Simon was relived the other wasnt angry for his mistake. A visible disappointment passing him as the other told him he didnt see anyone either. What could have happened? The unsettling feeling bobing up in Simons focus.
The question that was asked, made SImon be thankfully. He bussied his mind away from the nagging feeling to the problem at hand.

He himself wasnt cold as he anticipated that it would be cold. He even took some warm cloths for his sister and mother if he found them by chance. He could offer them to him.....but Simon was pretty sure offering woman cloths to someone who wears a leather jacket wouldnt be the best idea. Including the fact the man looked stronger than him. Or at least the impression simon was getting from him was like that.

''Follow me. '' He said getting a idea. Instead of just walking back to the 24-00 shop it was better to try find some more people. After he made his way on the opposite side of the street looking left and right as if checking if there are cars on the street. Explaining his idea seeing the other following him. '' As much as I can remember the hospital has its own power generation, you know because of the patients whose life depending on the working of machines. On top if its a hazard situation of some sort hospitals would be a hot spot for people to go.Evacuation and such.''

At least thats how it goes in the books and mangas. And hopefully we arent in some hazard, or air poison situation... He added in his mind, smiling politely at the other. The hospital wasnt too far away maybe 10-15 minutes walk. His eyes still scanning the building as if hoping to see some other flashlight on the windows glass.
''I am Simon, you can call me just Sim if you want. '' He offered his hand for a officially nice to meet you handshake.
''Well the situation we meet could have been better but this situation is surely one of the more interesting ones.''

Kit's face fell with disappointment when Sandy explained as to why her idea wouldn't work, but she quickly pushed the feeling aside when she caught sight of two humans. She looked to Sandy and she grinned a bit when he told her to follow his lead and think of this as a prank. Of course, the grin didn't last long. She quickly contorted her face into one of fear, and she had her hand around Sandy's tighten until her knuckles were white, but she made sure that she didn't hurt Sandy's hand. She walked with her 'big brother' until the boy with the flashlight spoke out loud, with paranoia in his voice. Kit spoke up, with tears streaking down her face, and she tried to rub her tears away with her free hand,

"Mom...Mom and Dad...We-We don't know where they are...!"

She hiccuped as she spoke, as though she had been crying hours before she and her 'older brother' met up with the two boys. She wanted to add that she was scared, but she had a feeling that that was just going to make the boy with the flashlight even more scared himself. For now, she looked like she was trying to fight off the fear that she was 'feeling' right now.

“Sure, whatever.” Agreeing to the “condition” with a shrug, given it wasn’t even that far of a distance, Gavin looked around before asking, “What’s your name. Don’t really just want to say, “Hey,” or, “You.” Mine’s Gavin if you care.” Hopefully the other male didn’t think Gavin was some demon trying to trick him into revealing a real name or something.
Before any reply could be given though, a shift in the direction the other boy’s flashlight was pointed caught his own attention. Following it, he saw a red-haired male alongside a younger blonde, both of which seemed fairly distressed. A glance out of the corner of his eyes told him, that yes, seeing the state of these two probably wasn’t helping the other boy’s mental health. While he did feel a bit relieved to see more and more people, he couldn’t help but also feel that relief would be short lived if things continued to spiral downwards.

Stepping forward where the other had stepped back, Gavin tried to keep himself calm. He had managed to grasp onto the persona that he wore while at school despite the eerie and unsettling sensations at the start, but seeing others was affecting him more than he’d liked. He stopped a few meters from the pair and frowned for a few moments before he pushed his suspicions aside. The two didn’t really look like brother and sister for one, looking nothing alike one another. That they had taken to wandering the pitch black night without even a source of light was something he found strange too, though it did explain why they seemed scared shitless.

Pulling his phone out, he turned it on for a moment just to check the time before looking back up at the pair. “Not sure what happened to you two, but it’s only been about 10 minutes since this started for me.” Putting aside what the male had said as just a figure of speech, he shook his head. “No idea. That guy thinks it’s something supernatural, and the longer this drags out the more inclined I am to agree,” he said, gesturing at the boy that stayed away from the three of them. Talking was actually fairly good and he could feel himself calming down as he fell back into his relaxed speech. “Name’s Gavin by the way.”

Shivering constantly, Kai seemed to think that it was the coldest night ever. Thankfully after a few moments wait for an answer, he received a grand one. A hospital? Now that would be something else. The amount of space that place would have would be great to get out of the cold and be able to go take a jog as well. Once I and If I ever warm up that is....

He continued to listen to his companion as he accompanied him towards this hospital. It was good to hear the place had its own source of power and that there could be people there. He needed to find more people because he was starting to miss his family and fears started trying to creep up on him, that they are locked away and he's about to be locked away in a lonely world himself. So far though he's been able to shake off those thoughts as 'nonsense'.

Then his new friend introduced himself and Kai took the opportunity to introduce himself with style, "It has been a pleasure to meet you Sir Simon," he said with a smile which quickly turned into a smirk as he tried to stop from laughing. Then after finishing shaking his hand he introduced himself with a grand wave of his arm, "I'm Kai or if you want my full name-then I'm Kai Grant." he said this with an open smirk now plastered on his face.

He then nodded thoughtfully when Simon spoke about their encounter and responded with, "Yep we find out our lovely town is a seeming ghost town and somehow meet up with one another and we're about the same age and now we are headed to a hospital with no injuries or appointment.... Hmm, Well I do wonder where our future will lead us next." He said thoughtfully.

Being called sir simon made him grin in a silly manner. He liked the guy, he knew how to crack a joke. That was good especially to keep mind of dark situation possible. Especially the what ifs, like what if this is a evacuation because there will bombs fall on their heads. It was just a random idea, there was surely a logical explanation.

No he wasnt totally exited because something mysterious was happening...That would be wrong, if it was a dream it would be fine.
''Thank you sooo much for having a short name, I am sure I can remember Kai. Or shall I call you sir Kai.'' He said really happy about it, usually it was really easy to forget names, sometimes he didnt paid attention or he nicknamed some of his peps or was to busy thinking about the countless name of his story characters to add now names of real people to the list.

Nodding as they walked listening to the other response. '' Well Kai, it sounds like a start of a adventure. A mystery adventure. And dont worry the personal in the hospital knows me well. I come there pretty often around. Knowing the layout pretty well, including where the nurses keep the cupcakes....''

Felling there was a need for some more explanation he added. ''My younger sister is sickish and as the man in the house I take care of her and mother.''He smiled even if the smile was more away and more acted as a mask than anything. Feeling he already said a lot more to a practical stranger than he intended. On other hand there was little harm to it. They will find their families and probably never again see each other. Or Sim will not have ever the time to invest into a new friendship. Or at good last it was a dream and he could enjoy himself.
''Want a hug..........erm... just to warm you up you know.'' He said remembering he did gave a promise and he should hold it breaking promise was a really bad idea, especially the random ones given out aloud. He opened his arms and tilted his head, hoping the question didnt sound too weird.

"My name is Sam. This is my little sister - Her name is Kit," Salare answered, lying once again. His real name was too abnormal and they would immediately figure that he was out of place here if he called himself Salare. He turned to the small female and stroked her hair with his free hand in a comforting gesture, as if he really were her big brother - Anything to keep them in the clear with the humans. However, Sandman soon stopped his affectionate action and looked to Gavin.

"I'm just glad to have found two other people...Have you seen anyone else?" 'Sam' asked a question, though he stayed hand in hand with Kit. "We live on the other side of town, and we haven't seen hide nor hair of anyone else...It feels like a horrible nightmare," He shivered at the thought, though he himself had long since forgotten what it was like to wake up in the dead of the night after a nightmare. Every time he shut his eyes to drift off to sleep, all he heard was the sound of clocks, ticking away loudly as they reminded him of his job that required his attention 24/7.

"I-If it is something paranormal, then we should find as many people as we can. Strength in numbers,"

If Arguis was not in such a giving mood, he would have throttled the nasty piece of trash they called the beast. From his vantige point, he could make out the fform of a human, but he could not clearly see it from were he was standing. Unfortunately, the beast had already beat him to it, and was already on her way there. Arguis jumped off the roof of the building and onto the ground. He started to stroll down the dark streets in search of the humans, he heard voices not to far from were he was, and he sprinted towards them. He ran into an alley and looked out the entrance, across the street was Sandman and Kit, who were talking to some human's. Arguis stood silently, and waited for the humans to make a move, if they did he would be there to end them. For now, Arguis would only observe from the shadows.

Kai chuckled, "There is no need to thank me for the name, its my dad and ma that gave it to me." He then heard the added question. He actually considered the proposition of being called Sir Kai for a second-before the smart part of his brain told him that his head was getting too big for his shoulders. "Nah, Kai is just fine."

Kai grinned when Simon voiced the idea of a mystery adventure. It did sound exciting to him and challenging both of which were very appealing. The other thing that occurred to him as he talked with Simon was that he didn't think of the guy as a stranger, really. Maybe it was his easygoing and polite manner, or something unexplainable. Whatever it was, Kai definitely considered the guy his friend.

As they continued on their way, Kai respectly kept silent at Simon's reassurance about the Hospital and mention of the cupcakes. Good to know that I guess, but I'm not afraid of getting lost there and cupcakes are alright, but I'm not a big fan. He would of mentioned his thoughts aloud but he was concerned about disappointing Simon and he didn't think it was a worthwhile thing to mention if that was the only result.

He was about to say something when Simon decided to open up about his family. It was a little tough to hear about someone his age take care of his family all on their own. The other thing about it was that Kai could tell that it was uncomfortable for Simon to even talk about it, and it made Kai feel a little guilty for letting it happen.

Then he got offered a hug, he felt a little awkward but after a few moments thought, "Sure." he replied.

After the hug and maybe about ten minutes later, Kai noticed a building and wondered about it. "Hey simon, is that big building to our right with the green roof and has a cross on a sign out front the Hospital?", that he pointed to over to their right and about a block away.

Simon was relived that it didnt look too awkward, for Kai to return the hug. They continued their walk passing cars, and even more empty looking places. wonder if some of this car are left open and working Crosses Simons mind, sure he never drove a car, but it was a interesting idea to keep around. Just in case, his imagination was offering several in case scenarios and some were really interesting.

"Hey simon, is that big building to our right with the green roof and has a cross on a sign out front the Hospital?"
Kai broke his attention in front of them and Simon nodded to the observation. ''Yes that is. The sign in front of it saying ''Saint Christophers Hospital'' Is a dead give away too. '' He added with a nice smile, as he walked up to the gates which lead to the Hospital parking and driveway. The metal gate was wide open like always. Stepping thought them his eyes focused at the building. Not a single light on the windows. The ambulance car was just being in front of the double doors. Its back and front doors all open.

The silence chilling him and making him uncomfortable. '' Do they not know someone may still the ambulance car? Even the keys are still in....'' He said it aloud, it was eerie to him. Walking past the front doors of the hospital the inside was just as empty. But at least there it wasnt as cold. Noticing a light source he sprinted up to the information desk with out a word. Leaning over it he noticed that it was a laptop left open that was giving off the light.
He picked it up, frowning at seeing it left unlocked. ''How weird....look kai it was left in mid typing of a email... No one does that at least one would close the lid or?...'' There was no internet connection but considering there was a power out and the hospital itself was in the dark plunged...which did make even less sense. It wasnt surprising the rooters were out of power too. He really didnt know what to do now. Wandering the hospital with the flash light? Searching for the basement generator and turn it on? Simon KNEW there were patients who couldnt be moved the lack of any nurse or doctor or even a janitor, was just wrong.
He rubbed the bridge of his nose, he felt tired. He really wished he was asleep in bed and sweetly recharging his batteries.

''What would you do now Kai?'' He questioned, feeling a bit like a liar for not seeing any life in this place.

"Fine fine, I shall refrain from dirty and unethical thoughts my ghostly companion." Jackson would say to the man of smoke that stood next to him now. "So, we must search for humans now, yes?" He asked before taking in an unnaturally long breath, showing yet more of his trouble with adjusting to this world.
"We should start our search as soon as possible, where do you think Humans would be in a situation like this?" He asked Mytch before placing his hand to his chin in thought like some sort of over-expressive actor. "Hmm, police stations and Hospitals still exist, correct? If so then we should check one of them with utmost urgency!"
(Shit post, I know. I've been super freaking busy so I don't have time for anything more than this)

Mytch nodded along with Jackson. "Police stations maybe, but I'd be willing to bet that they'd be looking for others." He pulled out his watch and looked at it, more for his own comfort of habit than anything else. "Maybe they're in the streets, or in other houses, looking for friends or neighbours."
He glanced around, not seeing anything in the immediate vicinity, and then glanced down at himself, shifting between his feet. Suddenly, he looked to Jackson and, in a rare bout of insecurity, asked, "Am I too intimidating? Some people are intimidated by height, maybe I should pick a different form?"

Watching the humans from afar, listening in with sharp ears...the beast wasn't getting much, other than their idea of perhaps going to important public places in hopes of humans gathering 'round like a confused flock of sheep. Taking a moment to leaned on the branch a little more, stretching out her body a little, the beast finally sat up before dropping down onto the dirt once more. Noiselessly making her way to the hospital...

The main doors slid open as she entered the building, having taken measures to hop and skip forward quickly ahead of whatever groups was going to gather soon. Now, all that was left to do was wait. The stark white of the interior walls seemed to try and project a cleanliness, but under the scent of medicine there was the sickness that emanated from the ill--none of which were still present, due to the spell, but the old scent remained like a scar. Padding along on her dirty, bare feet, brushing a dirty hand through her hair, the beast strode purposefully through the halls, curiously observing what she saw as an oppressive environment.

One of the first doors down the first hall was to some sort of cleaning room. Machines that rumbled and tumbled and swirled about, baskets of dirty and even filthy clothing were to the side, and clean cloth of sorts were folded on shelves. Crouching to the basket of the cleanest looking cloth, she pulled out the medical scrubs and tossed them over shoulder, in the beast's hands was a relatively clean white coat of a jacket...relatively clean, as in, just a few deep red blood stain. Righting herself, the beast held the coat out before her, tilting her head this way and that before, finally, pulling it on.

"Look...This seems to be an emergency situation. A good idea would be for us to go to a police station or a hospital...Which ever is closer," Salare added, turning and looking around. He could see the District General Hospital in the distance, and he thought for about it for a long time before gesturing for Gavin and Atlas to follow him. "This way. We can make it to the hospital, it doesn't seem too far," He added, the Sandman leading the way with Kit, hand in hand with his 'little sister' still. He wasn't confident in his ability to direct the group to the hospital, and the paranoid Atlas felt a shiver of dread tingle up his spine as he watched the stranger walk away. He glanced towards Gavin, fear evident on his face before he took a deep breath and clutched to the wrench, walking behind the person calling himself 'Sam' at a slowed pace.

It only took ten minutes to reach the hospital, where the sign that said "Saint Christopher's Hospital" was completely unlit. Had all power truly left the world when he froze it? That wasn't a good sign. To be lost in darkness, in a world that he himself barely knew... That would be a dead give away. He approached the doors which thankfully we're stuck partially open. And even the Sandman had to admit to himself that this hospital was the thing of nightmares. Dark, squeaky clean and not a soul in sight. Well, except for the Beast's presence which he could feel in this building, only just down the hall from them. If she hasn't turned human, then it's going to be a dead give away... He thought, his eyes narrowing on the door.

"Perhaps we should take a look around...There has to be other people around," Salare said, looking to the other two males. Atlas shook his head as he heard a noise coming from the same room that 'Sam' had been looking at.

"No way. Screw this, I'm out! T-There could be Aliens in there, or worse!" He took a few steps back, and then bolted it out of the hospital, leaving Gavin with both 'Sam' and his little sister. Sandman ran his free hand through his own hair. Some humans were daft enough to let their fears get to them in such a way that they could hardly trust anyone... In the end it left them broken and dysfunctional.

"...I hope he finds what he's looking for..." Salare muttered, looking to the ground. "But there's no point in chasing after him if he's just going to keep running,"

After a shorter talk and exchange of ideas on what to do. Simon and Kai made their way to look thought the patients rooms. Maybe there was someone hiding. Before hand, they could have pass someone as the hospital was big. But in opposite to all known horror movies they would not separate to cover more ground instead left a massage.
Simon pulled a paper and pen out of his bag. Writing on it with nice handwriting, instead of his usually barely readable one.

Kai Grant and Simon Plagiro passed here. Now searching the hospital, not yet left. Quite happy with the message he left it on the reception desk, hoping if someone will notice it there. But not really having any idea how to make it more noticeable at the first glance.

''Okay lets go the stairs are on the end of the hallway. We have to use them instead the elevator.'' Walking away they both started peeking in the various rooms. Each time being disappointing. For Simon the place looked more than just empty it was like it was left in one moment in mid of drinking a cup of coffee or other... It was sending him shivers down the spine. Up the stairs they took a moment deciding which way too go. The flash lights shining over the corridors.
Simon was about to just walk down one way when he stopped. Did he just heard a door of some sort? Silently waiting for more sounds...It could have been his imagination. It probably was, in this shiver sending place even the heart beat sounded rudely loud. They started walking again peeking in every room that wasnt locked.
