She never quite said it did she? But then, he never said it either. Before she could pull away again, before she could put that distance between them once more, he grabbed her gently around the waist to hold her in place. He didn't even think about it.

"You think entirely too much" he said softly, brushing away any tears that fell. "The word is love. You never meant to love me. But that's okay. I always meant to love you. I know how we got here. I never gave up. It was also heartening to see you relax, as much as you can, and enjoy yourself when we went out."

He knew that she doubted she was deserving of something like this. He constantly tried to show her otherwise. She questioned it Everytime. He knew it was because of her parents and grandmother. "Your right. You ruined me" he said abruptly. "I can't ever go back. And I don't want to. Because I would have been content to just drift along in life. You made me see my worth, and by God, I've been chipping away to try and make you see yours. You won't ruin me. Not the way you think"

He was well aware the cafeteria was emptying as students went to class, and he didn't care. "Kijani" just her name, as if it were everything in the world, as if it was the most important thing he would ever say, before he kissed her softly, caringly.

Ryan smiled when Phoebe told him that she loved him. He already knew that but it felt nice to hear her say it. He put down his food and say next to her. "Meeting you that day in front of the school was the best thing to happen to me. I'm the luckiest guy in the world to have met you. " He said softly before leaning forward and kissing her for a minute "I love you Phoebe. I always will no matter what. " He promised. "Now we have to get to class. Gym..." He grumbled standing up. "Want to walk or?" He asked figuring she wanted to walk.

Having been kept apart from the other students for a mental examination (a much quicker process between telepaths) Estella was waiting at the gym with the instructor. Watching as everyone came in there were faces that were familiar but she still couldn't draw out her memories of them. The inability to recognize anyone was beginning to frustrate her. Estella wanted to talk with them but she had to wait for the instructor to explain the situation first.

Jack walked into the gym and sat down by himself. He was all alone except for a girl sitting up near the top. He had no idea if he had met her but he waved up. "Hey. Ready for another fun class?" He asked dead pan he was not in the mood to joke around right now.

Jack did not know if he knew this girl. So he decided to be polite and introduce himself. "I'm Jack. Jack Parker. Spider-man's son. Who are you?" He asked politely happy to be able to talk to someone even though his thoughts were gloomy.

"He always does" Phoebe said with anusement, starting to head towards the gym, glancing about as she did so. She was wary, afraid something might happen again, but knowing that it would be harder, with all the teachers there as well. "We've done the obsticule course twice now. I think we have all improved since that first one"

Dr. McCoy waited patiently as the students filtered in. After yesterday he was apt to give them some extra time for recovery. Spotting Kagerou as she entered he didn't have time to even react before the woman gestured ever so slightly to stay quiet. "Ah" he said to himself. "It is one of those visits."

Taking his attention away he looked up to Estella on the bleachers and waved her down. "This way my dear." Upon noticing her presence was being called Estella reluctantly stood up and went down the steps. Most everyone was in the room by this point and McCoy cleared his throat to draw everyone's attention. "Before we begin I would like to make you aware of a returning student." Gently placing his hands on Estella's shoulders he continued. "This is Estella. Some of you may remember her from just eight months ago. She has changed quite a deal since we last saw her." As was Hank's way he held up one finger to emphasize the next point. "But more importantly you need to know that most of her memory has been lost. I want you to keep that in mind and make her reintegration as smooth as possible. I don't want her overwhelmed with questions." Pausing again to scan across the room to be sure they were listening. "For those who did not know Estella before or may have forgotten, Estella does not speak. She is a telepath and that is currently her only way to communicate. I realize not everyone may be comfortable with that but try to keep an open mind." Grinning at his little joke he nudged Estella to indicate she could take a seat again. "Thank you, you may go back to your seat." Quietly the alien girl made her way back up the bleachers.

Flood frowned at that information. Mind readers were the last thing he wanted right now, especially with the important information he had as is. He had experience in defense against mind reading and his multiple personalities gave him an extra layer of defense, but he'd rather be safe than sorry. Looks like he would be brushing up on his mental defenses soon. 'Wait, I haven't heard anything from my other personalities in a while. what's going on?' He thought to himself. as he decided to take a small nap. He woke up almost instantly in a cold sweat. "Holy crap that was terrifying." He said to himself.

Seeing that the students did not have much to say on the matter, Dr. McCoy moved on. "We will be dusting off and old favorite of mine today." Behind him was a large tower covered in a sheet. Grabbing and puling the covering off he unveiled a rock wall. At the top was a bell to ring. "Some of the older students may recognize this from last year. You will need to be careful because the hold move in and out randomly." While speaking he spun up the machinery to demonstrate what he meant. With no discernible pattern the foot and hand holds shot out and retracted. "There are a few rules that need to be followed. No flying or other assistance to get up the wall. You will need to climb with your own arms and legs. We are not testing your powers today." Smiling he put out an offer. "Do we have any volunteers?"

While Estella was "listening" she was having some trouble understanding what they were expected to do. The contraption in front of them looked intimidating to her. What in the world was she getting herself into? Her unease bled out onto her expression.

Flood stepped up and walked to the wall. He cracked his knuckles and went to climbing. He got it done in a minute and 53 seconds. "Damn, I remember being better at this last year." He walked back to his seat and began thinking about various things.

Griffin studied the wall while flood climbed up it. There seemed to be no pattern to what moved when. Which meant that he couldn't plan a course. Or if he did he would have to be prepared to hold on tight. [i]Alright Zack you're the brain of this operation. What is the best wy up this thing?' Zack looked over Griffin's shoulder. He quickly found a path that would get his brother to the top quickly. No thst he knew where he was going Griffin approached the wall. He place on hand and foot into holds to get the feel of their size and shape. Then he began working his way up the wall. If a hand hold moved he let go and balance his weight on the other three holds. If a foot hold he would move his leg and balwne his weight again. It wasn't easy. He almost fell several times but he finally made it to the top. 5 minutes. Not bad he thought.

Kagerou watched as the other two had climber up the rock wall. For now she would wait. Glancing around she looked to see who would go next. But of course McCoy couldn't help but throw a wrench in the works. "Kagerou, since you just arrived yesterday why don't you introduce yourself." Turning back around she looked a bit caught off guard. "Oh um, alright." Standing up she walked out where everyone could see her and faced the bleachers. Studying their faces she was going to commit to memory their reactions. "Hello everyone. My name is Kagerou Rotusu." Glancing at the wall briefly she groaned ever so slightly. "And I'm not quite sure what I'm getting myself into."

Phoebe watched Kagerou, as she made an attempt at introducing herself. Seeing that the girl seemed lost, and unsure what to do, or rather, unsure of everything it seemed, she stepped up, and said "Hi. I'm Phoebe. Why don't we climb the wall together? My plants will catch you if you fall, trust me" She smiled brightly, hoping to appear helpful, and trustworthy. She approached the wall, "it's actually quite easy, You just have to search for the right hand helds, and centre your balance" She looked back, and smiled again.

Smiling lightly Kagerou followed but her expression showed a small amount of confusion when plants were mentioned. "I'm not really worried about falling it's just... Wait, plants?" She said approaching the wall with her.

Phoebe looked back and smiled "sorry. I forget to say this. I can control plants. See?" She held out a hand, showing the flower that grew there "my vines will catch you if you fall. Just a precaution" she said turnings back to the wall "shall we start?"

Having watched the flower grow in Pheobe's hand Kagerou couldn't help but smile. "That's pretty cool. You'll have to show me more of that some time. But yes. Let's begin." Stepping up she reached out for the first hand hold she began her accent. Cautious she lagged behind Pheobe but managed not to completely wipe out a few times after the hold moved while she was gripping them. All in all she was on par with a little more than five minutes. "Damn. They don't baby the newbies do they?"
