Simple, make it so the opponent picks the song out of the available choices. Also, the ability seems insanely OP, as you can use it on any target to effectively remove them from the battle for a long period of time (however long the shortest song is). I mean, just imagine if he got the Black King with it. ...thinking ... Actually, I see no problem with this. Carry on.

Exactly. Even though Jukebox is an assassin, this is what a proper tank should be built as. Not some brute with a bunch of health, but someone to can control aggro and force his opponents to face them, whether that's a good idea or not. But that's also what's going to be Arms Slave next ability; he did just level up from this rampage after all.

Taunting Target - Arms Slave becomes the sole target of any hostile Avatar Ability or Perk within a hundreds feet around him. Allies within this area cannot be targeted directly. Additionally, he will be alerted of when he is being targeted and by whom.

So I am an Assassin that is an inadvertent Tank through sheer eye-catching-ness. If Arms Man is Godzilla, Unrelenting Jukebox is a cacophony of fireworks, both are very distracting, but only one can take an RPG to the face...

I really like Jukebox's dancing thing, but now I'm conflicted about having it! :(

Well given that Moon Rider and Stuffed Bunny had a 1 hour 20 minute chat, and stuffed bunny logged out shortly after the city was turned to a crater, I'm guessing at least that much has passed. So any ability you used during the initial battle that has a 1 hour cool down is likely ready to use now. It's also sometime in the afternoon, presumably.

If it's any consolation, it also works well as an assassin; it forces your target (Which could be anyone) to dance to the death with you in a battle most are likely not prepared to deal with. It fits the "One move one kill" philosophy of an assassin, but with a lack of subtly. Nothing wrong with that.
