randomly swap with another party members after use, They will ajust sizes to fit, and if taken off and swapped back they will return to standard size.

First off, how would this work exactly? Like, how would you suggest to describe this process? Would the clothes just spontaneously switch with someone else without much notice or...?
And second, I am assuming that her clothes solely swap with female party members, correct? I mean, it would make everything much more complicated if not.

Any member of the party, Instantaneous swap/size change, and yes, its going to be complicated. Also, have you not noticed another member has the disadvantage of colour changing clothes?
the whole cost/limit thing was set to provide a source of comedy in what would otherwise be a VERY dark roleplay.
