If I give you a theory, will you tell me if I'm wrong?

Anthony's finally got Kijani to listen- but I really don't know how long it'll last.As an aside- why IS he helping her? I have several theories, but I'd like the facts.

@Dizzy: You're almost dead on. However, he has no problem with the way he is. He sees a need for social interactions in Kijani that he himself doesn't feel. He knows that her personality is similar to his and knows that she won't be happy if she becomes any more like him. While he enjoys Sue's company immensely and he does care for her, for instance, he wouldn't be any worse off if she had rejected his advances. He doesn't feel lonely, but he knows that Kijani can.

I'll try to be clearer. When they're in the simulation, they don't have any memory of entering it. However, before each simulation, the students show up in the Battle Simulation room and are given a brief explanation of how it works if they we're there since day one. Once they're out of the simulations, they immediately remember going into the classroom and preparing to get plugged in. Once they get out, it's not a surprise to them, and it's not like they've been tricked. They knew beforehand that what they're about to experience is fake, they just don't know during it.

I know my thoughts don't always translate well onto this, but what part doesn't make sense?

You know how at the very beginning of some movies, you're shown a climatic scene from the end of the movie, then later on you're shown the events leading up to it? This was similar. I showed you the climatic event, the simulation, then afterwards, the students remember going into the Battle Simulation class. I don't think I'm explaining myself very well...
