Kalinda pushed up from the table, leaving her barely touched food behind. She didn't want to sit there any longer. She sighed, was it possible that less than two hours ago she was happily, and now...she sighed again, and walked out the cafeteria

Anthony shakes his head as he sits down and replies, "I gave her a letter that was addressed to her, and she ran out of the class we were in. I don't know who the letter was from though, I just know that someone didn't want Phoebe to have it." He rubs his chin and continues, "It's weird. I feel as if I witnessed something that would give a clue to where she had gone, but something's keeping me from remembering it."

Ben walked outside of the main building and crawled up one of the walls. He sticks to the wall by his feet and rests on his ankles while he tries to imitate different types of clothing, as well as trying out the stealth setting and the face changer.

She took a spork-ful of her beef slices and shoved it into her mouth. Some beef was still dangling out of her mouth while she signed: ”So what do we do about it? Is she safe?”

She gobbled down her food, and grabbed another spork-ful.

Anthony frowns, "I'm not sure. I'm positive that the staff has noticed her disappearance by now, and are deciding what to do about it. Perhaps we could find a way to listen in?"

Kalinda didn't know where she was going, she was pretty much just walking. She looked about when she heard some small noise, frowning when she didn't she anything.

the last place anyone looks is up her mothers voice. She remembered that, when she first started with her flight.

So she looked up, the curious, she took a deep breath, and leaped into the air kind of ungraciously. At least she wasn't wearing a skirt.

"Hey, spider-boy" she said when she was in the air "what are you doing?"

Ben stops while his suit is in the form of on owl-themed onesie and looks up at Kalinda. He responds with a smile, "I built this really high-tech suit with my dad, and I'm just trying out the different features, looking for bugs, that sort of thing. Why aren't you at lunch?""

"You look ridiculously cute in that owl" Kalinda said with a laugh, then shrugged "I don't eat much. I don't eat meat, don't like the taste of it-I even dislike vegetables cooked with meat. I prefer to cook my own food" she said, "and I probably sound weird"

”I’m not exactly the stealthiest,” she pointed at her ears jokingly, with a jester’s smile. ”Maybe you can do something, oh great son of Luthor.” she mockingly bowed and flung a pea at Anthony.

Ben tilts his head and repeats, "You don't eat meat? I can't imagine not eating meat! What kind of stuff do you cook?" As he waits for an answer, his suit begins to change rapidly again, imitating everything from a NYPD officer's uniform to clown clothes.

Anthony absentmindedly catches the pea and sets it on the table, thinking. [i]"Someone owes me a favor, I could get them to wear a bug. However, I'd rather not call upon the favor just yet. Is there anyone you could convince to wear a bug? If not, I could try to tap the room where they hold the big meetings."

Kalinda watched his outfit change amused "well, I cook what ever taste good. If you use herbs and spices everything can be amazing. Salads, fried veggies, fruit salad, veggie cassoral was...I could go on but I'm probably boring you"

Ben shakes his head, "Not at all." He straightens his body and starts walking down, his body perpendicular to the wall. Once on the ground, he asks, "Want to see something?"

Austin quickly ate, as usual nearly inhaling his food. He leaned back in the chair and stretched out, looking at Connor. He then said," so, you gonna ask Kijani out? You gotta dude. You did kiss her after all." He chuckled softly, folding his arms. He then said," and don't you dare say that your too shy to do so."

"Has my father died and his soul bonded with you?" Connor said with a laugh, "I want to, but haven't talked with her all day. Maybe I scared her off"

Anthony nods, "If you're comfortable doing it, go for it." He clears his throat, then asks, "On a more personal note, do you have plans for tonight? I'd like to take you out."

Ben leaps over Kalinda's head, flips in the air and completely disappears, landing silently behind her.

Anthony nods, "If you're comfortable doing it, go for it." He clears his throat, then asks, "On a more personal note, do you have plans for tonight? I'd like to take you out."

"No... Meet me outside the girls' dorm tonight then. I hate a late date. I will end you if you show up late.. See you later, scrub" she threatened with a fork, then smiled. She got her backpack and left Anthony at the table for her next class.

Austin chuckled and said," nah, it's just my job." He grinned then suddenly snorted in laughter. He then said," I doubt you scared her off." He then snorted again and said," did you tell your dad yet?" He grinned largely, waiting for the answer. He didn't know too much about Connors father, but what he did know that would make an interesting conversation.

"I woke up late and barely had enough time to get dressed and run out to make gym" Connor said, "so
No, I haven't spoken with him since...two days ago"

Kalinda spun about, looking around, "impressive" she let her blocks down a little, just enough to search for where he was using his emotions.

Kijani was relaxing after class in the cafeteria, halfway through a cheeseburger and almost at the end of a book. The noise of the place had fallen away, and she was completely absorbed in the novel. Connor's white jacket lay in a garment bag beside her on the bench... She didn't know how to approach him at the moment. She'd seen him with his usual friends, and didn't know the protocol- would it be more embarrassing to go to him with his friends around? Or would it make him more popular because he had a cute girl to talk to? She really had no idea, and no one to ask.

Devika sat on the outskirts of the cafeteria, picking at her food. Today was an off day for her on all accounts. Physically, she felt huge and unwieldy and ugly. Mentally, she felt far behind even the youngest students. She'd sat through fighting theory with none other than Captain America, and knew that she had a long way to go. Honestly, she was starting to doubt herself again, and it was all she could do to actually sit through the classes at all.

Ben reappears right in front of Kalinda, then takes a few steps back. "Thank you," he says, obviously proud of his work, "I think it'll definitely come in handy some day. You mentioned that you can travel through shadows, care to demonstrate?"

Anthony smiles and replies in sign language, "I'll see you then." He continues eating after Sue walks off.
