Once Connor was satisfied she was steady, he stepped out of the suit, it folding up quickly. Slipping it in his pack, he smiled and said, "it is amazing up there" he said, "I would happily take you up any time"

He looked about, checking they were in the right street, and that they hadn't caught too much attention

"I do not know how to catagories you. You are special to us...to me. I have never had someone special. You have given me many new experiences today. I would return that favor. What new experience do you desire?" Griffin replied. He wanted to give her something in return of everything she had given him. Griffin agreed.

Kalinda glanced up. "Sp-special?" Easy. Calm yourself. She had never had anyone regard her as that. "I want to fly without fear of falling"

"We can do that. We will take you flying. If you begin to fall we will catch you. Do you wish to go now or tomorow?" Griffin was all business. He was glad that she had chosen something they could easily give her. They had been flying since they were young.

"We could go now" Kalinda said. Night time didn't bother her-she could see quite well.

"Alright. Let us go outdoors."Griffin stands and heads for the door. "Do you take off from the ground or a high place?"

Kalinda followed, locking the door behind them. "I normally just push off from the ground" she said, "I am not really too sure how to explain how I do it"

"That is fine. We can take off from either." Griffin headed to out of the door. It was colder now that the sun had set. Give her our jacket. It isn't much but it is better then nothing. Griffin took off the jacket he had slipped on upon leaving Kalinda's room and put it around her shoulders. "We will change form if that does not scare you."

Kalinda accepted the jacket because it was cold. She slide her arms into the sleeves, "that's okay" she said, looking about. It was a clear night, which was good. She took a few deep breaths, before pushing off from the ground

Griffin quickly changes to his yeti form before taking off. He made sure that his flight path was directly below Kalinda's. "Your take off is good."

"I've never found it hard to take off" Kalinda said, hovering where she was.

"It is important to start of well. Let us fly around the academy ground." Griffin stayed below. He studied the way she balanced her body.

Unlike Zack and Griffin, Estella was having trouble coping with two minds in her head. The two wanted control and she had no outlet. Was this why the others eventually went crazy? The two constantly vying for superiority. What made it worse was they both knew it. Swapping rapidly between the two she argued with herself. Kuinu started first. "Give up child. You know you can't win." Not willing to give in she held on strong. "I won't let you. You don't know how to live in this world." Chuckling Kuinu responded. "I know how to survive. Eventually something will come and you will fall" Back and forth, her mind couldn't take the constant bickering. Neither were giving in but in the end only one could exist in her head for long.

The strain caused their body to black out, but their minds continued fighting. They took their opposing forms. Kuinu with the new stronger body, and Estella the former younger body. Mentally they grappled for what would have been an eternity. Until Estella came up with an idea. It was risky, but it was the only way she could figure out to end this. She stopped fighting Kuinu and hugged her. Unsure what the girl was doing Kuinu tried to push her away. "What are you doing. Let go." Keeping a tight grip Estella didn't let up. "No! If we can't survive as two then we'll have to do so as one. Whatever that may be." Unable to escape the two minds merge together, the outcome uncertain.

Back in the real world Estella wakes um. dazed and confused she picked herself up and wandered the grounds. She looked up at the sky and saw Griffin and Kalinda. She debated whether to say hello or not. The decision took longer than usual but eventually she held up a hand and called out. "Zack... Griffin." She was having trouble remembering the girls name. They only met briefly.

Griffin turns his attention to the voice from below. "Who calls to us?"

Kalinda, met by this distraction, dropped a few feet before catching herself. She sighed. Distractions were a big part of why she commonly fell. She hadnt yet developed the ability to fky without thinking. She looked down, didn't say anything

"You must keep your body flat. Flying is alot like swimming. You must relax." Griffin told Kalinda.

Right, she had changed. Even her voice had changed. How would she explain that. She would have to grapple with that later, her mind wasn't clear enough yet. "It's me, Estella" But she says under her breath. "At least I'm pretty sure I am."

"You do not look or sound like Estella. Nor do you seem to be sure of who you are explain." Griffin directed only part of his attention to the girl on the ground. Estella was important to Zack, but Kalinda was important to him. It was not easy guving both the attention they needed but they could do so.
